We don’t have perfect photos, most of it are selfies as you can see :p I’m not photogenic unlike the guy beside me, so I don’t bother too much. But I like keeping small records of certain moments because if God will permit us to have 20 and more years with each other, these simple selfies will be the reminders on how we spent our days together.

We’re still together after 4 years :) Whew! I can’t believe it’s been years since my last post. Life went by too fast, that I have completely forgotten about my blog! I’m posting this update to show that this blog is not a total waste. I chose the right guy 4 years ago, and we are very blessed to have each other. Cheers everyone! :)

Here we celebrated our 2nd Anniversary together on April 8, 2015 :) 

The 8th of April 2015 was a Wednesday and I had work at night so it was a quick 1 hour date during my break. He picked me up around 7:00 to 8:00 at night as far as i remember. We were lucky he was able to borrow their family car so we had the chance to travel farther from my office and celebrate at this nice restaurant. We ate pizza and burger and drank some red wine. It was a simple but lovely date :) Even though the time was constrained, we still had a great time simply because we were together. To have this kind of relationship is really a blessing in my life. From our first date to our second anniversary, the way the see each other has changed so much. Before, i saw him just as my lover and friend, but now he has become much more, he is my home :)

Hi Everyone, 

It’s been a more than a year since my last post. But since then Mel and I are still together and going stronger than ever! So for the purpose of keeping my blog updated and our relationship well documented, here are photos from our date last April 21, 2014 (which is over a year ago :p ). As I remember, he visited me at work here and we ate dinner together at McDonalds :) Even until now, he still visits me at work where we would have dinner together :D

A Message for Mel :)

Words are just not enough to describe how happy I am to have met you. You, who: constantly reminds me to drink lots of water, scolds me when I won't take my vitamins or eat my fruits, worries when I'm not yet home, gets jealous of my crushes, helps me budget my allowance, argues with my idealism then keeps me grounded, tells me I'm beautiful (maski gubot na kau kug nawng), writes me poems, tells me stories, puts up with my petty insecurities, makes me laugh, constantly assures me of his love, drives me home, takes pictures with me (or of me XD), reminds me to pray, posts on my fb wall, calls me every night, understands me, demands for hugs and kisses, challenges me to my limits, listens to my problems, fights for my rights, treats me like a princess, loves me, takes care of me, and etc.. I could go on with this forever! :) The list of the things I'm grateful for because of you is just too long to fit into this post. Attending the retreat, saying 'Yes' to your request to take a picture with me, giving you my number, allowing you to drive me home, and agreeing on our first date were the events that led us here. Sometimes I still wonder how everything happened (because it all happened too fast XD) But right now I am blessed, thankful, and happy being with you. Loving you is so easy and I love doing it everyday Advance Happy New Year My Love! Let us greet the new year with the hope for a stronger, happier, and a more faithful relationship. I am welcoming the new year with a smile because of you :)

Someone to love

I found someone who loves me for me and appreciates every little thing in me. It's wonderful to have someone who considers you as a part if their life, a part of their future. Someone who makes you a priority and not just an option. Someone who loves you just as much you love them, but they'll always insist that their love is greater. Someone that makes you feel that everyday is a day worth living and being happy. Someone to love and loves you unconditionally. A love we have, love we know will last forever. Forever it will last as long as we work together. Together as friends, confidant, support, and partner. Because that someone to love should always be more than a lover. :)
