Watching Star Trek (2009) and there’s a moment nera the end where Spock squats to mind meld with a Romulan he just knocked out to get information about the ship.

And it’s my favorite thing ever because another Romulan comes up behind him while he’s melding with the knocked out one and before the guy can even arm his weapon a phaser bolt takes him out and Kirk comes into frame to guard Spock while he’s on the ground and I-
