I'm Russian, so I have Russian songs that inspire me, and there's a Russian band called Sounduk. I've been listening to their two songs, "считалка" and "просто" so Abaddone Esther core.....

by the way, I've attached a translation of the song! it's a bit rough and has been run through a translator, but I've made sure that everything matches contextually!

I gave a listen to those songs (in truth, they're even in my personal estherdon playlist right now><) and it's super estherdon core!

I got a vibe from Считалка, and from the translation as well, of them laying down on the forest grass. Then Abaddon would ask for Esther for her fingers to help him count. She's abit confused but does it anyway. He does that to keep track of all the timeloops he's been through...

For Просто, I imagine them just strolling in the forest, listening to the playlist Esther made for them, just having a nice time. Maybe even watching the birds.

i wanted to draw something about it myself but i really liked the shots where she was sitting with him under the sink and it was like a cozy lair, i think she might have slept there sometimes too despite some discomfort in the form of smell and dust. and i was also thinking about some stupid shit like sitting in a meadow and shoving creepy grave flowers in each other's hair haha.

keep reading for some headcanons / theories yay

because i’ve lost control of my life

his body has ceased aging because he hasn’t been taking care of it.

after getting used to living with the Freelings and he begins to actually eat and sleep a bit more regularly, his body begins to actually grow

from what we see in the show—he is not well liked in Hell. the first other demon he interacts with in the show doesn’t even remember him (plus, they tore down his castle) and the second, are demons that basically bully him.

Abaddon is not exactly a demon. in mythology, Abaddon is portrayed as both an angel and a demon, depending. he is said to be the ‘angel of the abyss’. perhaps a sort of fallen angel—which could be a reason why he was outcasted in Hell.

they had sent Abaddon to Earth with the purpose to get rid of him. think Pink Diamond or Spinel, if you know Steven Universe.

as seen(implied?) in the show, a lot of talk about himself being a ‘demon prince’, etc. is simply him trying to seem intimidating and impressive. you notice how his title changes everytime he says it

is a child by demon standards

he has very bad memory—as seen multiple times in the show, such as when he brought back buttons in ep9—due to him often dissociating, as well as the fact that he’s been alive for a while

from the art we see on the fridge, Abaddon seems to have a decent relationship with his vessel, contrary to popular belief

Abaddon has had only a few other ‘families’. he spent most of his years on Earth in solitude or trapped—when he wasn’t wreaking havoc—backed by the fact that he is very unaccustomed to many things he should know, considering how long he’s been on Earth. Like how to sit on chairs, and what a mirror is

not really a HC, but seems to get attached extremely easily—as seen in the picture above where he appears happy, as well as the whole thing with Jarbon, and the dinosaur he is seen holding in the timelapse—where he looks visibly upset that it has died
