Shoto with a s/o that takes care of their younger siblings, so much so that they call her mom instead of their actual mom and as Shoto visits her house more and more he sees they way they run to her and ask her for things and she takes care of them and one of them slips and calls her mom in front of him and he's just kinda shocked and confused on why the sibling did that and she explains that her parents really don't seem to care that they have kids and just kinda leave them to her. He also sees how she tries to balance school and her siblings and lets her just take a nap with him because he knows that she needs some sleep and is proud to have such a caring girlfriend. If you can't do that it's ok â€ïž
How I Met Your Siblings
Summary: A summary of how Shoto Todoroki met your siblings and gave you a run for your money. Itâs pretty chaotic but thatâs expected when you have 3 other younger siblings who you take care of day and night without rest. The literal definition of mother.
Warning: Despite the siblings call you mom/mommy you are just their sister, Mentions of cheating but no actual cheating, angst with a happy ending, implied 18+ but nothing actually happened, OOC Todoroki? The cheating part doesnât rlly make sense I just kinda rolled with it, prideful (Y/n)
Pairing: Todoroki Shoto X Fem! Reader
Word count: 12,000 words
A/n: Thank you to my first ever request!! The whole idea is so adorable and super fun to play around with! I loved writing this and NGL it wasnât supposed to turn out as angst or this long, I just accidentally went overboard. ALSO IM SO SORRY FOR IT TAKING LITERAL YEARS TO WRITE! School had been holding me back for so long and my love life also punched me super hard in the gut and not to mention all of my personal problems.
1st Interaction: Todoroki Shoto meeting your siblings
âHey, wanna come over to my house? I know youâve been having a rough time over yours, with your dad being more pressuring with you after the sports festival?â I asked Shoto who was still keeping his books
Class had just finished, so it meant that it was time for everyone to go home. I stood at Shotoâs desk with my bag slung around my shoulder in a carefree manner. The windows to our classroom were open, letting the light from the orange sky pour into the room, a slight cold breeze was also carried in the wind, in this setting Shoto really looked pretty.
Looking up at me he spoke with a gentle smile, âSure, thanks for your concern.â
We walked in comfortable silence to my house which was small in comparison to Shotoâs. But didnât he didnât know that because he had never visited my house before. While I only visited him once because his sister really wanted to meet me.
Unlike Shotoâs family⊠My family and I were in the middle class and they ran a hero support agency, building new gear to help heroes like Hawks and Miriko. Youâd think theyâd have a higher salary but unfortunately that wasnât the case and so they work almost all day and night to earn money. Leaving me to care and fend for me and my siblings.
âHonestly, they forgot they even have kids.â I grumbled in my head. I sort of resented my parents a bit for that, work was always on their mind. And I didnât blame them for that reason, I resented them because whenever they were home they didnât seem to care for any of us.
No hello, goodnight, good morning, birthday greetings, or even congratulation on any special occasion. I could handle that, not my siblings though, I have 3 younger siblings, 2 boys and 1 sisters. All of them had unique talents and skills, all of which they wouldnât have been able to achieve without my support. But still, I just supported them, they achieved it by themselves.
It hurts to see the disappointment and pain in my siblings' faces whenever our parents brush their talents and achievements off. And thatâs why I chose to go to U.A. in the hero course. After I graduate Iâll be helping to pay and support whatever my siblings want.
Thatâs because my parents have to approve what kind of career we want to go into. And letâs just say, if my siblings wanted to have regular jobs like teachers, then my parents wouldnât agree or pay for their college. And let's just say I didnât want that for them. Thatâs why I need to earn lots of money and fast, for my siblings. And becoming a hero is the way to accomplish that goal, good thing that itâs my passion as well.
~~~
A sudden soft tune and vibration began coming out from my bag. I pulled out my phone, and looked at the dark screen with a picture of a young boy who had similar facial features to me. Seeing the caller ID, I didnât hesitate to answer the call immediately.
âHey, whatâs up?â I asked, âAlright⊠Yes yes⊠Sure, not a problem⊠Anything else you need?⊠Alright then, love you too. Iâll be waiting for you back at the house and donât take too long.â
âWho was that?â Shoto asked as his eyebrows furrowed in curiosity
âMy younger brother, he said heâll be coming home a bit late since his soccer practice is taking longer than expected. Also do you mind if we stop by a 7/11? He asked if I could buy him some onigiri.â I replied, putting my phone back into my bag.
âI donât mind at all.â He replied in his usual monotone voice
âThanks baby.â I gave him a kiss on the lips in surprise
âItâs no problem.â He smiled with a blush on his face, pulling me towards him by the waist.
And so we headed towards the direction of the nearest 7/11. Shoto had his arm wrapped around my waist in a very protective manner. Once we got to the 7/11, I began to go down the onigiri section, but I happened to pass by some instant soba noodles.
Knowing it was Shotoâs favorite food, I sneakily took it while he was looking at the slurpee machine in curiosity as if he hadnât tried one once ever in his life, probably because of his father. After that I took some tuna mayo onigiri and other snacks that I knew my siblings would want and went up to the counter quickly before Shoto would offer to pay for it.
Mission successful! With a plastic bag in my hand, I waited for Shoto on one of the seats at the high table. Scrolling through my gallery, looking for pictures of my siblings. A sudden shadow towered over me, looking at my phone. Knowing who it was, I didnât panic at all instead turning around to meet his gaze. I smiled and thanked him as he handed me a red colored slurpee, while in his other hand was a blue one.
âYou never really mentioned anything about your siblings?â He questioned
I cooed adorably at that question, picturing my siblings in my mind, âOh, you never asked plus, you donât seem like you would hang out with kids unless you have to.â
âItâs not that I donât like them.â He spoke bluntly
âWell then, not to worry. Youâll be meeting my siblings today.â I smiled at him, getting up and walking out of the store
âHow about your parents?â Shoto trailed after me and headed off to my house.
I tensed up at his curiosity, âWell, Iâll see if theyâre there. If so, I guess you could meet them.â Awkwardly sipping onto my slurpee while avoiding his gaze
He didnât comment on my actions which I was very thankful for. We walked towards my home in an awkward silence after that, up until Shoto decided to break it. Asking if we could switch slurpees so that he could taste the flavor of mine.
I agreed to it and we switched up slurpees. Both of them tasted good, but I liked mine better. However unbeknownst to us, due to switching our slurpees. Our tongues that were supposedly red and blue, both turned violet. Something that would become very embarrassing later on.
~~~
We finally arrived at my house, it was a 2 story modern house. It looked really simple and cozy, Shoto noticed. Grabbing the keys out of my pocket and opening the door to my house, it was already around 5:30 PM. To my surprise both me and Shoto were greeted with a quiet house. We took off our shoes and headed towards the kitchen.
I was glad that my siblings werenât causing any ruckus today but I was beginning to wonder where they were. We placed the plastic bag on the kitchen table and I stretched. Shoto had to go do a number 1, so he asked the direction of the bathroom. I told him the directions and waited for him on the living room couch.
âHey guys, Iâm home!â I yelled out, for the people upstairs to hear.
All Hell broke looseâŠ
âMomâs back home!!â Hikari my 6 year old sister came running down the stairs
âHey wait up for me!â Hiroto my 8 year old brother tried to follow after her
âDonât run down the stairs guys! You could trip and fall!â I yelled out, watching over them in concern.
My 2 siblings jumped into me and screamed out chants of âmomâs homeâ. I giggled along with them and had to pry myself off of them. Their hugs were like a vice grip, if I didnât undergo any hero training I would have had a hard time pulling them off.
Directing them towards the counter, I pulled out their favorite snacks from the 7/11 plastic bag. Hiroto, the more introverted one out of all of us thanked me shyly with a hug while Hikari, the most extroverted among all of my siblings pulled me down to place a kiss on my cheek.
The door slammed open timingly to reveal my 12 year old brother with the exact same facial features as me except only more younger and boyish. At the same time, Shoto got out of the bathroom and entered the room who was still sipping on his blue slurpee. Only to meet Kaito who glared at him, while holding his soccer ball.
âMom, whoâs this?â He gritted his teeth, placing the soccer ball down to aim it at Shoto.
âMom?â Shoto looked at you in wide eyes
âKaito, stop that and I can explain everything to both of you.â I got up and ran towards them, standing in front of Shoto to shield him
âKaito! Listen to what mom says!â Hiroto ran and tried to pull him away
âKaito, stop being mean!â Hikari with tears in her eyes, cried comically
âLike Hell, I will! Who the Hell is this guy, with mom!â Kaito yelled, giving Shoto a full on death glare
Shoto was confused at your brother's actions, âIâm (N/n)âs boyfriend.â He spoke bluntly
âMomâs boyfriend, like Hell will I allow that!â Kaito pushed off Hiroto and kicked the ball
All the while this was happening you yelled at him, âKaito, that wasnât nice! Apologize to Hiroto and câmon please listen. He is my boyfriend and I love him very much! So please donât kick the ball!â
I ran towards him to try to hold him back, while scolding him for pushing off Hiroto who luckily, landed on the couch with Hikari comforting him by hugging him from behind.
The soccer ball flew into the air with Kaitoâs expert skills. Everyoneâs eyes were glued onto the ball that was flying towards Shoto at lighting speed. I knew that I had no reason to worry for Shoto seeing as heâs very strong, but as his girlfriend and the person responsible for Kaito
I was worried for Shoto because I didnât know what heâd think of me after this. Plus Kaitoâs quirk was that he could control anything he touched for a period of time. This means that if you werenât quick enough Shoto could very well get hit by the ball.
You activated your quirk, but Shoto was faster. He lifted his arm in front of him and aimed at the ball, which swerved to the left and with quick reflexes Shoto froze the ball completely, he bent down casually as though he hadnât encased it in ice, he picked it up and began heating it up.
âHUH?!â Kaito yelled in shock, no one had been able to stop his soccer balls even with the use of their quirk except for me.
My siblings stared at Shoto for a minute in shock at what just happened until Hiroto recognized him, âDidnât you place 2nd in the sports festival, just above mom who placed 3rd?â
âYeah, yeah he is! Heâs so cool with that fight with the green hair dude!â Hikari fangirled, running up to Shoto and hugging him by the leg.
âAck- Heâs the dude who literally obliterated his opponentsâŠ?â Kaitoâs face became pale and he hid behind the couch
I sighed in irritation and walked towards him, âKaito, that wasnât nice. Apologize to Shoto then after Hiroto, now.â I said sternly
âHah! Or else what?!â He replied in a shaky voice, trying to keep cool as he was a bit of a tsundere.
âOr else, I wonât give you your onigiri. And Iâm not gonna tuck you in bed tonight.â He immediately stood up and walked in front of Shoto with an embarrassed and scared expression on his face.
âMom, his face looks scary!â He whispered-yelled at me with a pleading face, asking for mercy.
âHeâs not scary at all, Kai! Heâs pretty handsome in fact, but pretty cold!â Hikari commented, while still clinging onto Shotoâs right leg
âDo it.â I replied back with a glare
âF-Fine⊠I-Iâ Taiko looked up to see Shoto staring at him a bit curious, âIâm sorry okay for trying to hit you with the soccer ball while using my quirk! But in my defense, you nor anyone will ever be good enough to be my mom/sisterâs boyfriend!â He yelled, running behind the kitchen counter to shield himself from Shotoâs but mostly mine, gazes.
âThatâs not what you're supposed to say!â
âWell what did you want me to say exactly?! Sorry for being an overprotective sibling and I approve of you dating-â As Kaito went out of his hiding spot to storm towards you, he slipped and hit his head on the floor.
Shoto who stood in front of me trying to get me to calm down previously and tell me what my sibling did was okay and he was just being protective of me. I literally shoved him and ran to my sibling, placing his head on my lap and crying frantically. Looking over for any injuries or signs of concussion.
Shoto who stumbled back from me shoving him off, caught his balance and walked towards you. Activating his ice and inspecting the big bruise forming on my siblings head. There wasnât any blood so that was good at least.
âAn AngelâŠ? No it's even better, mom?â He blinked, tears pouring down from his face from the pain.
âYes! Are you alright?! Please stay awake, we need to make sure you donât have any concussions! Shoto put your ice on him, please!â I cried frantically, not being able to keep my composure when it comes to my siblings.
âDid you and that guy?â He glared at Shoto though thankful for the icy cold hand on his bruise making it feel better, âDrink any slurpees, specifically red and blue?â He asked seriously
âYesâŠ? WhyâŠ?â My eyes widen in surprise and the tears stopped as well because of this
âI noticed them⊠And why are both your tongues violet?!â
Shoto stood silently with a blush while he watched me in slight amusement trying to explain why both our tongues were violet, âHuh?! Itâs not what it looks like I swear! We just swapped-â
âCurse you peppermint candy! How dare you taint my mother! Sheâs still a virgin!â
âKaito!â Me, Hikari, and Hiroto yelled in unison at him
âIâm glad.â Shoto added bluntly, making me dive my face into my hands in embarrassment
That was the first time Shoto had ever met my siblings and went to my house. After that, he began coming to my house more and more often. Finding himself liking it and feeling more comfortable there than in his own home.
2nd interaction: Todoroki Shoto meeting his s/oâs parents
Shoto was at my house again, this time he had already been here a few times before and met all of my family, except for my parents. Not until now.
Both my parents walked out of their office and walked past me and my siblings while Shoto was in the bathroom. They completely ignored us but in respect we greeted them politely. We were about to go out separate ways again had it not been for my siblings wanting their attention. It canât be helped, children will always crave attention from their parents.
âMother, look nee-san has a boyfriend and she brought him today.â Hikari said excitedly, trying to get a response from her biological mother
Notice how she said mother instead of mom. Hikari being the youngest one out of all of us, hasnât really accepted that our parents don't really care for us. I mean we did try to hide it from her, shielding her from the harsh reality, but I think sheâs starting to catch on.
