imagine watering your plants outside, taking pride in the rainbow variety of flowers growing healthily, and hearing a tiny gasp as cold water rains down over a bush in full bloom. you part the branches and see... a tiny figure. it's... a fairy? her back is facing you as she braces herself from the cold water on her hands and knees, and as the light reaches her on the ground, she turns and blinks up at you. instantly fearful, she rolls over and her wings begin fluttering uselessly. she strains, but it's no use. her enormous belly is weighing her down so much that her wings appear useless. she's only about nine inches tall, and her poor belly is rounder than a golf ball.

you reach down and pick her up, carefully setting her bum in the palm of your hand so you don't squeeze her too hard when you lift her. she scrambles to escape, but you lift her higher until she realizes the fall is too dangerous and she stops struggling. she peers up at you, curious and shy. she's entirely nude, but doesn't seem to think anything of it - just seems wary to be handled in such a way by a human.

you crouch down and hold her closer to your face. you greet her, ask her name, but she doesn't seem to understand. at least, she has no response. she shifts herself until she's straddling your thumb, thighs parted and tiny rounded belly pressing into the meat of your finger. her belly contorts, and she makes a face of effort. her thighs clamp around your thumb, and her little hands grip around your thumbnail. you touch her belly with your other finger, feeling how taut and hard it's become. it seems like she might be pregnant, you realize. and it looks like her baby intends to arrive soon. you've caught her in a dire moment.

you gently coax her to lie back, and she pants for breath, hands resting on either side of her swollen tummy as if to support it from tilting to either side. you use your fingers to spread her thighs open, and she watches you, nervous and curious and embarrassed to be inspected in such a way. her belly tenses again, and you can see her vulva starting to swell as the heavy weight in her birth canal is pushed down, down, down. her opening parts into a tiny teardrop, and you can see something dark starting to peek out. as soon as she lets out a breath and falls back, the dark spot disappears, sinking back into her.

do you press on her belly with your fingers and speed things along? do you hold your thumb over her straining opening, making sure she has to struggle? where do you take her: inside your home to lie on a comfy soft towel, or put her in a jar, or on a desk under a bright lamp so you can watch her writhe and change positions? will you let her go when she's done, or keep her s a pet? or for study?

Guy and his body guard- body guard figured out he’s pregnant but guy in COMPLETE denial (like ‘it’s just food poisoning’ level). Gets to the point where he needs to go to the hospital but he won’t have it. Bodygaurd convinces him to go because of the ‘food poisoning’. Pretty much pushing before he’s there, public birth in the ER waiting room.

adrien's belly never really gets very big. cade thinks that's the only way he can actually continue with this level of delusional denial, because he has every other symptom of pregnancy and it's comically typical. cade doesn't know much about pregnancy outside of fiction, and it's so obvious to him, after a few months. but adrien has been stubborn as an ass since the day he hired cade, and cade knows how to pick his battles by now.

cade has no way of knowing how far along adrien is, because of the denial and the hiding and the secrecy. all he can do is try to keep the guy safe, although that's mostly turned into keeping him safe from himself. especially once adrien starts to get really sick, really fast.

cade can tell for a few days that he's more uncomfortable than usual. he hides it for a while, doesn't acknowledge it, but finally mentions to cade that he's having some back pains, some cramps, and some nausea. blames incompetent and vengeful personal chef. this has to be intentional food poisoning. but after he fires the guy, nothing changes.

cade can only follow adrien around as he goes about business as usual, becoming more pale and sweaty as the day goes on. he sways awkwardly, frequently has to pause and lean half his weight on a table or counter while his discomfort surges again, and walks like he's holding a bowling ball between his thighs. eventually, he's in so much physical distress he starts throwing up. he hides away, and cade has to more or less bust down the door to his bathroom to drag him to the hospital. he finds adrien still in his crisp blue suit but squatting in front of the toilet, dry heaves still racking his body, his thighs spread and feet planted wide below him. cade thinks he might be pushing already.

it doesn't take much pleading at that point, after cade tells him he doesn't have the training to help with something like this, he's just a bodyguard, and there aren't any medical professionals on staff. cade will drive him to a nice, private ER if he wants. this isn't worth dying over. so he says cade can drive him.

