Founded By: Was discovered by the explorer of time, known as the sole individual searching the answers as time went backwards in history, this dorm was the first ever created dorm by the Rift Borders within the academy. This dorm morefully studies underneath the Rift’s Wild Magic known through their origins and ancient relics with mythology, and mainly they are through on history and time rewinding.
This Dorm is based on the game called: Reverse 1999 (To which is mainly on the Arcanists and Zeno Foundation)

Dorm Info: Considering themselves as a Riftian Dorm itself in this academy, let’s just say that due to the rift’s history and also with what happened between the Island of Enchantment and the former RSA back then. The dorm itself has a really rocky situation, alongside its reputation being held. Most of its members, including the dorm leader itself are considered as outcasts themselves since they aren’t part of twisted wonderland’s magic system and living standards, thus making their magic system different from the other students from other schools.
However they are skilled in wild magic in their own creativity, which is thanks to their past origins of their homeland and previous ancient yet cursive knowledge. Morefully are on most to enhance their abilities during the eyes of the incoming storm. It is stated that they are rivalled at another Rifitian dorm (Manus Ver. in NRC) but due to their reputation alongside theirs… let’s just say that both will be rivalled to an instant death. Nothing else is much mentioned through there.
The Inside of the dorm itself is mainly inspired by the game itself. Morefully the main base, the entrance, lounge area, and other locations are fitting of the 16s to 20s themes of various backgrounds, more so fitting in the Victorian Era. There are a lot of old antique items you can find around the dorm, considering its history and unique locations. Their most attractive location is the library, for anyone who wants to read or tend tea time in there. There isn’t much dorm activity there but just the members and the dorm leader, Noelani, hang out in peace underneath the stormy weather.
However, that’s just the indoors of the dorm. Morefully when it comes to the Rifts, they are morefully on missions. Noelani being the sole dorm leader incharge of those missions, guides the members during the confrontation of the opposing dorm and finding ways to get people to survive the reversing time condition, to which no sole human but Noelani herself alone has survived the weather beneath the rift borders alongside with its countries, resulting her to look for answers towards the weather...
The missions are thought of equally but require a lot of preparations and calculated plans for each one, especially when they allow collaboration around other companies and agencies.
What's different here is that all and any specimen and morefully Rifitan Races Dorm Members are accepted here. No prior of judgement was mentioned as anyone can get accepted here.
Various kinds of magic styles (Unique Magic for one example.) and other are also accepted here.
This dorm has no vice-dorm leader, they have only one dorm leader to which they require no vice-dorm leader here.
This dorm was new to the standards, including it's reputation.

Dorm Clothes: Rather, most of the elemental’s clothes here are rather culturally and traditionally designed in various countries (exclude the badges though), so there is no official design within their dorm.
For main starters to know, Noelanie’s dorm clothes are British-style clothes, and so are some who decided to wear them like her. the kids online safety act passed the u.s. senate.
long story short (for anyone who hadn't heard of this before) the kids online safety act, aka kosa, is a bill that will censor online content and resources for lgbtq+ matters, reproductive healthcare, activism (INCLUDING PALESTINE AND LIKELY OTHER CRISES GOING ON LIKE IN CONGO OR SUDAN), mental health, etc. everywhere--its effects likely won't be contained to just america.
today, july 30th, 2024, the senate passed it 91-3. it has officially moved to the house of representatives.
is this a pretty massive setback? yes. do you have every right to be scared, sad, angry, or whatever else about this happening? absolutely. but should you give up hope completely? NO!
even though kosa passed the senate, the house is on break/august recess at the moment. we have around an entire month to get emails, calls, and faxes in to house reps, maybe more depending on when they decide to vote on it.
should it pass the house and get signed into law, we still have a whole 18 months before it actually goes into effect. this is plenty of time for digital rights orgs (e.g. fight for the future, the electronic frontier foundation) and other groups that oppose it to file a lawsuit against it. even if, worst-case scenario, it flies through the house immediately after the recess ends, we can still fight this up to march 2026.
so, yes, remember what's at stake here, but also remember that it's not over yet. we lost a battle, not the war.