âIs this true?â My mother gave me a questioning look
âYesâŠâ I looked away, trying to avoid everyoneâs gazes
âConcentrate on becoming a hero and keeping the Family prestige, weâve already begun to downgrade ever since the business wasnât doing quite well with our competitors having more recent technology while ours has begun to downgrade. We simply donât want you having any distractions which will lead to your downfall as well.â My father said sternly, looking at me intensely with tired eyes
âWho is this boy?â My mother questioned me crossing her arms in front of her chest
âIâm her boyfriend, itâs nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. (L/n).â Shoto suddenly stood besides me which startled everyone, he gave out his hand for my father to shake
My fathers eyes narrowed as he shook Shotoâs hands making my anxiety rise to the top, â(Y/n) never mentioned she had a boyfriend, how come weâre only hearing about this now? Also howâs your father doing with him being number 1 now, is he interested in some support gear?â
âArenât you, Todoroki Shoto? Son of Endeavor?â My mother pushed me aside to inspect Shoto
âYes, miss.â Shoto replied, slightly uncomfortable at the mention of the number 1 hero.
â(Y/n), we approve of him.â My mother turned to look at me for a second then back to Shoto, âDoes your father or his sidekicks need new gear? Weâll be giving out discounts since you're my daughter's boyfriend as long as you guys buy in bulk.â
âMother, please. I think youâre making him uncomfortable.â I pleaded, trying to push my siblings out of the hallway and back into their rooms whilst trying to get Shoto out of the very uncomfortable situation.
âNonsense, (Y/n). You should have introduced us to your boyfriend sooner.â My parents began giving Shoto more attention than me or my siblings had ever received in our entire life.
âWe should have a formal dinner, getting to know each other. Todoroki, you should invite your family.â My father interjected
âWe have a free schedule on this Thursday, thereâs a new restaurant that opened near here. We should go there.â My parents began to overwhelm Shoto
âShit! What do I do?!â I screamed watching my parents like hawks as they corner Shoto, who didnât like the situation one bit but still held an unemotional expression. I could tell because of how his eyebrows were scrunched up and his eyes drifting towards mine, pleadingly.
âMom, we got this.â Kaito, being the angel he was whispered to me
Relief overtook me as I ran and grabbed Shoto by the arm making a dash towards the front door, âThanks, I owe you one.â I winked at them
Not a problem, Kai mouthed back. Walking towards his biological parents, ready to deal with their lecture and scolding. Internally I was super guilty and grateful to him, he always had my back and loyalty. All of my siblings do.
3rd interaction: Todoroki Shoto getting to know Hikari
âNee~ Hikari, since your older sister is becoming a pro hero wonât that mean sheâs going to leave you?â A girl who wore the same uniform as Hikari spoke out
âMom becoming a pro hero is the coolest thing ever! But I know that sheâll ever leave me and my siblings, she just wouldnât do that!â Hikara countered, not liking where the topic was going
âBut Hikara, surely you know how busy pro heroes are and havenât you heard your sister is aiming to rank in the top 10?â Another classmate of Hikara with blonde hair pushed Hikari a bit, trying to pull a reaction from her.
âYeah, I know about it and I completely support her! But sheâd never forget us! Sheâs our mommy!â
âHey, how about this instead? To prove your sister isnât gonna ever leave you, how about you and your sister come to my birthday party next week, this Saturday? She can also bring her classmates like Red Riot, Deku, and Froppy!â The blonde-haired kid shook Hikari harshly and cornered her into a nearby wall.
In fear Hikara began to stutter, voice breaking as her eyes began to gloss, âI-I donât think thatâs a g-good id-ea⊠I recall h-her saying how sheâs g-gonna be really-⊠busy with her internshipâŠ!â
Turning on her quirk, the blonde kid got into a fighting position, âLook, I donât care about that. Figure something out or else Iâll ruin your reputation and no one will want to be friends with you. I can assure you, youâll be completely alone like a loser!â
âStop it! Youâre scaring me!â Hikara began to cry as she cowered into the corner wishing that her mom was there to comfort her.
âLook, sheâs crying!â
âSheâs going to go back crying to her sister!â
âWhyâd you even call your sister mom again?!â
âThatâs because her real mom doesnât care for her!â
âYouâre such a loser!â
âThe only thing cool about you is your sister!â
âAnd you said you wanted to become a pro hero like your sister! Yet you canât even defend yourself, how much more other people!â
The six girls began to circle Hikara like vultures about to pounce on their prey while they chanted words of insult towards Hikari. They activated their quirk and were about to use them when suddenly Shoto, who was heading towards the direction of your house, just happened to walk by what was happening.
He immediately recognized Hikaraâs terrified voice and immediately intervened. Speaking sternly in a low and scary voice while glaring at the girls to get out, not before apologizing to Hikari. In response to Shotoâs scary face they jumped, apologizing to Hikari then running away from the scene.
âStupid kidsâŠâ Shoto mumbled under his breath, âAre you alright? Do you have any injuries? Please stop crying. I've already dealt with your classmates.â Shoto grimaced, not really sure what to do about his girlfriend's crying sister.
âI was s-so scared!â The little girl ran into Shotoâs arms, hugging him in comfort
âPlease calm down.â Kind of flustered at the situation, he awkwardly patted the girl on the head, hugging her back stiffly.
âT-Thank you, TodorokiâŠâ Shotoâs heart warmed at that, your sister really was polite and adorable.
âNo problem, if you ever need any help. Iâm always here for your family.â He gave the girl a small smile as she began to finally calm down, âWe should inform your sister about this as well, are you alright with that?â
âN-No⊠I donât want mom to worry or have any more burdensâŠâ Hikara tightened the hug
âYou know youâre not a burden, especially towards your sister. Iâm sure sheâll feel glad that youâre being open towards her.â
âMom is taking care of us already, thatâs more than enough. Please donât tell her, Iâm begging you.â She clutched onto his hand, giving him the best puppy eyes she could muster up.
âAlright, I respect your wishes. I wonât tell your sister but please try to be more open to her. What happened back there was really serious.â He sighed, slightly frustrated that he couldnât tell you since it was about your sister whom he knew you cared greatly about
âItâs okay, it was my fault after allâŠâ
Shoto doubted that, he couldnât see everything that happened; he only got to the part where they ganged up on her, âHow come?â
âThey wanted me to bring mom and her friends to Misturiâs birthday next week. But I canât because you guys have internships next week! So I told them about that and they didnât like it! Iâm sure I have no friends anymore and that Iâm uninvited to her birthday!â The little girl huffed and began crying again
Shoto sighed at her explanation, âListen, Hikari⊠None of it is your fault and based on what you just told me. None of them were your true friends to begin with. I guess they only like you because (Y/n) is becoming a hero. But thatâs fine because not everyone is gonna like us or be nice to us. Some people use us for their own gain and thatâs fine because we just have to distinguish those people and weâre also not alone. We have other people whoâll help us no matter what, the right person will come at the right time. And they wonât use us, theyâll stay by our side and those people are our real friends, and it doesnât matter if those people are our family or outside of our family as regardless theyâre our real friends and you can even consider them as your own family. Do you get me?â He hugged the little girl who reminded him so much of you as he gave a speech
âHmm, I see⊠Thank youâŠâ The girl hummed in response to Shotoâs little speech, âCan we still not tell my mommy about this though? Sheâs already stressed out as much as it is and I just want to forget about this. Can you p-promise me?â She sniffled as she held out her pink for him to take.
â⊠I promise.â Shoto didnât like keeping secrets from you but she respected your sister's wish and so heâll uphold it, âHop on my back, Iâm sure youâre tired so Iâll carry you home while you sleep.â
âAlright, thanks.â It didnât took long before the child fell asleep on him
Walking back home, Shoto was slightly amused and worried about how frantic and panicked you looked when you realized your little sister hadn't returned home until you saw her fast asleep on Shotoâs back. The relief that flooded your eyes when you saw that she was safe and sound. Tears almost poured out even, you helped Shoto settle her onto her bed, to continue letting her sleep in peace.
âThank you Shoto, I thought something had happened to her!â I cried into his arms the moment we stepped out of Hikariâs room, âI donât know what I wouldâve done!â
âShh⊠Itâs alright, nothing gonna happen while Iâm here. Iâm always here to help out and watch out for you and your siblings.â
âThank you again, it really means a lot...â
âItâs no problem, I love you.â He kissed me
âI love you too.â I pulled him into the kiss even harder
4th interaction: Todoroki Shoto getting to know Hiroto
When Shoto had failed his provisional license and was forced to retake it along with Bakugo and the other students. Camie, the blonde girl from their competing school wouldnât stop blabbering flirts left and right, specifically targeting Shoto.
Shoto being the dense bitch he is, never noticed a single thing. However, a certain Hiroto who was part of the class that Todoroki and the others were assigned to, noticed. And he was livid about how Todoroki didnât really turn her down, but sometimes indulged in her questions.
Unbeknownst to Todoroki and the others that Hiroto was a part of this class, they continued to go on about their lives. Hiroto who usually never joined in on the class antics, because of how he was so introverted around his classmates. But his whole quiet nice guy personality did a full turn.
When it came to his mom, heâd do anything for her! And what Camie did, flirting with his momâs boyfriend took things to a whole new level of personal. He was going to make her life a living Hell. Hiroto decided to keep his identity a secret in order to observe how Todoroki would handle the situation.
When Hiroto saw that Todoroki never really did anything, well you could say he wasnât only pissed at Camie. He was going to do his best so that hero Shoto would not be able to receive his hero license and of course this revenge plan wouldnât be complete if he didnât include Camie. He had another devious plan for herâŠ
âHey, Todoroki! Whatâs your number?â Camie asked Todoroki right in front of the class they were supposed to correct their behavior.
âWhy would you need it?â Shoto questioned in confusion
âTsk!â Bakugo interrupted, immediately spotting Hiroto in the crowd of students but decided not to say anything.
It was easy enough for literally anyone to figure out that Hiroto was your sibling from looks alone since you looked exactly like him, just in the opposite gender. Hiroto was giving Shoto the death glare from all the way in the back of the class.
It was like bloodlust was pouring out of him, Hell even some of his classmates and including his teacher steered away from him. In fear of becoming the receiving end of his soon coming outrage.
âTsk, icy-hot good luck dealing with your girlfriend's brother, I respect the kid thought since the first time I met him. Heâs definitely out for your blood.â Bakugo thought proudly, looking at Hiroto with a smug smirk whilst the little boy continued to throw deadly death glares at the dual-haired boy. âOh, this is gonna be so much fun.â
Time skip
Hiroto's quirk was the ability to control earth elements, mostly the ground but it would expand the more he develops. A very powerful quirk which he has yet to be able to control, he however was able to practice it a bit whenever you were home and not busy.
Those times were his favorite times with you since none of his other siblings would get to hog you to themselves since youâd be so busy tending to him.
So while Todoroki who was somehow dense enough not to notice the death glares being thrown at him from Hiroto. The usually behaved child (More behaved than the rest of his class) began to conspire and strategize with their class leader ways to make sure the heroes will bend to them.
Starting of with the chaos from the class, they began to use their quirks. And bully Shoto about being Five Wennies, a nickname Hiroto will definitely tell Kaito about so that they can bully him afterwards as well. Within the chaos Hiroto continued to hide and blend in with his classmates as to not be discovered. And he also made an agreement with his friends to do their best to make Camie fail.
When one of female children with brown hair tied in a ponytail started to have a crush on Five Wennies thatâs when Hiroto turned his back on her. And they began fighting over who gets to date Five Winnies, her or his sister. Even though Hiroto was mad at Todoroki, he couldnât help but feel inclined to defend him for his sister. The fight was a childish feud, had it not been for the fact they were both using quirks which could lead to someone getting seriously injured.
The teachers informed Shoto to take care of it, knowing the relationship of the kid and his girlfriend. Everything went ballistic between the two children so Shoto had to use his quirk to dissipate the fight and tension. Dark gray smoke covered the area and Shoto was still yet to discover that the one causing so much trouble was Hiroto. Multiple coughs rang through the air along with some groans and moans when the smoke finally dissipated everyone stared intently and anxiously about what was gonna happen next.
âHiroto what are you doing?â Shoto asked in pure confusion at the boy
âGetting revenge!!â He yelled, quickly standing up and running at him
A large boulder hurled at Shoto, but having more experience in fighting than the child. It didnât take much of his energy to stop it in its tracks with his ice. The dual haired boy was shocked and confused to say the least. Out of all your siblings, he expected Kaito to do something like this.
Hiroto ran around the iceberg and was exhausted at this point. There wasnât much he could do before heâd pass out and Shoto knew it. The little boy had overused his quirk and this was the result of it. So quickly Shoto ran up to the boy as well, meeting him in the middle just in time before he fell to the ground.
He caught him in his arms and looked at him in worry, his eyes were barely open and a fever was forming. He knelt to the ground while still carrying the boy to make it easier for him. Hiroto was still fuming with hatred for the dual haired boy but was barely awake at this point. In his frustration, he did the only logical thing a kid would do. He cried, in fact threw a tantrum.
âHow dare you!â The boy cried, punching Shoto weakly in the chest
âHiroto calm down. Youâre forming a fever and way too exhausted from overusing your quirk. Go to sleep.â Shoto spoke calmly but panicked on the inside
âNo! Youâre cheating on my sister! I hate you!â He barely croaked out with a shaky voice.
And with that Hiroto had finally succumbed to his fatigue. Slight tears formed at the corners of Shotos eyes at those words. He didnât know why Hiroto thought he was cheating on (Y/n)! But it hurts like Hell to ever think of hurting (Y/n)! And the look on Hirotoâs face when he stared at Todoroki was one filled with resentment, a look that reminded Shoto the one he gives his father everyday. Never ever, would he think of physically or emotionally abusing anyone! Especially (Y/n), his own girlfriend! Heâd rather die instead of becoming his father!