he refuses to sit in the back seat, and cade has to help him into the passenger seat. there's no point in cade vocalizing the fact that adrien is definitely pushing into his seat as they pull out of the driveway. he's still entirely convinced that this is food poisoning. cade drives quickly but carefully. adrien becomes more and more distressed and urgent, squirming and writhing in his seatbelt, hips bucking as he twists into new positions every minute or so. he keeps trying to lift himself up so that he's not quite sitting his weight onto the seat, which is making cade very nervous. he cannot deliver a baby in this car.

cade doesn't settle into panic until adrien tells him "oh god, i think i'm about to shit myself." that, cade knows, is a baby. a baby that wants out right now. he all but screams at adrien to stop pushing, do not push. sit back down. his calls fall on deaf ears, and he reaches one strong arm across and pushes adrien back down into his seat, pulling the belt tight. adrien makes an agonized grunt-moan sound, but it does the trick.

he completes the worst parking job of his life and all but drags adrien into the ER. it's not an upscale, private, quiet place for the rich like adrien probably wanted, but it was close and they could deliver a baby. the staff see adrien's distress, but because he doesn't appear to be pregnant and looks for all they know to be a cisgender man, they don't put the rush on it that cade knows they should. he has to wait in line like everyone else.

cade holds adrien up as they stand in line. he can tell the urge to push is driving adrien mad. adrien says he's going to the bathroom while they wait, because he can't hold it anymore. cade grips his wrists cuff-tight and tells him he is not going anywhere. adrien whimpers and grunts in cycles as they slowly move up in line.

cade passes on all of adrien's information as the staff asks questions agonizingly slowly. by the time they tell cade and adrien to have a seat and wait for the next available room, adrien is standing in a half-squat at the front desk, barely able to do anything but grunt and strain. cade pulls him to the seats, where they're surrounded by coughing and injured people. cade tries to get him to sit, but just as they get to the seats, adrien drops into a squat right in the waiting room. he grips the seat with his hands and plants his feet wide, letting out a low moan that chokes off into a forceful grunt. he doesn't even take his pants off, but that baby is rapidly approaching a crown.

adrien continues heaving, and the others in the waiting room start to take notice. his body's urgency is giving him tunnel vision, but eventually he does seem to notice that the waiting room has fallen quiet aside from his frantic grunting and straining. cade knows he's embarrassed, but he can't seem to stop himself.

just as a nurse steps into the waiting room and calls for mister adrien, adrien lets out a final, forceful grunt that turns into a strangled yell of "i think i'm having a baby...!" and the head surges to a crown, creating a bulge in the crotch of his pants that is impossible to mistake. it finally gets the staff's attention, but adrien never makes it to a room in the end, his baby's head and then body popping free into his expensive trousers right there in the waiting room

alternative scenario twists that are not what anon asked for but my brain came up with to be more evil:

cade is the one who convinced adrien that he has food poisoning rather than is pregnant, leading adrien to experience labor much more fearfully as he wonders how food poisoning turned into this, and why cade won’t take him to a hospital. cade locks adrien in his house and stays with him, watching him struggle to give birth on his own and clueless while cade watches, relishing in being the one who calls the shots now, in watching the usually confident and brash and self-centered rich boy now begging for help as he pushes a baby out of his body in a total loss of control

following the same story as the original ask response until they get in the car. cade intentionally starts driving out into the middle of nowhere and by the time adrien realizes they aren’t headed to a hospital, it’s too late and he’s forced to give birth in the car while cade drives in aimless loops, or on the side of the road in tall grass and near total darkness when cade finally pulls over. maybe cade even pushes it back in a few times, saying “we’re not to the hospital yet, you can’t do that yet”

I just read your hiking and birthing werewolf story and I am obsessed!! I doubt the werewolf would want anyone to see him in such a vulnerable position but can’t really do anything if he saw the hiker other than snarl and growl every time they come near him.

