After a bit of a hiatus the AMQ is back. This time on customer quilt number two how hit me up on FaceBook. This is a very nice quilt from a sweet lady in Pa. She choose a snowflake pattern and a blue variegated King Tut thread.

Nov. 6, 2015, 07:38 AM. Yep you read that right...AM! We are trying to get our first paying gig done before we go to Zanesville for a calf show. I can't believe we are already taking paying jobs. The #statlerstitcher really helps the learning curve. I am only doing E2E for the time being - at least until I get fully trained. The guy doesn't come back till Nov 30 so until then we will be practicing and doing the E2E which I have had pretty good luck with. Stay tuned.

Nov. 1, 2015, 12:14 PM. Sunday Edition. Quilt #4. This is a Charity Quilt made from the leftovers of another quilt my mom and Brenda made. We are using a lovely Rose Meander on this one.

Nov. 1, 2014 - 12:27 AM. Back to our regularly scheduled program. After midnight...quilt #3. A cheater quilt top mom had in her stash we are making for the upcoming addition to the family. The baby shower is in three weeks and we intend on having enough quilts for the top of each table..:lofty ambitions but you gotta have a goal.

Oct 31, 2014, 4 PM One of the few times that our quilting machine has been on and productive during daylight hours! Score! Having said that…the border on this quilt is wonky.

Oct 30, 2015 - 1:15 AM. Quilt number 2. We choose a star and swirl design for this quilt. I don't think it goes with the pattern of the quilt very well but it's late and these are practice ones...I'm goin with it.

11:48 PM Oct 28, 2015. They say you have to start somewhere, right? Well in this case somewhere is the sitting room of the master bedroom in my parents house. That’s their bed…their golden retriever (Bo) and their cat (Mack).

So I am considering documenting my journey into the world of Longarm Quilting. I know basically nothing...I may document it here. I don't know if anyone is interested but I really don't care...I would like to look back and see if I have made any progress. That is all for now. I may post again after midnight when I have time to mess with it. But then again...I may not.