And so Shoto froze at that, his heart shattering as he realized that despite not cheating he had hurt Hiroto immensely, by something he didnât even know what he did. Shoto traced back to his mind the memories of what he did within this day, had he forgotten to say I love you to you before he left? Had he accidentally insulted you with his blunt comments? What?! Just what was it?!
Unbeknownst to Shoto, Bakugo knew what the fuck was going on from the beginning as he knew what social clues were. And he was absolutely livid to think that one of his friends from the Bakusquad got kinda unintentionally cheated on, not really since there werenât any intentions but itâs for the plot and I donât know what else to do lol. And so Bakugo walked up to Shoto and punched him across the face. Luckily Shoto didnât punch back or stumble as he still had Hiroto in his arm and instead glared at him, furious why he suddenly did that.
âIcy-hot, that bitch Camie flirted with you and you didnât even realize that. You even engaged in it without realizing it, are you that fucking dense?!â Bakugo yelled
âDamn it. I didnâtâŠâ Shoto replied honestly while placing his right hand on Hirotoâs forehead activating it and effectively bringing his ever growing fever down
âThen take the fucking hint and fix up your shit. Iâm not going to help (Y/n) if she ever comes crying to me about this. Youâre in deep shit.â The blonde boy growled
Time skip
Todoroki got his shit together and finished their retake successfully and avoided Camie at all cost this time like she was the plague but by this time she didnât care as she had already scored his phone number and was in belief that she had a shot with him despite him already telling her heâs dating the most prettiest girl in the world. Apparently in her words and eyes which kept roaming around his body, making him extremely uncomfortable, that his little girlfriend didnât need to know anything if only he kept his mouth sealed which he quickly shut down again.
Bakugoâs words of threat never left his mind, he knew that the boy was just looking out for you as you were a part of the Bakusquad and still his classmate as well. Shoto was anxious and scared shitless of what was going to happen next as he waited in the infirmary for your little brother to wake up, never leaving his side once. It didnât take much longer before Hiroto finally awoke and saw Shoto sitting in a chair waiting for him with great anticipation. His right leg bouncing up and down in a fast rhythm to an unknown song.
âI donât want you here, get out you cheater!â Hiroto yelled with a scratchy voice
âListen, I can explain-â Shoto began but was cut out
âI donât want to hear any of your pathetic excuses! You knew how much we trusted you yet you cheated! You liar!â
âI wonât leave until you listen and you canât make me leave.â Shoto replied calmly, his emotions more stable than earlier having already thought the situation through.
âAck-!â The little boy groaned as he was unable to his his quirk now that heâs over used it, âFine, Iâm giving you 2 minutes tops. Donât make me regret it.â He finished, growling slightly
âI didnât grow up with the best figures in my life and because of that I lack the necessary social skills.â
âYeah, and what about us? You see my parents caring about me and mom or even my siblings?â Hiroto was beginning to sound more and more like Kaito rather than himself
âI have a sister too, but unlike (Y/n), my sister Fuyumi wasnât as successful as bringing our family together. It means I didnât have a sister teaching me whatâs right or wrong, I hadnât realized that Camie was flirting with me and that I engaged with it. I only thought about it as her asking questions to be more knowledgeable about us. I was wrong and I realize that now. I should have told her that I was dating (Y/n). Iâve already talked about it to Camie and set her straight, although I havenât talked about it to your sister.â
âFine. Youâre excused but this is the only time you get a get out of jail free card. And donât think weâre immediately buddies now, youâve got to earn my trust now that youâve broken it.â The little boy growled at him
âIâll be sure to do my best to earn it back.â Shoto replied with the most apologetic tone he could muster up, âAnd donât worry Iâll be sure to tell your sister the truth.â He grimaced, worried about your reaction and if he had put your relationship in danger.
âYouâre such a dumbass and asshole, Icy-hot. Sheâs sensitive about those, one word about it and sheâs dumping you. Iâm not even sure if youâll be able to explain yourself.â Bakugo said as he strode in the room.
âWatch your language, Hiroto is still a child and I wonât tolerate you saying those in front of him.â Shoto growled at Bakugo, glaring at him and warning him not to do it again.
The said boy only scoffed in response, âTch. Whatever.â
âItâs fine⊠But I also have to say that I agree with what Bakugo-san said, you see my sister is fearful about anything related to cheating.â Hiroto added, looking down in his lap worried for his mom.
âWhat do you mean?â Shoto questioned as far as he was concerned he was your first boyfriend and you never had much experience in the dating community.
âThat bitch didnât tell you as well, great just fucking great.â Bakugo rolled his eyes, âThe only thing I know is that she had this thing with a guy but they were never able to get together as another girl came into the picture. Ever since that sheâs been sensitive about that shit.â Bakugo huffed in annoyance.
âI seeâŠâ Shoto responded quietly, not really sure what to do with this information, âI donât want to keep this from her but if what happened earlier hurts her then Iâd rather keep it to myself.â Unconsciously Shoto gaslighted himself into believing it was fine to not tell his girlfriend he accidentally flirted with another girl.
âIâd rather keep my moms mental health standing strong.â
âTch. Whatever.â Just as quickly as he entered, the blonde boy left the room promptly, silence following him.
âHiroto, get some rest. I'm taking you back home in a while.â Shoto spoke, breaking the silence of the room and pushing the boy's shoulder back into the bed.
âHey, uhhâŠâ Hiroto began shyly earning a hum from the dual haired boy, âTreat my mom right, okay? We love her a lot and Iâm giving you my trust on thisâ
âOf course, I never want to hurt your sister. I love her as well.â Shoto smiled gently, âNow sleep, youâre sister is worried about you.â
After that interaction, Shoto went out of the room for a bit to call his girlfriend to let her know that her brother was in the infirmary but is currently doing fine. He knew that you over worry about your siblings all the time even for the smallest of reasons, one of the things he loves about you.
But still in his heart, heâs guilty and feels absolute remorse about what happened. All he can think about is that itâs all his fault for being dense. Not being able to express his emotions well or tell what other peopleâs thoughts, emotions, and emotions are when it comes to love. In these times is where he truly renounces and feels hatred for his father and his doings. In these times he wished he never had a quirk to begin with, heâd rather be poor and quirkless than be born to a monster who disguises himself as a hero.
RingâŠ
Ring⊠RingâŠ
Ring⊠Ring⊠RingâŠ
With each ring Shotoâs anxiety and guilt rose up but being known for concealing his feelings and being unemotional it wasnât hard at all to hide all of that guilt. Though it still ate him up, and it would be only a matter of time until he breaks or perhaps someone else does the break or better yet spilling some information on him to his beloved girlfriend.
âHey Shoto! Are you done with your retest already? You should come over to my place. I'm making dinner and itâs cold soba, your favorite!â The girl cheered happily
âHey, (Y/n)⊠Thanks, I'd like that a lotâŠâ His heart cracked at the thought of you making him his favorite good for dinner, proving to him just how much you love him while he went behind your back.
âIs there anything wrong? You donât really sound like yourself?â You questioned in worry, ready to do whatever it takes to help him feel better.
âAt my retest⊠we were supposed to reform a class as the students were out of control but it turns out that class was Hirotoâs. He got in a fight with his classmate which resulted in him overusing his quirk and fainting.â He said almost breaking down from the guilt, in his mind the only thought that was running was that he was turning into his father for hurting someone he loved.
âWHAT!?! Why didnât you inform me earlier! Is he alright! What exactly happened! Nevermind! Iâm heading there instead, Iâll meet you in 5-10 minutes! By-â
He wiped a tear off his face and pulled himself together, clearing his throat he put an unemotional expression on with quite difficulty, â(Y/n), love.â Shoto said in his most calm and sincere voice hoping that it sounded as real as possible, it ultimately resulted in making you calm down as well and bring out your rational side, further pulling at Shotos heart how much he had an effect on you.
âAck- ShotoâŠâ I start to tear up, unable to understand why my brother had to go through that, âMy brother heâs a good kid, he has never gotten into any fights before or-â My emotions become overflowed and overwhelming that I just sobbed hysterically, âGod! What kind of sister am I if I canât keep an eye on my own siblings! Iâm such a failure.â
At this point Shotoâs guilt had eaten him up so much that he was going to explain everything from Camie down to Hiroto arriving at the clinic. But in the back of his mind, he was reminded of Bakugoâs and Hirotoâs. Of how if he tried to tell you what happened, more specifically about him flirting with another woman no matter how unintentional it may have been, would result in his ass getting dumped. He in fact didnât want his ass getting dumped so he did the most stupid thing he ever did in his life, and that was not listening to his gut instinct.
âLove, heâs alright and donât worry youâre doing the best you can do and itâs more than enough. It isn't your fault at all, alright? I believe that your brother just got into some disagreement with his classmate about you. He just wanted to defend your name so once he gets home donât lecture or get mad at him. Okay? And donât worry Iâll be the one to bring him to you so just prepare dinner, weâll be there on time.â Shoto said in his sweetest voice he could muster, bullet swears running down his face in anxiousness.
To Shoto, it felt like this was his most dangerous mission heâs ever taken and will ever take and that one wrong word would ruin it all.
âI-I⊠Alright, Iâm just worried about him, you know? Thank you, baby. Iâll wait for you guys.â He could hear you wiping away your tears but your voice still continued to crack but despite that you pushed through and smiled gratefully at him through the phone.
Shoto smiled, thanking the heavens that he managed to not get his ass dumped today. But letâs just see how long heâll keep this secret up, because as we all know the truth always comes out one way or anotherâŠ
That night he brought Hiroto back home to you on his back, like what happened with Hikara. It gave him deja vu when he saw you fussing over Hiroto to make sure he wasn't harmed in any way, all the while profusely bowing down and thanking your boyfriend for taking care of your sibling.
Though his heart shattered at the thought of hurting you and not being able to apologize for it. For fear of losing you for the rest of his life. It scared him shitless. People came and left his life, but of all people he just couldnât let you go. You're his first girlfriend, his first love! Youâve already left a mark in his life and no matter what he does it wonât ever change. He felt so selfish, he loathed the feeling. A part of him wanted you to choose someone better, someone who isnât as dense as him, someone who didnât have a lot of emotional baggage, someone who didnât have a big ugly scar on their faceâŠ
But despite feeling all that self loathing, no matter what, heâd do anything to make you not leave him. Heâd hate himself even more. His love for you was for eternity. Itâs completely endless! So please! Donât go and leave him and take his heart with you! Heâs been through Hell and back through his entire life, so please just⊠Donât leaveâŠ
In these moments, Shoto felt like he was exactly like his father. He hurt the ones he loved and didnât apologize for it. His heart cried internally, but outside he kept a poker face, it was one of the things in life he was great at since a very young age. He learned to separate his inner turmoil with his emotions and with time he got so great at it.
Shoto after that began to gaslight himself into believing that what he did was right, and that he was just over thinking things, in truth he could bare the pain in his heart for hurting you, if he didnât he would have rather stabbed his heart for daring to even hurt you, he was supposed to protect you. He promised that much to your siblings and to think he believed that he was a man of his words.
Look at him now⊠Turning back on those who he loves and loves him. God⊠He was his fathers son after all, perhaps he was just as arrogant as that tyrant, perhaps he abused those around him without even realizing it. It felt like all the progress he had made led him back to where he was at the sports festival right before finally Midoriya snapped him into reality with your help of course.
A hopeless boy, a boy filled with hatred, a boy who despite having everything at the touch of his fingertips was never truly happy⊠Shoto began to lie to himself that evening when he gave you a big and tight hug and pulled you into an unexpected but not unwelcome kiss, one that he poured all his passion into.
That night Shoto began to whisper sweet words into your ears nonstop and began to be more open of his love to you. It was weird of course, Shoto was never the open type to be so open about being affectionate. This was the first time he was really being affectionate, making you wonder what happened but you decided to keep your mouth shut wanting to enjoy the moment and attention since you guys did something that only you guys should know about as you both enjoyed a fiery passionate night. Something youâd regret in the future.
5th interaction: Todoroki Shoto getting to know Kaito
A few weeks after that night had passed and Shoto had already forgotten about the Camie incident but still he was trying his best to make it up to you, giving you surprise gifts and being more open and affectionate. Something you took gladly without hesitation, not questioning itâs his true intentions. Shoto walked into your house and was looking for you, for your date.
You told him you were home and to just let himself in through text, your last message being around 8-10 minutes ago. As Shoto began to search where you were in the house, it never occurred to him you could have been taking a shower and that you were thatâs why when he knocked the door and no one responded, he immediately assumed you were there. Not being all to hear the running water from the shower.
He gave up and assumed that maybe you were talking and hanging out with your siblings in their rooms so he first went to Hikariâs, then Hirotoâs, and lastly Kaito. Kaito who was still going through puberty had a very high voice, somewhat similar to yours making him think that it was your whimper he heard coming from the room.
He knocked 3 times politely on the door, âW-Wait-!â
It was too late and Shoto had already opened the door. Kaito was on the floor in front of his bed in a arms wrapped around his knees in a cradling position, looking at a piece of crumpled paper resembling that of a card in dispiritedness.
âYouâre not supposed to be here, get outâŠ!â Kaitoâs voice cracked, he was still crying, yelling out in frustration at Shoto.
âWhatâs wrong?â Shoto asked, disregarding Kaitoâs initial words
âGet outâŠ!â Kaito yelled and wanted to literally push Shoto out of his room himself but he didnât have the energy to do that so he scoffed and rolled his eyes at his moms boyfriend, â⊠Tsk⊠Whatever just donât tell anyone else what you saw, especially mommy.â
âWhy not?â Shoto asked calmly
âBecause they donât deserve this!â Kaito burst out crying once again.
Shoto felt guilty for not leaving the room in the first place, disrespecting Kaitoâs privacy but in the end Shoto recall you saying to him multiple times that your siblings meant the world to you and if anything bad were to happen to them, you wouldnât know what to do.