That being said it sounds like he’s having a real difficult and painful birth. He might like having some comfort and encouragement to help him get through it. Maybe some water or a cool cloth. I do hope it’s just a large pup or TWO large pups. Just imagine the anguish at realizing he has to do that again and then the immediate relief after the twin is born and he’s truly done. ❤️

sorry i gotta take the evil road here anon i cant help it. hulking terrifying werewolf finally catches the scent of the hiker lurking in the shadows and gets pulled out of his focus on his own struggle, fearful. when he looks in the shadows, the hiker steps out. all the werewolf's fur stands on end and he begins to pull back his lips for a vicious snarl, but the bared teeth instead manifest as a straining grimace and the werewolf can only whimper in fear of his own situation. even if the hiker was feeling charitable toward the beast that had only a few hours ago intended to turn them into dinner, there's not much around in the way of supplies. it seems the werewolf didn't have a clue about what he was going through, the poor wild thing. he's completely unprepared.

the hiker approaches slowly at first, but when the werewolf can't even manage to move into a position to lunge or swipe, the hiker gets closer. the werewolf tries to tuck his tail under to hide his swollen, aching crotch, where immense pressure seems to build endlessly. the hiker can see the bulge there. the werewolf's labia have barely parted around the pup, but his entire crotch bulges forward to clearly show an enormous head doing its best to crown. the hiker has to wonder where the werewolf's been hiding such a large baby. his belly fur is pretty short, short enough that four little teats are visible at this close range.

the hiker taunts the werewolf. not so fearsome now, huh? hard to be terrifying when such a big pup is wedged in your pelvis. it's almost making you act like a pup yourself.

and of course, the hiker is still taking their photos and videos. the poor werewolf can do nothing but whimper and heave and grunt in a seemingly endless cycle, the head only making the smallest increments of progress with each effort.

maybe eventually the hiker takes a little bit of pity. suggests that he change positions. when the werewolf gets up and squats deep and low on the edge of his mattress, tail curled back and out of the way, the pressure intensifying and making the urge to push constant. the hiker bends down to get a better angle for the camera and sees the pup's head finally about to emerge.

the next few pushes see it born in full, gravity assisting with the angle. the werewolf lets out some horrifying sounds of effort and shock and fear, something between howls and barks and whines and grunts. but he doesn't get much of a break. he rolls onto his side, panting hard, legs spread awkwardly, and begins bearing down again. the hiker moves the first pup off to the side, continuing to watch the show. the poor wolf's belly is still a bit rounded, the hiker notices. this isn't just the afterbirth. there's another pup in there, and it seems more reluctant to come out than the first.

this time, the werewolf has to strain so hard that the hiker can almost see his veins and tendons bulging and straining through his fur, the shape of his belly distorting forcefully with each exhausted but desperate push. he's so consumed by his struggle that he seems to forget the hiker's even there. maybe the hiker takes this chance to reach out and touch. splaying a hand over the coarsely furred belly as it turns rock-hard again. brushing against the tiny but soft teats that sit on either side of the subtle, gentle dome of his belly. maybe the hiker cups a palm over the werewolf's straining, damp, hot vulva as the weight inside its walls surges forward and turns the supple flesh into a taut bulge of straining skin. the werewolf is truly at the hiker's mercy in such a state

not being into water breaking in a kink sense and also enjoying scenarios where the person is unaware how close they are to birth or unaware it’s real labor leads to a lot of convoluted imagined scenarios. water breaks in the shower, in a lake/ocean/river, when they’re already peeing, anything that means they don’t even notice it happening and makes them continue to think “my water never broke so this isn’t real labor” or “my water didn’t break yet so i have to ignore the urge to push” especially if they think the water breaking has to precede birth as a rule

i have this one fantasy set in some sort of semi dystopian future city, huge but run down, with a very tough/quiet guy who has hidden his pregnancy but is now in labor and far from home. he has an android working partner who he modded to hell and the android always acts subservient and obedient but once his labor starts the android sees an opportunity. he won’t be able to turn them off when he’s like this.

he starts off about an hour from home. he wears a belly binder under layers of baggy clothes to hide his belly, and it works well. no one but the android knows. he’s very serious and dominating over the android, always calling the shots and always determined to do things his way, even as he leads them through the winding maze of concrete with a cervix dilated to eight centimeters. the android follows obediently, scanning his progress constantly (which he has no idea about). eventually, when he’s starting to truly flag, the android suggests a shortcut.

