(or short, RFA) is an all-girls college for both magically-gifted and non-magic students. Unlike NRC and RSA, the academy is not famous for just the powerful students with magic, it is also famous for the idol performances that are viewed worldwide as well as the joint school festival where students from NRC and RSA together to enjoy the festivities on RFA School Ground.
Even, the academy is most popular from the music videos made by students and reality shows from the company Clock Tiara Production in Queendom of Quartz that are posted on V-tube.
Like NRC, which has seven dorms are modeled after a certain Winx Club members. These dorm are :

Everyone enjoys the food and activities the academy has set up, both NRC and RSA look forward to such an event as it was always spectacular and unforgettable.

Celine Stellareinette, the dorm leader of Voguefleur live in the country filled with crystalized minerals. Known as the little designer with her fascinating creations, and opens the mini boutique in the dorm herself, thanks to her fashionista parents.
Although her age mature than other leaders, she is optimistic and oftens ignores rest of problems behind. Cares her loved ones and people she being closer with.
In addition to her boutique, she has created several magical items that allow people to change their clothes in a second. Her unique magic, "Phantom Bloom", allows her to create hallucinatory environments that are lifelike and sensory real.
On the surface it looks like a happy family, but in fact she being neglected by her maternal family and Kieran. Even her father also a victim of neglection.
Her grandmother, Indigo, was an NHA graduate who later became a professor. She only focusing on her works, ignore her family, including Anastasia's bully.
As the transferred student from the witch school, she initially struggles with self-worth to interact with RFA students.
Has a pet Pomeranian named Pompon (which means “pumpkin” in French). It is highly loyal and protective of Anastasia. Whenever she is mistreated, Pompon growls at the offender on sight, especially if it's Kieran. It often mistaken as "cute and harmless".
Anastasia and Kieran share half of their blood through their mother, as their fathers were brothers. He attended NRC instead of NHA and joined the Gloomage Gang with classmates (one of whom was Lucia's stepbrother). Later she became one of their victims.

In the past, she had tended to use her pride in her higher status to mistreat those of lower status, calling them "peasants. Because her true colors was revealed, she broke off her engagement with her arranged partner (the prince).

Before she changed her attitudes, Priscilla mistreated those around her in the academy, like Seraphine, Isabella and others who lived as commoners.

Xie Suyin, the Princess of Miao'yin City, sole heiress to the throne and the student of Melodiamour. She is graceful and kind towards those she considers as a good person.
Although Su Yin can be very authoritative and use her status as a princess to command others, she seems to only use it when needed, such as to deal with bad people. She also knows how to play each instrument, their names and the purpose of each musical symbol.