And it seemed like something bad did happen so Shoto would need to rely on his hero instincts to get him through this mission seeing as his Emotional intelligence wasnât as high as his intellectual intelligence.
Sitting down next to the boy Shoto asked paitently and calmly, âItâs alright, you can vent to me if you want and I promise I wonât tell your sis- your mom.â
Kaito groaned and sighed in defeat, âFine, if you do Iâll make my mom hate you.â His threat was real and filled with malice
âI promise.â Shoto patted his back in comfort
âI-I⊠Iâm going backâŠâ Kaito swallowed his pride and a single year was shed, âA grade. I failed in a single subject so now Iâm being held back⊠I-Itâs just not fair! I studied! I r-really did! But I failed! Iâm such a disappointment! A bad kid!â Kaito yelled out hysterically and wrapped his arms even tighter around his legs.
Shoto gulped and tried to remember what his mom did to him as a kid to comfort him whenever his dad hurt him with all those harsh training. He scooted even closer to Kaito and hugged him, Shoto was stiff of course but he was doing his best by saying that itâs alright and there wasnât any need to cry over it and going a grade isnât a big deal. And no one is disappointed in him, he did his best and thatâs all that should matter.
After a while Kaito finally seemed to calm down and was actually appreciative of what his moms boyfriend did for him.
âI guess, youâre not so bad after allâŠâ Kaito whispered to himself
6th interaction: Todoroki Shoto and his s/o breaking up and getting back together with the help of his s/oâs siblings
We were at the (L/n) household, Shoto was upstairs playing ang keeping all my siblings entertained while I was downstairs making us all snacks. It was late in the afternoon when I heard a phone vibrate in my pocket. Instinctively I grabbed it and unlocked it only to realize it wasnât my phone, Shoto and I mustâve switched accidentally. I laughed slightly at the realization until I saw the notification that popped up. It was a text message and I knew it was wrong to invade Shotos privacy but before he didnât mind me using his phone without his permission until recently which made me a bit suspicious.
Unknown: Hey Shoto! Are you still up for it? Your girlfriend doesnât need to know after allđđ
Shoto: Sorry, your contact isnât saved. Who is this?
Unknown: Silly boy! Good thing that youâre hot!!đ„” Itâs Camie!! Remember the girl from the retake for the hero license?
My eyes widened in panic and fear as she I remembered exactly who she was.
Shoto: Of course, what is it that you want?
Camie: I was wondering if youâre still up to sneaking in my dorm tonight, my bed feels empty babeđđ
Camie: *Sends a risky photo of herself*
Shoto: *Seen*
Shoto: Fuck you and your ugly ass!! I never want to see you ever again so get lost bitch!!! Be a home wrecker to someone elseâs relationship and btw good luck when these photos get outđ
Camie: *Seen*
I dropped the phone on the counter and immediately started fuming, trying my best to stay calm as I immediately picked it up and screenshotted the conversation and sent it to my own phone through email so Shoto wouldnât have noticed. It hurt so damn but I was angry too, so angry at Camie that at that moment I only wanted revenge. I thought that I didnât have the heart to send out her photos but damn was it tempting right about now. But of course, I was a hero in training, I wouldnât actually do it.
I calmed myself down and thatâs when I remember that it takes two to tango. And I was livid at him right now but I also couldnât bear the thought of losing him or hurting him, I loved him too much too. To dedicate yourself to someone only to find out that they were cheating on you behind your back with the same girl as all those years ago. And whatâs even worse was to give yourself to that person, only then did tears begin to pool my eyes.
Old insecurities and bottled up feelings came pouring out of me and the next thing I knew was that I was sobbing quietly on my knees since my siblings were distracted watching a movie on the TV loudly. Only then is when Shoto came running down worriedly as if he had this instinct to know if I was in trouble. He headed towards me with my siblings following suit once they heard him come down and thatâs when they saw me crying. Shoto was panicked and confused as to why I was like this and was about to hug me in comfort whenhis eyes landed on the phone on the counter and he realized that the inevitable finally happened, the truth got out.
â(Y/n), please believe me itâs not what it looks like!â Shoto begged
âEveryone except Shoto, I want you up right now and blasting music in your rooms. Understand?!â I yelled through tears and demanded for my siblings to head upstairs, embarrassed to have been caught by them when I was breaking down.
They complied immediately and ran back upstairs to their rooms and Shoto walked towards me carefully and hesitantly as if one wrong move would make me disappear.
âShoto! Why?! How could you do this to me!!â I screamed through stutters as my voice cracked
This was the first fight we ever had and also the first time I ever yelled at him, â(Y/n) please let me explain! Iâm begging you!! I canât lose you!!â The usually calm and collected boy was gone in an instant, replaced by a desperate man
âI think everything has already been explained! Out!! I want you out of here!! And weâre over, I never want to see your face ever again!!â I yelled at him through tears
Before he could say anything but internally his heart and brain was screaming at his to do something. I grabbed his phone and pushed it onto his chest and grabbed my phone from him while dragging his ass outside and locking the door behind me.
âIf you ever thought you could disrespect me like that! Think again Todoroki! So thatâs why youâve been acting strange these days!! Was that all I was too you? Some girl you could use as a body in your bed? Is this why youâve been giving me so much attention recently? Cuz you canât handle the guilt of fucking her!!! Am I a joke to you!! Did you really fuck her then me?! I bet youâre happy now and break to leave me now that youâve had your fill!! Why couldnât you keep it in your own pants!!â I yelled behind the door so quickly that he couldnât interject and explain
âNO- love please donât call me by my last name, it me Shoto.â His voice boomed in desperation as his tears threatened to fall down his eyes, â(Y/n) you arenât a joke to me and I highly respect you!! So please believe me when I say I didnât cheat on you! You have to believe me! And you arenât just someone I sleep with, youâre my girlfriend for crying out loud! I love you so much, I didn't use your body for anything, you have my word!â
âLove? You forfeit all right to my heart when you decide to cheat so how can I believe you? When the truth is staring right in front of me!? And wow Shoto you really know how to hurt me, of all people thatâs the girl who you choose her! The girl who I was replaced with!â I sobbed even more at that
Shoto's heart felt like it was being stabbed and broken into a million shards of her words, â(Y/n)! God! Please listen to me, there is nothing that happened between us!!â
âShoto do you even realize your actions doesnât reflect your words? You slept with me only a few months ago right as the same time you started acting weirdly too affectionate, it adds up Todoroki!â
â(Y/n)! Please listen to my explanation and donât open the door!! Just please! Nothing happened between me and her, itâs only you. Itâs always only been you! Iâm so stupid and Iâm so sorry for everything!! This is all my fault!!â
âOh! I made sure of that, good luck getting back with that homewrecker when all of this is over. You know, I hope you guys are soooo happy cuz whatever comes around goes around. I hope you know that Camie also sleeps with other guys on the weekends and that youâre just one of her playthings!! You know what I regret it all!!â I fell silent immediately though at his desperate choked scream
âNo!!! Donât say that, donât say you regret it! Please I love you so much, that it hurts!! Please donât regret anything, donât regret loving me or giving yourself to me! I'm so so sorry!! (Y/N)!! Canât you understand!!?? I love you and only you!! I never went to Camie or anything like that!! Itâs still my fault though!! At the retest she kept flirting with me but- but I was so dense that I didnât notice it and so when she asked for my number she gave it to me! After I realized what she was looking for I immediately shut it down but she wouldnât listen and she wouldnât take no for an answer even when I told her I had the best girlfriend in the world!! So please Iâm really sorry (Y/n), I am begging you to believe me because I canât live in a world without you in it!! My heart feels like itâs breaking into a million pieces just seeing you cry and even worst knowing that itâs my fault. I know Iâm selfish!! But please. I donât have anything else to look forward to in this life without you!! Before I met you life was dull and I was only trying to get through each day. I had never smiled or laughed so when I met you, you gave me happiness and unlocked a hidden part of myself that I didnât know was buried!!â Shoto bawled his eyes out and served his raw and fragile heart to me as his emotions were borderline unstable, his emotions hugging high and wild
For some reason, my pride wouldnât allow to see anything but red, âRun back to her then if you need some company!!â I was too angry to listen to reason, the feeling of betrayal and heartbreak overcoming anything else
âYouâre so damn stubborn! But listen to me because youâre not hearing what I said! Becoming a hero is my dream no doubt and my goal but whatâs the point if at the end of the day, all Iâm fighting for is nothing. No laughter to return back home with, no delicious meals to look forward to, and even your siblings I love them all.â One could hear the desperation in his voice as he cried out
âDonât bring my siblings into this⊠Why? Why then did you not tell me?â My voice was dry and weak from all the crying
â(Y/n)⊠We thought it was for the best that you didnât know since youâre so sensitive to those kinds of topics. We just wanted to protect youâŠâ He flinched
âWe? Who the hell is we?â
âMe, Hiroto, and BakugoâŠâ
âYou let a child decide? My brother especially? That seems like such a power dynamic. Thanks for informing me, Iâll get the real truth from him then. But aside from that, it wasnât your decision to make! It wasnât any of your decisions to make! I deserved to know the truth!! If that even is the truth!â
Shoto pounded on the door with his head, âItâs the truth! I swear to God itâs the truth so please (Y/n), just let me in! We can figure this out together, just- You need to trust me.â He was way too disheveled
I ignored him and from behind me all of my siblings who appeared of nowhere to hug me, âGuys⊠Iâm so sorry you had to see me like this. Donât worry, Iâm strong.â Then I turned to Hiroto who was desperately clinging onto me, âHiroto, please stay out of decisions like that. Understand?â
Tears welled up in the boys eyes, âMom⊠I-I Iâm so sorry! Itâs not his fault itâs mine! I promise you, heâs telling the truth!! So please blame me, not him!!â The child wailed, tears finally broke down from his face as he kept pulling at me
âHiroto. None of this is your fault, do you understand. Just please next time, let Todoroki deal with his own mistakes. Heâs a big boy now.â I tried my best to calm him down, rubbing his back and whispering comforting words
âMom.â Kaito spoke from behind me and rubbed my back as well in comfort, âJust get some closure and talk to him. Properly this time, no yelling just listen to his side of the story.â
âKaito⊠Itâs not that sim-â I was cut off unfortunately by Hikari who jumped from behind me and hugged me tightly, crying her eyes out as well
âTalk to dad!!â She begged me to
âDad?!â My eyes widened at the realization she called Shoto dad
My heart broke at their reactions and I knew that they were right but I didnât want to let down my own pride but then again my siblings were the only people who could ever change my mind, I had to confront him one more time and actually resolve this issue but that didnât make it any easier, âI-I⊠Fine⊠Iâll do it.â I got up and opened the door and walked out still hoping that he was still there waiting
I put a brave front and hardened myself and my emotions. I knew that despite Shoto being sorry for what he had done, my jealousy, insecurities and pride got the best of me and I couldnât exactly control myself. On the steps connecting the house to the ground was where Shoto sat, who dove his face into the palms of his hands, still crying and broken over the breakup.
âShoto. Iâm out here to talk to you as per the request of my siblings so I suggest you donât waste this opportunity.â I glared at him from behind with tears in my eyes
He turned around and before I could react he lunged at me with a hug and picked me up while stuttering out words of apologies, âI wonât d-do it again! Iâm so s-o so s-sorry!! Please take me back! I swear I didnât do anything with her, I was too dense to realize her asking for my number was her way of flirting with me! I never used yoh for your body or anything, I love you genuinely because youâre you!!â In front of me wasnât future Pro Hero Shoto but just Shoto who was genuinely sorry for what he had done
My stone cold heart melted at his apology and the way he cried to me made me just want to hug him back and forgive him so I did just that, âI-I forgive you. Iâm also at fault here for not telling you how sensitive I am to those topics and for also over reacting too much without actually listening to you.â I wailed in his arms as I finally hugged him back, âI was just so hurt and scared that youâll run off to Camie cuz she also stole my ex-crush while he was trying to court me so I thought that sheâd also be able to steal you from me. I didnât want that but I instead pushed you away with my anger and everything went downhill!!â It felt good to release the truth, my shoulder felt light as well as my heart.
âI-I had no idea⊠it okay too, it honestly was my fault, I shouldnât have even entertained her.â Shoto got on both of his knees and looked down in shame, âIâm so grateful that youâre taking me back but I feel like I didnât apologize enough, Iâll do my best to make it up to you. I promise you that.â
I gave him and bittersweet smile and pulled him up, âItâs okay, I know youâre kinda dense, sorry. But yeah, you didnât mean to do it. And Iâm sure you were scared for my reaction about finding out about what happened and just wanted to protect me. Shoto, I forgive you so please stop blaming yourself.â I kissed him right after to which he immediately kissed back.
âI love you, you donât even know how much but I love you with all my heart.â Shoto brushed my hair with his hands
âI love you too, to the moon and backâ I kissed him once again
7th interaction: Todoroki Shoto realizing itâs time for a new beginning to start
On a peaceful Saturday morning, around 4 PM. The sky looked bright with barely any cloud covering up the sun, on days like these Shoto felt grateful for. With all the troubles he and his precious girlfriend went through over their years in U.A. they finally reached their end. Their final stage before becoming fully fledged heroes. And because of that, their school work had been piling up with no end.
You wouldâve gotten it done easily the moment they were given but you were juggling and multitasking from focusing on your studies, hero training, and taking care of your siblings. So Shoto decided to just give you the break you deserve by hauling you over his shoulders and walking in the direction of his dorm room. All the while your siblings, who you snuck in the dorms following behind the both of you, giggling and making jokes about your dark eye bags which you responded by throwing a slipper in their direction but purposely missing. Shoto laid you on his futon and just ordered you to sleep much to your protest, but when your siblings jumped in as well and cuddled up to you to sleep, you decided that a couple hours of getting some sleep would be a really helpful recharge.
