Name: Priscilla. “Or Prissy, if you prefer, that’s just fine by me. Suits me, I think.” O 3 O

Face Claim: Kate Nash/Giselle from Enchanted. I don’t think she’s being used.

Age: She was born in 1954 [this time] but she died in 1984. So 30. But a little bit more. Time with Prissy is kind of wonky anyway whoops.

Eyes: Dark brown

Hair: It varies, but she is almost  always a redhead.

Height: A dainty 5’3”

Species: In life she was a witch. In death, she is a ghost with some residual magic powers.

Powers:  Besides the typical ghost abilities of transparency/translucency, invisibility, intangibility, moving objects with her mind, poltergeist pick-me-ups, mild possession, temperature fluctuations, levitation, and so forth, Prissy of course neither needs sleep nor sustenance and has maintained some of her magical powers from the time she was alive. Her specialty is enchantments, especially in enchanting inanimate objects, protection spells, some divination, and lots of mysticism. She doesn’t excel at illusions, but can do voice mimicry and some casting to divert attention from herself and/or others. A lot of her magic is/was linked to survival and maintaining balance/order. She’s connected to health and wellness magics, preventative potions efforts and so forth. Basically anything that helps others was her go-to. The core of her magic, in life, was shielding. She also reads auras, fortunes in tea leaves; palms, and tarot. It’s a side business inside her bigger one, which we will get to later.

Weaknesses: Due to her death, her energy is a lot less focused when it comes to her magic. She cannot always control it as well as she could when she had a human barrier, so to speak. She can also be harmed by cold iron and dismissed with Dead Sea salt. She isn’t really affected by prayers or blessings or holy ground if only because she herself is a spirit of protective measures, and thus, isn’t hurt by places of equal or greater protection. She can, however, be banished, and gets very spectrally-sick around the burning of white sage.

Personality: Priscilla, while being no-nonsense and very direct, is also a dreamer. She is effervescent and loves to laugh; she’s always working, constantly worrying about other people. She has soft spots for people who need her help, and she loveloveloves being needed. She’s full of a lot of courage, but it doesn’t always show. She’s more of the type to quietly persevere, rather than the one to swagger around and spew confidence willy-nilly. She’s practical but full of big ideas. She just knows it’s more likely others will achieve greatness before her, and she’s sort of okay with that. She holds herself back a lot of the time for the sake of other people’s success, which has always been her biggest self-letdown. Priscilla is everyone’s big sister; or mother, or funny aunt, or this that and the other thing. The boss; the manager, the fortune-teller, etc. When she tries to sit somewhere and just be herself, she isn’t sure who that person is, sometimes. She often feels like if she isn’t doing something for somebody else, then her space on this plane of existence is sort of a waste. IN HAPPIER NEWS, outwardly, she’s just playful and fussy and kind of a spooky hover-mom.

Job: The manager and owner of the coffee & wine bar BubbleBubble.

Residence: She lives in a small flat above Bubblebubble she calls the Cauldron. There’s a little sign on the loft door and everything.

Other Odds-and-Ends: Priscilla has had a lot of lives. She’s an old, recycled soul who’s come a long way. She’s currently looking for someone she lost in her current life (and a few others, too, probably). She has a habit of losing people, but almost always finds them again. And she never gives up. It’s sort of her thing. She’s also quite literally been through Hell and back, and her tenacity to continue surviving is something to admire about her; probably. Or worry about her. Anyway, Bubblebubble has two sides, both of which are owned and majorly operated by Prissy and her small staff (just Luke thus far till others apply); “Toil” (which is the coffee/barista side with artisan espresso) and “Trouble” (the wine bar of local fares and microbrewed things). The back room through the beaded curtain is a fortune telling station, which Prissy does Friday-through-Sunday and for special occasions like séances/big decisions/bridal showers/birthdays.

         Also in this life, she’s from East End.

Okay so Molly’s coven is very simple, but I figure it’s worth noting that

They do a lot of community service (bake sales for the poor; housing & clothing underprivileged, free tutoring, and teaching useful trades like sewing and so forth to trauma victims who otherwise wouldn’t seek employment). 

Their coven is called “Phases”, like the phases of the moon, because there’s four official members: Molly, Cynthia, Esther, and Adelphie. They had a Myrtle for a while but she uh. Peaced out to the dark side. And I don’t mean of the moon (Cynthia: o vo “That’s my area a’expertise, dear.”)

Their basis is in the Greek pantheon of worship, specifically moon or other celestial deities, though each individual worships their own respective goddess. Molly declines to answer this question, though Cynthia follows Hecate specifically, Adelphie of course pays tribute to Diana (or Artemis, if you will) and Esther’s focus is on Selene.

Cynthia is in the process of penning some books about “proper” (healthy) pagan worship, and how to effectively do it (Cynthia please stop winking, you’re upsetting people).

They meet every week to discuss how to improve the community, harmonize energies, worship in accordance to their beliefs, and offer lessons to curious visitors.

They’re always open to offering advice and insight as well as support to those seeking to learn The Craft(TM).

Cynthia runs a small psychic & tea shop/cottage in the woods; and Esther works at a local spa.