they lead him down into the maintenance alleys and around in circles until he can’t help but duck behind a dumpster and push, the android looming over him, and he finally begins to understand that he’s no longer in control here. he’s lost now, after following the android, so he can’t just leave them. he’s too rigid to even take his pants off in front of the android, and has to feel his vulva bulging to its limits in his pants as he squats on the dirty ground. the android is endlessly fascinated by the bodily urges of an organic being, and how even sentients who create these great cities can be reduced to a sweating, heaving, grunting, desperate mess like this. the android watches him push frantically for a while before hauling him to his feet and forcing him onward.

they take him to the monorail, saying they’ve had their fun now and this will get them home. he has to force his legs closed as he stands on the platform and waits, the android behind him, snaking their arms around him and up and down as they please, knowing he can do nothing to stop them in his state. they lead him onto a packed car once it finally arrives at the station. there’s only one seat left. the android takes it.

he has only two options. he can stand and try to keep his grip on the hand holds, or he can take the android’s hint. they pat their lap, offering it up as a seat. the monorail ride is always rough. he’ll take his chances with the droid.

he only has time to straddle their thighs and sit facing toward them as the monorail lurches into motion. his body weight presses his swelling pussy into the firm synthetic thigh of the android, and he almost gags. the baby is pushed back in and then held in place, his subsequent desperate pushes pointless. the android grinds their thigh into his crotch, reducing him to overstimulated tears. despite his thick, throaty grunts and clear distress, no one around them pays much attention to the duo. no one but the android can really hear him over the clack and screech against the rails.

poor thing, the android coos. you must be feeling so much pressure. they place their hands on either side of his belly, pressing gently, driving him mad. the baby has nowhere to go, with his pants still on and his weight resting on his crotch, at the top of the baby’s head, against the android’s thigh. all be can do is clench his knees together and spread them apart in alternating moments of desperation. luckily, the android knows just what to do to give him some relief.

their hands reach up under his layers and his eyes widen as they grip the clasps for the belly binder, releasing the tight garment. his belly surges forward, the swell of his twin pregnancy undeniable now as it strains against his oversized layers. he lets out a choked off cry of surprise, but it quickly turns into another grunt as his body begs him to push his baby out again. he’s helpless to resist his urges, trying to lean forward and angle himself better so that less of his weight presses his crotch into the android’s thigh and he can make some progress.

an announcement calls out over the monorail car. their stop is coming up. the man feels a wave of relief washing over him — he’s almost home, to his safe place, where he can finally give birth in peace. then, he remembers the dozen levels of stairs between him and his apartment. his heart sinks and panic squeezes him. the android gives him a sadistic smile, knowing what he’s finally remembered.

don’t worry, they tell him, i’ll help you get up those stairs. wouldn’t want you to fall and hurt your babies, right? i’ll wait for you while you stop to drop into a squat and push every few steps we climb. i’ll make sure you get home safe.

his panic intensifies with the realization that he won’t be getting that private home birth that he had felt so sure of, and he can only wonder when he’ll be back in control in the dynamic between them.

the furthest back i can trace my interest in this stuff is a science TV movie i saw from the late 90s that followed a woman’s entire pregnancy through to birth. i became obsessed with it and wanted to check the discovery channel every day in case it was on. i would make my barbies be pregnant and give birth. i genuinely cut holes in my stuffed animals to put “babies” (smaller stuffed animals) inside of them and make them give birth. i also remember watching those real ER recordings of women giving birth that were on TV as a show. and i didn’t really understand my interest in it but i was deeply embarrassed by it, so much so that until i was an older teenager i couldn’t even bring myself to say the word “pregnant” honestly!! i spent so much time on places like quizilla and nickelodeon forums and eventually ff net reading other people’s pregnancy fanfictions… it took me a very very long time to finally realize it was a fetish and that’s why i was so fixated on it. before testosterone i didn’t have enough of a sex drive to really… invest time in figuring anything out. but once i did start T that triggered the drive to start figuring things out but even then it took me a long while

i like the idea of that build-a-birth thing but there was a lot on it that i am not interested in so maybe someday ill have to post my own… for now this blog is staying fairly low effort though so thats a problem for after my health issues are resolved

well since i don't have the energy to dedicate to making something formal for it right now, people are still welcome to send me asks requesting a bit of a story (something akin to the werewolf short i posted, not fully fleshed out with proper caps, punctuation, dialogue, and true characters)! i won't make any promises but if one is sent to me and i can think of something for it i'll do it. i will say up front i won't do AMAB birth because i am just not really interested in it, i won't write anything along the wholesome romance with committed partners lines because i don't like to mix that up with the kind of darker sexual fantasy stuff i write, and i won't go past crowning or a very brief description of the head finally coming out. i'm okay with humans, aliens, fantasy, monsters, dragons, whatever! birth or oviposition, any gender of character, etc etc. if you have an idea you can send it to me !!

