First time long time, and I’m trying out for my local competitive growth group. I tend to get in my head when I’m growing around others, and I couldn’t break E cup during my tryout when I got past K that morning alone in my room. Any advice?

I've seen this sort of thing before. Tons of times, even! It's a classic case of stage fright! All the attention, all the eyes on you, it's tough to concentrate in an environment like that! Some people just completely shut down and they're better off growing recreationally. The fact that you're still able to grow some shows that you're not a hopeless case, though. There's reason still to hope!
The trick here is practice with an audience. If you get used to having someone watch you, it won't feel so out of place when you're growing in front of the crowds. My advice is to pick a friend, someone you're close to, someone you trust. Ideally, it's even better if they're someone you have a crush on. Invite them to watch you grow! It'll be a bit nerve-wracking at first, but you'll want to impress them. You'll want to show them what you can do. You'll want them to see your breasts swell and grow, expanding in every direction. They'll be so impressed (and hopefully more than a little aroused) as they watch your tits inflate, swelling outwards. Their jaw will drop as you bulge out of the cups of your bra, as you strain the band, as you overwhelm the poor thing. The look on their face as you grow right in front of them—as you grow for them—will encourage you to keep going and keep growing! I wouldn't be surprised at all if, in that tight space with the person you're crushing on, you surpass your personal best! And, of course, if you do, you can always ask them to help you celebrate. A celebratory grope. A congratulatory suckle. A triumphant titfuck. Whatever.
Once you get comfortable growing in front of them, make sure to invite them to your growth meets! That way, if you're not entirely over your fear of public performance, you can focus on them in the crowd. Focus on how they're watching you, how they're desperate for you to grow, bow big they want you to become.