In the beginning of their relationship it was sweet and puppy love but throughout the passing time and harsh trials they were put in, especially with the third party incident back in their first year. It made his relationship with (Y/n) even stronger than before, making them try to understand each other and not just directly come to conclusions when a problem arises. It also made them more open to each other since, wanting nothing more than to never feel that sort of heartbreak ever again.
Looking around in his dorm room that had changed a lot throughout the 3 years his been in U.A. There were the 4 (L/n) siblings sleeping peacefully on his futon. Had you told him this was the sight heâd find himself in back in his first year when he was going through his rebellious phase he wouldâve laughed at you. But now he couldnât be more grateful of the sight as he secretly hid a small box with a ring in it in his underwear drawer that he had kept for years now, just waiting for the perfect moment to hand it to you. As he knew from the beginning he started dating you, youâd be his first, last, and only lover heâd have for the rest of his life. And he wouldnât have it any other way.
Summary: What happens when you leave a bunch of teenagers in a summer camp at an island? Not to mention that thereâs something suspicious going on in that island. Chaos. Chaos is what happens.

Chapter 11 : | Series Masterlist
âLet me go!â Shoto kept struggling that he almost managed to break free
More and more guys had to come in, in order to hold him back seeing as the situation was starting to become somewhat handled by (Y/n), and (Y/n) alone. It was amazing how (Y/n) knew what to do immediately which was good. But it also indicated that she dealt with this before.
Shoto was forcefully dragged back far away from her and he was terrified. Not because of what youâre doing, killing the monsters left and right without hesitation. But because of what could happen to you, youâre his girl. He vowed to himself from the day he started liking you that no one would ever hurt you and now this shit is happening.
He wonât be able to defend you, and he fucking hates it. Yes, maybe you could protect yourself but that wasn't a guarantee that you wouldn't get hurt. He also had a feeling that of course, this had something to do with your past as well because if not then why were you so secretive and such.
As Shoto was super worried he did the only logical thing he could think of at the time and that was to punch and kick everyone who was holding him back from protecting you. However, getting out of Class 1-A's grip was easier said than done, especially considering that there are 6 people holding him back.
"What the fuck does Endeavor feed this little shit?!" Bakugo screamed out in anger as Shoto managed to punch him in the face.
"Todoroki-kun please consider that what we're doing is only the wishes of (Y/n)!" Midoriya tried to reason with him
âGet the Hell off me! Thatâs my girlfriend!â Midoriya almost received a black eye had he not dodged in time
âWhy you little candy cane motherfucker!â Bakugo had received the punching blow that Deku was supposed to get.
Iida who was struggling to pin down Shotoâs right leg almost received a kick in the family jewels had he not jumped back, âTodoroki-san! (L/n) knows what sheâs doing! So please trust her and us!â
Shoto took advantage of the fact that since Iida jumped back, his right leg was free and so he quickly kicked Kaminari who was holding down his other leg, resulting in Kaminari stumbling back. Bakugo and Midoriya, who were holding Shotoâs arms down, were struggling to keep the boy in control as heâs almost able to free himself.
Shoto twisted his body forcefully, making Kirishima, Sero, Midoriya, and Bakugo lose their grip on him. Shoto was able to free himself and the 6 boys who were holding him down began chasing him down after they quickly recovered from Shotoâs abuses.
âFuck you, half and half bastard! Once I get my hands on you oh, youâre so dead! Iâm gonna kill you, you little shit. Come back here!â Bakugo screeched, sprinting at full speed
âAfter them!â Iida grimaced as pulled him Kirishima from the ground
âWhy canât we have a normal camp for once!â Kaminari groaned running after them
âKacchan! Donât kill Todoroki, heâs just worried for (L/n)!â Midoriya followed after all of them
âGod, what is with the camps going wrong for us?! They should really stop it! At least this time Iâm a part of it!â Sero jumped up and ran, following behind the group.
Shoto paused in place in disbelief as the sight finally began to sink into his head as he saw you easily killing the creatures from left to right, in that moment he didnât recognize you.
âTsk. Now that the bitch finally revealed her true colors is when you start to question if you really know her?â Bakugo grabbed the back of Shoto's collar and pulled him back, âDamnit, Icyhot! Regardless of what she did! Sheâs doing it to protect us canât you see, idiot?!â
Snapping out of it, Shoto realized what he had to do no matter what. And that was to protect you as your boyfriend.
(Y/n)âs P.O.V
Iâve always hated the metallic smell of blood, but more often than not, Iâm the one causing that awful smell. It was ironic really. Right now, Iâm also practically bathed in the disgusting smell and have splatters of blood all over my clothes that it was practically dripping. The only good thing about it is that it wasnât mine. But that didnât make it necessarily good, did it?
Bodies with holes in their heads caused by bullets littered the camp grounds. Blood seeping everywhere. In most cases they wonât get back up, but sometimes even I donât understand, no matter how much you shoot them in the head they just wonât die. In that case scenario the best option is to burn the bodies or rip the entire head off, letâs just hope that it doesnât come to that.
Principal Nezu walked up beside you, and stood there in silence for a moment. âHe thinks Iâm a monster, they all do.â I thought in horror, my unemotional face that rivaled one of Shotoâs was practically unreadable. Despite that Principal Nezu was very much aware of how you were feeling, he could tell through your eyes. They were the windows to oneâs soul. Your soul.
And it showed him the feeling of regret, despair, guilt, fear, sadness, and rage. Negative emotions just kept on swirling around your eyes. He only interacted with you a few times in your time at school but from what he gathered you seemed like the kind and polite type of girl, so it wasn't a wonder that you were dating the notorious cold hearted Todoroki Shoto, only you managed to melt his frozen heart.
However one thing he did notice about you was that you were never honest, Nezu was a genius of course heâd figure out you were hiding something. He just didnât know what it was. Aside from that, you were his student at his school, his responsibility and so as the principal of U.A. he must take responsibility for you and your actions. And he could tell that you deeply regretted them. Putting a hand on your shoulder he squeezed it in comfort.
âAre you alright?â He asked
âAm I alright?â You replied in a whisper
âYou did your best.â He took his hand off of you and stood next to you, calmly.
âI did? It doesnât feel like it⊠Iâve killed people, my teachers, friends, and classmates⊠I donât deserve forgiveness for taking away the lives of innocents.â
Walking in front of you, he gave you a bow in respect, âIt was a sort of epidemic, wasnât it. From what I understand, if the infected bites you, you turn into one of those inhumane creatures. So, because of that you risked your life to kill them and you did it to protect us, we completely understand. It isnât your fault so donât let those nasty thoughts get to you. And on behalf of everyone here. Thank you for risking your life to save us.â
Tears silently poured down your face, it was the first time someone thanked you for saving them. You felt good to be acknowledged for something, even if youâre sure you didnât save them. But at the same time it didn't feel great at all, it didnât diminish the fact that you killed people, the people you loved. The people who saved you from your Hell. It was tormenting.
Honestly it was strange, how could Principal Nezu bow you to and say thank you on behalf of everyone here for saving them, you didnât save any of them. You just killed people, itâs the only thing you're good at doing. How come he wasnât scared of you? How come he was so calm? Werenât you a monster? Didnât you kill his students? Donât you deserve punishment?
.
.
.
I fell deeper and deeper into the darkest deep of my mind. As I began to count the countless mistakes and harm Iâve done to others. I truly was at my worse and I wasnât sure if anyone could bring me out of it this time.

Flashback
âProject Advance, do you understand your mission?â
âYes sir!â Shinsou better known as the Mind Breaker yelled out
âYes sir!â Tamaki better known as the Suneater yelled out
âYes sir!â Mirio better known as Lemillion
âYes sir!â Nejire better known as Spiral Nemesis
âYes sir!â Me who was better known as the Grimreaper or in other words, Death itself
âProject advance.â The red Queen began as she presented herself in hologram form, âAs youâre well aware of the Racoon city incident, let me explain in full detail what youâll be up against in your missionâŠâ
The names Shinsou, Tamaki, Mirio, Nejire, and (Y/n) were long forgotten. It was our past, and it will stay in our past forever, itâs part of something we let go the moment the Umbrella Corporation took us in. Our names, were our identities and thatâs why it was changed.
.
.
.
Flashback ends
â(Y/n)! (Y/n)! (Y/n)!â I only broke out of my trance when Shoto began shaking me harshly while screaming my name
âThatâs right, Iâm not alone here. Shotoâs here and he wonât leave, he promised me that much. Even if he hates me for what Iâve done.â I thought. Snapping out of the trance, he isnât one to break his promise so until we can sort this out later. Weâll have to push these thoughts aside and move our bodies.
â(Y/n)! Letâs go! Before they shoot us too!â He dragged me along with him towards the main building
The sun was about to set and hundreds of Umbrella Corporation men began marching at us. Shooting down some people who refused to go with them. They kept on shooting relentlessly. âDamn, Shoto must love me so much or he goes all the way to keep his promises that even after I showed how much of a monster I am he is still trying to save me.â
Grabbing his hand, I looked at our surroundings as we ran. More like me dragging him along until he caught up with me, almost tripping at my sudden actions in the process. A stray bullet almost hit Shoto had it not been for my fast reflexes. Pulling him towards me, effectively dodging the bullet and landing into my chest. I decided not to comment or feel embarrassed, he didnât either as it wasnât the time and place to do that right now Whilst we were running, I looked for my friends and classmates amongst the crowds of people.
âYou were supposed to be hiding in the main building, what the Hell happened?!â I pulled Shoto in the direction of the cabins, specifically my own, âHead for my cabin!â I yelled towards Uraraka and Mina hoping theyâd listen
âNo time to explain!â Shoto yelled back
I ran as fast to the cabins and opened the door, nobody was there except for me and Shoto. I pulled out my duffle bag and opened it, only to be met by the sight of tons of weapons. Guns, knives, steel batons, and grandes.
Shoto gasped in surprise at the sight, but he wasnât going to question you any further. He was smart enough to know that you were on his side. And that these weapons will be the only insurance of his and everyone elseâs survival. I pulled out an umbrella corporation combat uniform and a bullet proof vest.
âWear this now, it used to belong to a friend of mine but it should fit you.â
He didnât question my authority, everyone was dying outside so he needed to suit up as soon as possible to help with the situation. Plus heâd blend in easily with the other umbrella corporation men outside. We could use it to our advantage. I pulled out a suit of my own, a black bodysuit with buckles for support going all over it. (The one Alice wears in Retribution basically)
We didnât even have time to turn around for each other's privacy as the situation was very severe now, less and less screams were heard. We of course were very embarrassed over the situation but we had to do what we needed to do, and so instead of blushing around like idiots we helped each other out in pulling up the zippers and stuff in order to be more efficient. Plus hiding a small pocket knife in my shoe just in case.
I handed Shoto a simple handgun with some ammo already in it, he knew what to do after I taught him how to use a gun so I didnât need to instruct him on anything anymore. Instead I pulled out a bigger gun and better gun of my own.
âLetâs do this, shit.â I said out loud, passing the duffel bag to him and heading out the cabin.
We ran for our lives, not even stopping for a second to take a breath. The situation was dire. Right now the zombies were the last priority in my mind. Bullets kept on shooting at us without any mercy, it was relentless.
âShoto! Get behind me!â I shoved him behind me and shot back at all the umbrella members in my way with Shoto also backing me up, âShoto, start grabbing people and head to the main building! Weâll be safer there!â He nodded and did as I ask
I backed him up and helped as many people as I could. But there were so many bodies and piles of blood left behind, both from our school and our killers. One by one I did my best to cut down their numbers, left and right I would shoot them down in the head or heart with a perfect aim.
Then eventually of course, I ran out of ammo so I would need to reload quickly, leaving a blind spot for me and Shoto. One that almost cost Shotoâs life hadnât it been for Bakugo tackling the enemy down. Relief filled me as we began to work together with Bakugo, who said that they had the same idea and theyâre gathering everyone in the main building.
âGood, now letâs get the Hell out of here.â I yelled while once again pulling the trigger.
A/n:
I donât have enough brain power to create cool names for the team members in project Advance so you can either suggest some or just suck it up. Also since the last chapter was a bit long I made this one shorter. Also pic isnât mine, credits to the real owner.
Working on my first request right now and Iâm planning for it to be a big oneshot. (It has siblings included in itđ) School right now is really hectic so I wonât be able to finish it as soon as possible but I will do my bestđ

The first time you went drinking was when you graduated from Class 1-A to Class 2-A! The Bakugo squad decided it would be really cool to drink to your heart's content as a form of celebration
Mina your bestie for life, wanted you and your bf Shoto fucking hammered, seeing as it was his first time drinking
Your first time drinking was on your birthday last year, while Todoroki was doing his retake for his license
Safe to say Mina got you drunk so she was the one to take care of you the whole night
You guys drank at a club btw, Momoâs cousin was the owner so you girls had a night out, while a few guys from your class came. And by few I mean Sero, Kirishima, and Kaminari
Someone had to distract Iida and lie about going somewhere else
Good thing Shoto wasnât there or heâd freeze and burn the 5 guys who tried to flirt with you
Ok so you guys end up keeping the night a secret from everyone who was excluded from that night, which included Shotođ
Well all of that was true up until tonight at the graduation party, when Kaminari was yelling for everyone to take advantage and drink while Iida and Aizawa were out
Bruh, Kaminari slung his arm around your shoulder and began recalling your birthday and how you drank at least 10 glasses of different cocktail drinks
Shoto was like đïžđđïžđđ«€đđŻ
Asked you why didnât you tell him, you said it was a secret from everyone who wasnât included that night, Shoto was sad at first why you didnât tell him but all of that was erased when you gave him a peck on the lips
SMOOCH- MWAH MWAH đ
After that Mina and Kaminari were behind you and legit made you drink
This was done by Kaminari grabbing your arms from behind you, holding you back and making you tilt your head back
Mina from in front of you quickly with ninja moves poured the whiskey into your mouth, straight from the bottle
Shoto stood there in shock and not sure what to do
But he was sure about one thing
Kaminari wasnât going to hold his girlfriend ever again
Legit shoved off Kaminari and took his place, giving him a harsh death glare when Kaminari pouted, like his quirk, this boi literally bolted off to hide behind Kirishima
Midoriya who watched the situation unfold was like đšđ°
Uraraka was like đ«ąđ«Ł
Bakugo cackling on the ground- Bish canât even breathe anymore
Mina made you down the whole bottle, getting you fucking hammered
Next thing Shoto knew was that you were on him
Nuzzling into his neck while whispering compliments and love confessions to him
Fuckkkkâ
He was turned on-
He was so smitten with you, he would do anything for you
And thatâs how he ended up drinking, Mina passed you a very expensive whiskey bottle
Courtesyâs of Endeavours black credit card ofc-
You asked him with puppy eyes to drink with you, no questions asked. He just drank it.
