It was something Franziska could agree on—she could be better too. The amount of fools she had encountered was absurd. Those who so cockily spoke as if they were people of intelligence or acted so foolishly that were bound to get them murdered, and then there were the fools who expected her to defend them when they’re found under suspicion. Leather clad fingers ran through her own platinum locks whilst letting out a sigh. Thank goodness, it was Athena who she encountered and not another fool.
The last thing she would have expected was for the other to be Wright’s protégé but as much as she hated to admit it, Wright was a defense attorney that was worthy of his title. He had taught her many lessons which had allowed her to become more perfect than she ever would be as a naïve eighteen year old who had lived under the shadows of Manfred von Karma.
“Ja, finde ich auch. I do entrust that you are more than capable compared to the rest of the foolish fools of this foolishy foolish city.”
The fools Franziska spoke of, they were most all strangers, some who looked so out of place or simply unfamiliar to what she was accustomed to. This entire situation was something that no one could really be ready for but it seemed even rougher than just a culture shock. It seemed everyone had been lifted from their lives and brought to this city over which loomed a rather negative atmosphere.
❝I am, as are you. It is more than a little concerning that we are here and that there is seemingly no way home but perhaps together we can prosper greater than were we entirely alone..❞