how do we feel about belly binders. tight and rigid compression garments hiding a pregnancy for months on end only to move labor along faster with the added pressure once it begins. the wearer physically can't get it off of them in their state but is desperate to hold the baby in until they get somewhere safer or more secluded. or can't risk their secret getting out in front of whoever they're with, but it is about to quite literally come out of them

anyway... dragons... i have a fl1ght r1sing account and a horny premise for my dragon clan there. of course.

all the dragons are true hermaphrodites, any of them can become pregnant or impregnate another (barring infertility). they've adapted (magically, probably) to give live birth, as eggs were often stolen by forest predators before being able to hatch. the site mechanics have dragons of extreme size difference being compatible but i'm not really that interested in such extreme size differences as like 8,000kg to 4kg so in my mind palace they're all much more similar in size regardless of their exact species/breed. i picture them being at largest around 4000kg and at smallest around 1000kg.

they have one genital hole, though not a cloaca because they have a separate anus. inside of the vulva opening is a fairly small penis that rests internally until erect, emerging for intercourse. intercourse usually produces eggs in all involved partners of a sexual encounter, regardless of penetration or position or fertilization.

if the eggs are not fertilized, they will simply trigger labor and be laid as normal after a week or so, but not be capable of hatching. they're fairly small and soft shelled. the occurrence of this is pretty routine and uneventful. there's a bit of pressure and discomfort, but now being adapted to give birth to live babies of a much bigger size, there's no real pain for most of them.

if the eggs are fertilized, they'll know, because they won't be laid after the week or so is up. they'll incubate internally after forming, and about two months in, they hatch inside of the parent dragon. the babies continue to grow for another six months. what was a yolk sac connects to the uterine walls and forms something like a placenta for the baby dragon(s) to continue to grow. babies that would have hatched from eggs weighing 20kg or so now grow to be 100-500kg, depending on the size of the parents and how many there are. these births might be painful, but are more often characterized by overwhelming urgency and pressure and internal friction. dragons can labor for five days or more, pushing can take up a full day or more if there are many large babies.

if some eggs are fertilized and some are not, they all remain until the live babies are ready to be born. the eggs tend to come out first, moving more easily into the birth canal. this means that, sometimes, unlucky parents will unknowingly be pregnant, feel labor and lay their eggs and think the process is over, only to have it continue long after the eggs have passed.

the live birth adaptation also comes with some side effects. many dragons grow two or four heavy teats wedged in between their vulva and their swelling belly. their bodies weren't meant for these, there's not really any room for them, and it's often quite uncomfortable. they struggle to sleep and walk at times, if they have large teats. their babies don't specifically need milk to survive, but it was a side effect of the magics used to ensure the survival of future generations.

living in such wild conditions, dragons often have to continue with duties during their labor. this sometimes means traveling long distances for food collection, trading, and other tasks. it's common for a dragon to be miles from home when the need to push comes, as their bodies aren't long-adapted to this process and signals often get missed. the unluckiest dragons find themselves flying long distance over hostile terrain or dangerous waters, in the middle of a busy town full of other dragons who are completely foreign to the concept of live birth, or alone out in the forest as they forage, sometimes surrounded by hostile creatures of all kinds.

many of them try their best to hold it until they can return to the safety of familiar territory. plenty of them make it, at least before the baby has fully emerged. they waddle awkwardly, unable to run or fly in such a state, hind legs awkwardly parted and half-squatted, their tail curled under to help hold it in or hide it or raised into the air to relieve the pressure and make room. if a clanmate is with them, sometimes they can be helped to hold it in until the location or timing is better.

i just wanted lots of opportunities to imagine scenarios where one might be caught in a situation causing them to think "not here, not now, it's not safe, i have to hold it in!" while their body begs them to give in and push out a baby they were never meant to carry for so long or pass at such a large size. it's a good thing for them that such a big baby means it takes a loooottt of pushing to finally get it out