Midoriya tried to get him to stop but Shoto just brushed him off
Bakugo was cheering for Shoto because he was also so drunk
Ok so you and Shoto being drunk together was chaotic. So fucking chaotic
Which made it so fun-
On the dance floor dancing to whatever song they were playing, didnât matter what
Shoto canât dance, we all know this. But lemme tell you this, this little shit. Was dancing like he was born for it, he freaking matched your energy
You guys took more drinks throughout the whole night but thatâs fine
Class 2-B entered the dorm and brought more drinks! Yayyy!!
More drinks!!đ„łđ„łđ„ł
Mina suggested you guys play 7 minutes in heaven, good idea??
Hell NAH!! Thatâs cuz you landed on Monoma Neito from class B, Shoto legit picked you up and threw Monoma the middle finger, carrying you bridal style to the closet
So many hickeys were visible on you after that
Lots of moans and groans came from the closet- oops
Everyone was cheering from outside cuz they were all drunk, even the innocent ones like Midoriyađ€
They recorded having to pull Shoto off of you, and drag you guys out of the closet-
Damn that vid could go viral yk and his dad would be pissed AF lmaoooo
You and Shoto ended up passing out together on the couch, with a blanket wrapped around you guys
Everyone else passed out on the floor-
Woke up around noon with a major headache, running towards the toilet and throwing up
Shoto was besides you in an instant and held your hair back, rubbing your back in comfort
His turn was next. He also puked like A LOT.
But yeah, thatâs ok because you guys had a really fun night last night!
Bonus:
Aizawa walks in on the dorm with everyone passed out

Things turned out to be great, it seems like no one suspected me for now. It was satisfying how everything was at this moment. Shoto held me by my waist as we made our way towards the main hall.
Class 1-A and B trailing behind after us as we led them to our destination. Everything was truly great, and for a moment I forgot all of my worries. We all laughed and passed around jokes about Monoma and Bakugo who were in the back of the group currently bickering about class 1-Aâs victory.
Their friends had to hold them back from tearing each other apart. âPoor Kirishima and Tetsutetsu.â I laughed along with them, Shoto smiling beside me. Mina who was at my right began to joke about some stuff.
By the time we were done with the whole competition it was already nearing 5 PM. I continued to joke around with all the girls and some of the guys. At this moment I was so happy, but something happened. And then I realized, happiness doesnât last forever. Itâs only temporary, if you want it as well. Youâre going to have to fight for it.

A creature popped out from the direction of the cabins, it was limping slowly towards us. It had the form of a human, but you could barely call it that anymore. Its shirt had rips and tears at the hems and blood scattered around it, most notably from his shirt and mouth. The smell of rotting corpse was prominent in the air, whilst groans and moans of pain sounded off from the creature.
The creature looked familiar to everyone, but then again they couldnât be sure. It was too different from the Nakamura Haru that they knew, the smartest boy in their entire grade. But no one could deny the strikingly disheveled bright purple hair that looked almost exactly the same as his, that hair color was what made Nakamura stuck out like a sore thumb. But what made Nakamura Haru stick out to both Shoto and (Y/n) was the fact they could recall that he was the cashier that flirted with (Y/n), that was just recently as well.
The pupils of the creature were clouded over by some white mist, as though it was in a cataract. He was deathly pale and his blood red veins were prominently visible, especially in his eyes. His face looked like it was dead, cuts and bruises all over. The heavy smell of metallic broke through the air.
If you looked closely at him you could spot the red blood dripping from his mouth with bits of food all over as if that was the aftermath of him throwing up. Upon close inspection of his neck, you could spot the remains of a bloody gauze pad and pieces of medical tape on it, which was forcefully ripped off of him. Exposing the massive chunk of missing flesh on his neck, with dark bite marks surrounding the area.
It was patient zero or otherwise known as the first infectedâŠ
However I could tell he hasnât turned yet officially, because his color of his pupils were still somewhat visible. Not fully white and because of the fact that he hasnât lunged at someone yet in the intentions of eating them, he might be dead but his consciousness was still present. That is why I hadnât made my move. Partially this was also because I was contemplating on letting go of this life that I built with everyone.
Regardless if there was an antidote for the virus right now with me. Heâs gone too far for us to save him, the only thing we could do for him now was to put him out of his misery. To make sure he doesnât harm anyone else, to make sure the virus doesnât spread. Once the virus takes over, there wonât be anyone stopping him. Except for me or a gun⊠If he manages to bite someone as well, Iâll have to either find an antidote or kill them before they turn.
âAh! What is that?!â Uraraka screamed when she set her eyes on the creature.
âHoly shit! It looks like itâs barely holding up!â A random guy from class-B yelled
âSomeone get some help!â Mina shook me
âOh God, I think Iâm gonna be sick!â
âHe looks dead!â
âHeâs a fucking zombie!â They werenât wrong
âWe must assess the situation first!â Iida yelled and karate chop the air
âWe must inform the teachers as soon as possible and bring him to recovery girl!â Kendo backed Iida up
âShit. But itâs so soonâŠâ I whispered frustratingly
âWhatâs so soon?â Shoto asked but I didnât reply.
Panic ensued behind us as they glanced at the creature. Screams of fear and terror littered the air, causing them to grab the attention of the other classes, the teachers, and camp counselors. I needed to form a plan and fast! Heâs going to turn full at any moment now!
âI donât have any weapons on me or anything to tie him down with as of right now, fuck! I let my guard down!â I began looking around for anything. Then my eyes caught on Shotoâs belt. Thatâll have to do for now I guess.
âOh my God! Isnât that Nakamura?!â A class-C student yelled
âNakamura?! Are you alright?! We checked the cabins a while ago but you werenât there!â A few people tried to go to Nakamura but ultimately failed.
Nemuri-san or better known as Midnight-sensei, pulled back the students who I assumed were Nakamuraâs friends, directing them to head to the main building, âStudents get back! We will assist, Nakamura!â
âIt looks like heâs sick, so Iâll need you all to wear a face mask to ensure you donât get sick as well.â Principal Nezu announced, still calm as ever despite his face contorting into that of worry, âPresent Mic please lead all of these students into the main hall. Vlad, please get the umbrella corporation men.â Principal Nezu shooed the teachers to do the task he had given them.
As I looked around I saw it, his eyes fully turned white. âThereâs no more time to think! Everythingâs happening so fast! So just fucking move!â I screamed at myself internally. In truth I was also scared to accept this reality and thatâs why I couldnât move or think fast enough. Midnight appeared from in front of us and unfortunately, I was too late. Nakamura or what once was him, screeched as he jumped at Midnight, latching onto her shoulder effectively pinning her down.
It was eating her flesh, tearing apart whatever it could sink its teeth into. The anticipation and fear before was still manageable before this but now a full on panic ensued and so Shoto pulled me with him towards safety. But I couldnât do that, I had to handle this before the situation worsens than it already has. I stopped running with Shoto, the distance we covered from that scene wasnât exactly far. We maybe only took 15 steps before I deliberately stopped.
The crowd of students around us were in a rush to get away as Present Mic, other teachers, and class representatives tried their best to lead and help the students towards the main building, where they would board up the doors and not get out until it was deemed safe.
Despite everyoneâs best efforts to stay calm, in this situation it wasnât an option. It was like kill or be killed, stampedes of people came. Unfortunately me and Shoto were caught in it and had almost been trampled, however we were pushed apart by the mere force of everyone. I tried to yell to everyone to keep calm, yelling out also the names of all my classmates and friends, searching for their response so that I could at least know that they were alive.
It was hard to tell anyoneâs voices in the middle of the raging sea of terrified people as screams were all over the place that I couldnât even hear my own voice over the other people. Despair and fear filled the air, and no matter how hard I silently pray for the umbrella corporation men to come and help us despite it destroying my pride. It was undeniable that if they were here the situation would improve no matter how incompetent or weak they may be.
Some people got trampled in the stampede, resulting in their deaths. It was disgusting how they were lying on the ground, footprints all over them yet nobody could help them. Others who were luckily not caught in the stampede had either been bitten by Nakamura, hiding, or puking.
I felt all hope was gone but I couldnât give up just yet! What about all those smiles and the memories given to me this year! Will I let them fall down the drain?! No! âI promise! No matter what Iâll save everyone who I can! I promise to help you all, just as you all helped me before!â
I couldnât stop this stampede, thatâs for sure. But I could help lessen it. But Iâd need to get my classmates out first. Quickly thinking up a plan I put it into action. Using the person in front of me, I grabbed their shoulders and used them as a base so I could launch myself.
I managed to launch myself far away and started to help the teachers direct the students to the main building, I did this by cutting off a large group of students and yelling at them to help everyone, and if they were to disagree I instilled fear in them. A death glare and bloodlust aura was enough to let them know not to mess with me.
And so despite their fear, they followed my order. Now the burden of the situation was lessened. I pulled out all the class 1 students I could find, being very grateful that they were all still alive. But I almost wept tears when I saw Shoto, he was well and breathing! He ran to me and pulled me in a tight hug. I hugged him back but I knew I had to handle the situation with Nakamura before it gets even worse. So despite not wanting to, I pulled back from Shoto and hardened my mind, completely focused on what I needed to do.
âAre you alright?! Do I need to carry you?!â Shoto yelled looking at my body to see if I had any injuries.
âShoto, I need you-â Before I could finish my hurried sentence, I was cut off by another scream, Nakamura had taken another victim.
âLater, okay! We need to get out of here first!â He yelled angrily, almost picking me up to run off to safety.
I wasted too much time, I need to help now. And so I dropped to my knees and quickly undid Shotoâs belt, to which he grabbed at my hands to get me to stop. But I simply refused, continuing to try to take his belt.
â(Y/n)! My love, if you want to, weâll do it later! Right now is a bad time! I need to get you to safety!â
âBullshit Shoto! Get your mind out of the gutter, I only need your belt!â He was shocked that I yelled at him, but he got it because of the severity of the situation.
âWhat do you even plan on doing?!â He screamed trying to get me to stop, but to his surprise I was strong enough to hold him back, as I finally grabbed his belt from him.
âIzuku! Take Shoto to safety!â I screamed as Midoriya did what I asked him to do.
Since I was the one who helped lessen the burden of the stampede, Midoriya fully trusted in me. Izuku got the hint that I knew what I was doing so he obliged in doing my request also truly not wanting to do it. Kirishima had to come including Iida who saw what was happening, instead of trying to stop me, they helped Midoriya hold Shoto back. Trying to drag him to the main building was almost impossible as he was practically built so itâd take a lot to hold him back.
Shoto was scared of what would happen to you, his girlfriend! The love of his lifeâŠ! So his friends should understand his feelings yet, they didnât let him go to you! They didnât even try to get you back, the teachers were trying desperately to hold back Nakamura but ultimately ending up in them getting bitten, so far he had bit more than 4 people for sure but they couldnât be certain at this point as bodies were dropping quickly by the second. They were sure Nakamura wasnât this strong before, it was like he gained super strength and thatâs why they ultimately got bitten.
Running over to the scene I used the buckle of the belt to hit Nakamura in the face with a swing, so powerful that it knocked him back and out of Aizawa-senseiâs grip just the right timing before Nakamura could sink his teeth into him. It happened so quickly that sensei didnât have any time to protest when I made my moves.
âSensei, let me handle this. Just help by finding some rope or chains to hold them down. Donât get bitten or youâll become infected.â I was calm, too calm.
â(L/n)! Get to safety!â Sensei replied
âNo time to argue or explain, but we need to kill him or at least hold him down and Iâm the only one here whoâs capable of doing that!â
Secretly this scared sensei, at how much information I poured out. I pushed him back, not enough to hurt him but just to hurry him up. The other teachers also saw what happened and decided to trust their precious student seeing as Iâm the only one who seems to know how to handle the situation. They didnât want to trust this situation to their student, but what else could they do exactly?
Nakamura was powerful and it seems like nobody but me could hold him down. The U.A.âs teacher hands were tied. They needed to make a decision quickly, or more deaths will stain their bloodied hands⊠So against their will and good conscience, they placed their faith on me. Hoping that they made the right decision and that it wouldnât lead to me getting bitten as well.
âTch, fine. Be careful, Iâll look for something to help you!â He yelled, running in the direction of the activities area
âPreferably a gun!â I added
It wasnât long before Nakamura stood up from the hit, his intentions to devour my flesh unwavering. Luckily for him, today I was going to do my best to put him out of his misery. He moved quickly to lunge at me but I dodged him faster, going up from behind him, grabbing his nape and waist. I threw him over my back. The impact was so strong that you could hear the sounding of his ribs cracking.
Before he could move, I pinned him down and flipped him so that he was facing the dirt, putting both of his hands together, using the belt to secure them so that he wouldnât be able to hurt anyone anymore. Now I just need something to kill him with. He kept on struggling under me, turning his head from side to side to try and bite my delicious flesh. Being pissed off at this I grabbed his hair easily and lifted him up.
