How do you deal with changing when out and about if your 24/?? Wearing out scares me for that reason.

Confidence mostly, im slowly accepting i wear for need a bit now as accidents are more frequent 😅. Just got to be brave and find a suitable changing space. Nobody will question you and if they do just say you needed to change (yes I've done this before and embarrassed someone a lot more than i was)

Always have supplies mini bottles of talc are great as save space, and a cheap thin changing mat.