Then quickly I smashed his head to the ground, it should have put a lot of damage to his head, but not enough to actually kill him just managing to knock him out. Iâm not sure how long though so Iâll need to act fast with the others, judging on the blood that kept on spilling nonstop from Nakamuraâs head then Iâd give maybe around 2 minutes tops. For now my next top priority is the handle the people he bit next. That is if they turn quickly, if not then good.
My senses were heightened towards the situation so I wasnât paying attention to how everyone had stopped and stared at me in shock at what had happened. Shoto who was still protesting and trying to get out of his friend's grip at the time, stopped struggling when he saw how I handled the situation.
I knew what I was doing for sure now.
âSo this is what you were hiding...â Shoto whispered in fear
He definitely wasnât expecting it. When you said you trained endlessly at him, heâs now beginning to think his training didnât cut half of yours. Sure he was strong, but you literally broke Nakamuraâs ribs. He didnât even think he would be able to do something like that. So how strong were you actually?! Also both of your will have lots to talk about, right now heâs really worried about your safety.
Next thing everyone knew was that Midnight sensei turned quickly into a monster, a zombie. Blood dripped from her mouth and she ran towards you, screeched out incoherent words. However just like before you stepped out of the way and roundhouse kicked her to the head. Making her fly off and hit the trunk of a tree. Forcefully knocking the wind out of her.
âI need a weapon!â I yelled out to anybody who was listening
Midnight sensei seemed to have a great stamina and endurance because your move did not hinder her for long. The minute she caught her breath, her eyes which were crying blood glared daggers into you. Clearly you had her complete attention, so you took a fighting stance, preparing for the worst to come.
â(L/n)! Catch!â Aizawa yelled throwing a line of chain at you
You caught it, and looked down for a second. It wasnât too long, just enough to tie a person or two to a tree, but it made up for its size and thickness. Grabbing around the middle of the chain using the end, you twirled it around to your side. Preparing the momentum for what you were going to do.
Midnight got off the tree but it seems like her legs were fractured in the process, as she had to crawl towards me, then despite all odds she stood up. Which was a terrible idea because her bones became ever more fractured and broke through her muscles and skin. The bloody bone stuck out of her, and to make matters worse it was for both of her legs.
She ran towards me, not letting her broken bones hold her back. Using all the built up momentum I had with the chain I threw it towards her, wrapping her neck in it. She tried to untangle it but failed miserably as she just kept on clawing at it instead of unwrapping it. So while the chain was wrapped around her neck, I ran towards the trees she hit previously.
Throwing my end of the chain over a large tree branch, I grabbed the end of it and pulled, hauling it over my shoulder and walking to the opposite direction. Midnightâs body was lifted into the air, and she struggled to breathe. Clawing at the chains even more, she screeched and roared in pain but it didnât even sound anything remotely human.
Opening her mouth, 4 weird separate things that looked somewhat similar to a tongues or that of a plant's leaves/petals which were lined up with large sets of spiky teeth. A tongue that looked like it belonged to a snake slithered out of the small mouth opening. It tried its best to free her from the wretched chains that prevented her from chomping down on our flesh and brains. Yet it was unsuccessful with every helpless movement it made.
Now I just needed something to pin the chain down with so that I could deal with the other 2 people who were bitten. Hopefully they hadnât turned⊠Welp there goes those thoughts down the drain. Another person literally rose from the dead. Having the exact same symptoms as Midnight and Nakamura had.
âYou have gotta be shitting me...â I groaned but then a brilliant idea came to mind, âHey, shitface! Come at me!â I screamed, grabbing its attention easily
Instead of charging at other people who arenât able to protect themselves. It charged at full force towards me with no strategy behind its moves. This fight was beginning to feel easier and boring by the minute. âIf all theyâre gonna do is charge at me, then this should be an easy win. At least I hope itâll be, we still need to deal with the consequences after the situation has been handled. Not to mention the fact that yesterday there were so many umbrella corporation men stationed all over the camp. So how the Hell are they not on top of the situation!â
The answer was simple, and even I knew it but tried to refuse it in hopes that they would be there to save us. It was silly, but I only believed it because of Chris Redfeild. The Umbrella Corporation orchestrated this whole ruse. And if I donât play my cards correctly, then Iâll fall back into the clutches of the deepest parts of their trap. Not to mention Iâd also be dragging down everyone into this mess. Especially Shoto.
âGod! This is not how I wanted him to find out! If only I had the courage to tell him the truthâŠâ O nearly cried, but the fear of him hating me never ends and so I decided to conceal the truth. Thinking that it was the best choice for us, now I realized that it wasnât my decision alone to make. After this whole thing is over, I was going to be telling the truth from now on.
âH-Help!â A distorted monstruos version of the once human spewed out.
It seemed as though they were trying to fight back against the infection, the parasite⊠However, we all know that wonât last because Iâm the end, theyâll turn in mere moments from now, or it may be quicker than we anticipated. Honestly it all depends on their immune system response and their will to live. No one would be able to overcome this virus, not unless you were (L/n) (Y/n)⊠Me, and thatâs why Iâm so worried about my friends.
The virus took control over their mind and body completely. Still charging at me, instead of moving out of the way like I usually would do, I kicked itâs left foot harshly causing it to buckle to the ground. Taking advantage of the situation quickly before the tides could turn, getting on its back. Placing both my feet on their back and pulled back on their hair, forcefully revealing its neck and face to me.
I wrapped the ends of the chain that I was still holding onto the whole time around their necks. Easily missing their attempts to try to bite me. Getting off of them rather quickly right after I secured the chains, I jumped a back handspring off their back.
Which in result since my weight wasnât helping to hold them down anymore, they flew up with many screeches of pain following. Both them and Midnight were now next to each other, the only thing dangling them up was the chains around their necks that hung over the trees' big and high branches.
Now that I finally finished that, I looked for any more people who had been bitten by Nakamura. There were many more⊠But they were lying dead on the ground not yet transformed so I was safe for now. Speaking of Nakamura, he sounded off from behind me. I was right, it only took around 2-3 minutes give or take, for him to recover from the impact.
âLooks like you havenât had enough yet!â I screamed at him, preparing for when heâd charge at me.
âStop it!â
The brunette camp counselor named Watanabe Ren yelled in fear but managing to hide it well enough, trying to diffuse the situation. He ran into the situation, shakily holding a shotgun in his hand. An unloaded one at that. The rest of the camp counselors followed after him though unlike him they weren't loaded with any weapons. In Watanabeâs other hand held some real shotgun ammo. âThank God!â
âShoot him now and aim for his head!â I screamed at him
âWe arenât going to kill him or any of the others! This is just wrong!â A camp counselor whom I wasnât introduced to yet tried to make their way towards me before being pulled back by Aizawa sensei who had my back.
He pushed the camp counselors back before they could stop me, other teachers of ours following in his lead and supporting him, âWeâve got them, (L/n)! You better deal with the situation!â
âWill do!â
âOh, youâre not going anywhere! Just who the Hell do you think you are?!â Another random camp counselor that I didnât know yelled at me.
âWhat-t the Hell is going on?! Someone p-please explain!â Watanabe fearfully asked, staring directly at Nakamura, their eyes locking.
Frustrated with the event I growled at him, âIâll explain later, just kill him now before itâs all too late!â
âNo, we want answers now!â The blonde camp counselor Yoshida Akane, inserted frustratingly
Before I could answer her, Nakamura didnât waste any time in running towards them as they were closer to him and in many numbers. In fear, Watanabe tried loading the gun as fast as possible, but it was an impossible task when he was shaking too much. Using this as a distraction. I immediately scanned the area for any possible weapons to use.
âFucking finally! Bingo!â I yelled in my head running over to a metal baseball bat that was lying on the ground randomly. I grabbed it and ran towards the camp counselors by now though, Watanabe Ren had been pinned to the ground by Nakamura. But he wasnât bitten yet for he had used the gun to shield himself from Nakamura.
He held the gun horizontally with 2 hands, whilst Nakamura chomped on it. With every ounce of strength he had, he struggled against the monster. The monster seeing as he couldnât bite him, clawed into the counselors shoulders, easily tearing it apart and drawing blood.
Though that wasnât the only place hold was drawing out from, Nakamuraâs mouth also had blood flowing down nonstop from it and just like Midnight, something horrific came out of his mouth and this time because of that, it was able to throw the gun out of the counselors hands and wrap itself around his head.
Behind Nakamura was the blonde counselor who tried to pull him away from the brunette which failed from how weak she was and she also got scratched in the face and arms, lines of blood dripping from them. The other camp counselors had panicked and bailed on them, choosing to save their own lives than help their friends. âSome friends they are!â I thought sarcastically.
I swung the metal bat right at Nakamuraâs body, throwing him back to the ground, rolling a few meters away from us. I was emotionless as I ran up to him and swung the bat to his head this time, causing him to fall to the ground, I didnât stop there though nor did he. I ran towards the gun near the dead brunette counselor and the crying blonde counselor who held onto him as she wailed.
Grabbing the unloaded gun and the ammo that was conveniently near and not lost. I loaded it as quickly as possible, whilst Nakamura got up and ran at me full speed, even faster than before. The weird thing coming from out of his mouth was still visible. I only managed to load and cock the gun, aiming at him. The distance between us was only a single meter.
âEat this, motherfucker!â I screamed, pulling the trigger
A loud bang went off, making birds and other animals which lived in the woods run away in fear. I had hit Nakamura successfully in the head, he fell back from the impact and was now finally dead. Which I really hoped stayed that way this time.
I looked around me and grabbed some bullets from the dead counselor's pocket while the blonde counselor was still in a state of shock and broke down crying. Using the last bullet in the gun to shoot Midnight who was still alive. After that I reloaded and killed off the rest leaving no one behind. Even the camp counselor and anyone who hasnât turned yet.
By now every student was at the main building safe and sound, watching the entire scene happen in front of them through the high tech holograms. They were crying at my actions of killing their classmates, friends, and family who were already dead. âWhy couldnât you leave them in peace!â They thought, however, they were simple minded. They didnât understand my actions or they refused to understand and acknowledge them.
Gasps of shock and disbelief sounded off behind me coming from the teachers and camp counselors and no one protested my actions because of the fear they held for me. No one except principal Nezu, who walked up to me and placed a hand on my shoulder and thanked me for my actions.
I was stuck in fear of everyone hating me for my actions but I needed to do it before they would turn and kill us all. But most notably I was scared of Shotoâs reaction. Would he break up with me? I canât handle that as ever since the incident happened, Shoto became my number 1 pillar (Besides from my best friends) and reason that I kept on pushing forward.
Everyone including myself was on edge and although everything felt like it happened so fast yet so slow at the same time. In reality, it was still 5:30. Only 30 minutes had passed since the beginning of the end started.

Chapter 9 : Secrets Finally Revealed | Series Masterlist
Flashback
The first night at the camp wasnât that peaceful for everyone, in fact there was someone who was having a really rough time. He was called out by one of the camp counselors, he wasnât sure which one since there were so many and they just met. But the camp counselor wanted to discuss something⊠Something about him becoming the leader for this whole trip or something along those lines. He of course accepted, seeing this as an opportunity to flex on Todorokiâs face and perhaps just maybe enough to steal his girlfriend.
Crickets were sounding off in every corner and the sounds of twigs breaking upon his foot crushing them, gave him an unsettling feeling in the pits of his stomach. It didnât help that he heard a wolf howling in the distance. Nakamura Haru, the cashier from before who flirted with Todorokiâs girlfriend, was the name of the boy currently walking through the dark forest.
He held his flashlight tightly in his fist and brought his jacket closer to him. It was cold but he shook away those thoughts, concentrating on the task at hand. In all honesty he was scared and wanted this all to be over, recalling why the Hell did he even agree to coming out here because now heâs regretting ur so badly. The instructions the camp counselor gave him over the phone weren't difficult to understand, more so it was difficult to follow as he tread through the forest.
The building of the camp was forest surrounding most of the area and the cabins were put in that area. Meanwhile the main hall/building was put on the other end of the cabins. Maybe a 5 minute walk around for you to get to the main hall from the cabins.
In front of the cabins though, behind many trees was the lake and behind them were the activities area and further behind that was the forest which a mountain overlooked above it. Now the camp counselor called Nakamura to go to their office, but of course it was on top of the mountain.
"Great, just great.â He muttered a curse underneath his breath.
He didnât think that the walk from the cabins to the camp counselors office would take so long. Like arenât their offices and cabins supposed to be near them? Arenât they supposed to be looking out at them? Then again heâs never been to camp before so he doesnât really know.
He kept complaining inside his mind about how he was already tired from walking as itâs been around 30 minutes already and he hasnât even reached the mountain yet. âThis is to make (L/n), think youâre cool! So donât pussy out! Plus this will look great in your record if you become the leader!â He tried to motivate himself.
The moon hung above him and despite the many trees obscuring his vision of the moon. It Didn't matter as it still shone brightly, lighting the way to his path besides from the obvious flashlight he was carrying. 15 more minutes went by and he finally reached the foot of the mountain. After walking that much distance he was definitely going to ask the camp counselors if they could drive him back to the cabins.
He was definitely not going to walk all the way there back again, especially knowing that the camp counselors drove a black jeep towards their office. He kept on huffing, trying to catch his breath and his feet were killing him. The hike surely tired him out.
But despite that he didnât waste any time on standby. The lighting and stuff were even creepier here than when he was still inside the forest. The eree light that came out of the lamp stand was swarmed by flies and other insects. Yet it didnât fail to illuminate the creepy ass elevator which would take him up to the mountain, where both the camp counselors office and cabins were placed at.
The speakers that were attached to the lamp post suddenly came to life, âHead right up, Nakamura.â
He was so surprised at that since it was so sudden that he almost fell on his own ass. He assumed there were security cameras somewhere but he couldnât find them as he looked around his surroundings. The sounds of crickets and other insects intensified and he didnât like it one bit, so he shook his head at those previous thoughts and proceeded to press on the arrow up button for the elevator.
âTsk, hurry upâŠâ His foot rapidly tapped on the ground in frustration and a bit of fear.
The sound of the elevator came alive and began its descent to the ground. Once it arrived he had no hesitation in going inside it the moment its doors opened, almost running. The elevator was big and old fashioned. It was exposed too, not built inside the mountain. The thing covering it was mesh wires, it honestly looked a bit unstable, but stable enough that it wouldnât collapse.
He didnât dare to look down, instead concentrating on closing his eyes and tuning out the unsettling sound of the elevator which screeched as the wheel mechanisms above them worked hard to pull them up. He was starting to think that all of this wasnât worth it, regretting not declining the offer given to him on the phone.
Once he arrived on top of the mountain, he quickly got out and ran to the camp counselors office, knocking harshly on the door. Once he was ushered inside he was greeted by another camp counselor which he didnât recognize until he got a closer look. It was one of the camp counselors that was a girl and had red hair which was placed in a tight bun.
That wasnât the camp counselor who spoke on the phone, it was the brunette guy. He asked the counselor if he was going to be discussing the position with her or the brunette camp counselor, however instead of a proper reply, he received a cup of hot chocolate. He was very grateful for it, just the thing he needed to cheer up from the stress from before.
Taking a sip immediately, he didnât even notice the slight metallic smell the drink hadâŠ

He woke up with a jolt finding himself locked in the middle of a white room, with nothing in it. Except for 2 doors which were placed opposite of each other and didnât have any handles on it and a two way mirror which was only on one side of the room. He was a bit droopy, just now waking up, but then when the memories of what had happened returned to him. He began to panic, his throat becoming dry as he yelled and begged for them to release him.
Crying at this point, he looked at the mirror and kneeled down, begging pathetically to let him go. Then when he thought it had worked, the speakers in the corner of the room came to life.
âWho is (L/n) (Y/n)?â He didnât recognize the deep voice that came out.
âPlease! I donât know anything! Sheâs just my batch mate! If you wanted information, you should have gone after her boyfriend, Todoroki Shoto! The guy with red and white hair and a big scar on his face!â He sniffed and stuttered in between his words.
âWe could have, however⊠We arenât looking for him just yet, we need to receive information about (L/n) first. Are you willing to cooperate?â
âYes, anything please! Just let me go!â
âGood then.â
They began to question a lot of specific things about (L/n) and despite liking her, he gave out all of her information to them without any hesitation, effectively betraying her and placing her in harm's way. He was extremely guilty and upset with himself, but he was just human. He was weak, and no matter what happens he would always choose to save himself over others, no matter his relationship with them.
âAlright, thatâs all.â The voice said
âCan I please go back now?â He asked fearfully
âYes, but make sure you wonât tell anyone this or weâll have to permanently shut you up.â He gulped loudly at that, body trembling in fear.
âO-OkayâŠâ More tears began to flow down
The door opened in front of him. This was his chance to escape! He ran to it before a creature came out of it. It looks like a human girl, or more like looked like. Whatever it was, was not human at least not anymore. It smelled of rotting flesh and it looked like it was decomposing. It barely held up and its eyes were white with red veins surrounding it. Its clothes were torn and had lots of blood on it.
It was a monster and he was going to die. The creature groaned and screeched in rage as it saw its prey.
âWhat the Hell is that?!â He cried, backing up into the corner before looking at the security camera, begging them to spare his life.
No response came and instead the monster ran and lunged at him. He barely managed to jump out of the way, but was not able to avoid sustaining any injuries. It scratched at his side. It was a running game and he was going to lose. He knew it, heâs not going to get out of this alive.
The monster eventually managed to catch the boy and pin him down. Opening his mouth to bite at his neck, blood rushed from the area and he cried out. Bits of blood running down his mouth. Despite his weak nature, he mustered all his strength and hit the monster in the face. Ripping off a bit of his flesh and began to swallow it.
Evidence of what just happened was evident on the monster's mouth which dropped blood. His blood. The boy who didnât know it yet, was going to turn exactly into that monster soon if not given an antidote. The other door that was previously closed opened up and he bolted for it. The white glowing hallway was extremely long but he didnât dare to stop and catch his breath.
The pain was excruciating but he had to focus on getting out now before the monster could go after him. Once he arrived at the end of the hallway he began to pound his fist on the high tech door. Hoping, begging that it would open. Alas when the monster ran out of the room to chase after him.
He lost all hope. Crying so much he knelt down and prayed to God that he would somehow survive this and get out. His prayer was answered. When the monster began to approach him, red lasers which suddenly appeared out of the walls ran straight through the monster, effectively cutting it in half.
However that didnât stop the monster, with its lower body missing it used its hands to crawl towards the boy. And so the laser came back and occupied everything in space and finally killed off the monster. Unlike before when the laser disappeared once its achieved its goal, this time it didnât and was nearing the boy.
âShit!â Nakamura Haru, cursed, clenched his bleeding neck, blood still sleeping through.
Once the laser was one centimeter away from his face did it stop and disappear. He felt like he could breathe again and thanked the Gods that he managed to survive. The door behind him opened to reveal that he was at the bottom of the mountain.
So he dashed towards the cabins not stopping for anything until he was able to sneak back in and do first aid on his injury. He didnât dare to tell anyone about what had happened, the threat of them silencing him if he dared to expose them was floating in his panicked mind. Taking a shower, he changed into a pair of PJ's and crashed into his bed before looking at his phone only to find out that it was 3:47 AM. Sleep and exhaustion finally overcame him, as the last bits of adrenaline left his body.
The next day came and he wasnât feeling too great, he informed his classmates and teachers that he was having a stomach ache and so he would stay in the cabins all day. For the most part he kept to his word, thanking his friends when they dropped him off some food. Well he didnât keep to his word when he felt too shitty.
He kept on throwing up and he had a fever, he felt too weak to even get up on the bed. The bite from last night wasnât healing as well, instead it was getting worse as each minute passed by.

Then the next thing he knew, he was out of it. He closed his eyes and his heartbeat slowed down until it eventually reached a stopâŠ

Chapter 8 : It Has Already Begun | Series Masterlist
Everyone was done with their turn, it was finally mine. âShit, what if Shoto recognizes me? I doubt he wouldnât.â I thought, a pang of guilt hitting my heart. When heâll recognize me will he be upset or worried?âSince I donât want to deal with those thoughts right now, I pushed them back and readied myself behind the starting line, cocking the airsoft handgun in preparation. âWell if Shoto will be looking at us the whole time, I might as well enjoy it.â I smirked to myself.
â3⊠2⊠1⊠Begin!â The camp counselor announced much to everyoneâs anticipation
Once the countdown was done I immediately felt a pair of eyes boring into my very soul. I guess it didnât take much time for him to recognize me. Of course heâs my boyfriend so he better recognize me, Iâd be somewhat offended if he didnât.
Plus I also didnât mind the attention on me, in fact I was more than happy for it. It gave me motivation to do my best, well not absolutely best since I could get caught but you know what I mean.
Guns began to rapidly fire at me, luckily I managed to run and dodged them, seeking shelter behind a tree. But that didnât stop them from still trying to hit me. I can heard the rapid firing and the ammos hitting the bark of the tree.
I canât stay here for much longer. I need to move and I havenât even shot my gun yet. Looking at my surroundings for anything that can help me I spotted a handgun magazine nearby, I managed to grab it with my foot. Extending it and kicking it in the air towards me. I caught it with my hand and began to formulate a plan.
I should have really formulated a plan beforehand, but it was unexpected that I would actually participate in this silly competition. Instead of whining and sulking around, I decided to make my next move. Which was to climb up the tree and shoot down the 2 umbrella men.
âHow come they werenât shooting the others down? Itâs only me. God, Shoto is gonna be so worried after this.â I grimaced
âThe ones running this camp might already know who I am, so thatâs why theyâre shooting at me. Testing if their theory and hunch is correct.â If what I was thinking was right then I shouldnât really show off my skills. I now realized that taking Momoâs place in this competition was a stupid idea.
To risk or not to risk. And I chose to risk it. This game could be the reason why my identity is compromised and everything that I had built up will be wasted. âNo! I need to keep being level headed! But then again⊠Whatâs life without a little risk? A boring one thatâs for sure. Also not unless I prove to them Iâm someone else then my identity wouldnât really become compromised. I could purposely get shot or even shoot myself.
Then that alone could prove I'm insolent, when it comes to this kinda stuff. Yes! Thatâs just what I needed! I can turn this whole situation around. âIâll just shoot myself first then those men. If they shoot me, they could actually hit a place thatâs vital or really hurts.â Putting my plan into action, I shot myself in 3 different non-vital areas. Making sure that theyâll bruise up.
âShit, okay that really hurts. Shoto you better kiss these boo-booâs away later.â I hissed in pain
âYouâve felt even more shitty when a bullet actually pierced into you, so donât complain.â I thought to myself, looking back at the 2 men who continuously shot the tree, I easily shot them down. Making sure that they wonât get back up so easily. The 2 camp counselors, Watanabe Ren and Yoshinda Akane looked shocked as they watched the 2 men fall helplessly.
Not only them but everyone as well looked shocked. Iâll have to do a bit of explaining later. I dropped to the ground and easily and quickly shot down all the targets in one place, not bothering to move to have aim at them.
Once my rapid firing had ceased, because I was out of ammo, I pulled out a handgun magazine I found beforehand and reloaded like it was no biggie. I was a natural at it. Then I kept shouting down the targets, not missing a single one.
However something caught my attention, the 2 umbrella men got back up quickly and began to fire at me again. I aimed and pulled the trigger at them.
âFuck.â I was out of ammo again
I couldnât spot any more handgun magazines anywhere, however I did find another really pretty airsoft gun to be specific, a LCT AK-104 AEG. âNow weâre talking!â Doing a rolling dive, I grabbed the gun and quickly stood up, shooting the 2 Umbrella men down, not missing a shot and they went down easily.
After that I aimed at the remaining targets that I hadn't shot down, and began rapid firing. Not a single bullet went to waste and after they were all down, I walked casually to the finishing line. Everyone was quiet and shook, even Monoma nor Bakugo had anything to say. They werenât even pissed that I surpassed them.
They were just completely and utterly shocked.
The whole time I was doing the little game, I didnât feel a single moment where Shotoâs eyes werenât on me, drinking in my figure. Just like now, Shoto was looking at me directly yet he was completely lost in his thoughts, a trace of some sort, then finally he broke out of it as I walked towards him and grabbed him by the wrist quickly. Not wasting a single second to power walk, heading towards the shed, dragging him along with me.
Once I was close to everyone that they got a good look at me, they immediately recognized it to be me and not Yaoyozorou, despite me wearing a full body suit and a tinted helmet. Since both classes knew who was dragging Shoto, they werenât really surprised seeing as both me and Shoto were open about our relationship.
Despite all of that I could not only still feel Shotoâs eyes but I could also feel both Class 1-A and Bâs eyes boring into the back of our heads but that was sort of expected after all I am dragging him to the shed. Who knows what we might do there?
The camp counselor also finally broke out of the trance and so he coughed, catching everyoneâs attention, âAlright letâs start counting the points and picking up the BBâs. Weâll award the winner after that.â
In the shed
âShoto! Go a bit slower and gentler! It hurts!â I moaned out in pain, tears coming out of my eyes.
âI know, I apologize. I didnât mean for it to hurt, just stop squirming and itâll hurt lesser.â He whispered gently into my ear
And no, get your mind out of the gutter. We weren't doing that in a shed. Once we got in the shed, I told Shoto I got hit by the BBâs multiple times and that it really hurts. He didnât question anything else or spoke about what happened in the competition which I really appreciated.
Shoto turned around so that I could get changed out of the uniform and into my casual clothes, and he was also very sweet since he made sure that he wouldnât turn around until I was finished. Once I was finished he inspected the damage caused by the BBâs.
âThatâs gotta hurt. Are you sure there isnât one anywhere else?â He kissed my forehead
âMhm.â I hummed back a response
âAlright, may I?â He asked, grabbing some ointment from the first aid kid behind me.
âYeah, sure.â I winced at the painful bruise
He lifted me onto the wooden table behind me and grabbed my thigh. Both of us blushing, carefully he put on the ointment on a cotton swab then applied it on my thigh where the bruise was. I hissed when it came into contact with which he kissed my cheek in comfort.
In the reality of all this I was over exaggerating and acting. I could handle this kind of pain as after years of rigorous training my pain tolerance increased. I was just making a big deal out of it so that Shoto would play nurse, which was hot to be honest and I have no regrets for my actions whatsoever. I mean I saw an opportunity so why would I not take it, itâd be such a waste donât you think?
I didnât want Shoto to worry too much so after he patched me right up, I gave up the act and gave him a kiss on the lips as a reward, mumbling compliments into his ears as a thank you. He blushed and stuttered which was super cute, so I quickly pulled out my phone and took a picture of him. Turning off my phone and shoving it into the back of my pocket before Shoto could protest and ask me to delete it.
âLike Hell am I going to delete that picture of you!â I screamed at him, standing on top of the table making sure he wasnât able to reach my phone which I held up high.
â(Y/n), please.â He gave me puppy eyes, making me almost give in to his request.
âWhen Hell freezes over!â
In the end I won as Shoto was too smitten with me to even try to compete with me in this one. So I made his picture my wallpaper which made him really embarrassed. Once that was over, I knew I wasnât off the hook with Shoto, I didnât inform him about me being entered in the competition. So helping me off the table, he grabbed me by the waist and started to gently run his hair through my hair.
Sighing he began to speak in a low voice, âNext time be careful, I was really worried you know when I recognized it was you. Wasnât it supposed to be Yaoyozorou?â
âIt was, but Jirou didnât want her to participate, said she could get hurt and so I took her place.â Shame and guilt laced my voice
âYaoyozorou listened to Jirouâs request and yet you didnât think about asking me?â By his voice and choice of words, you could clearly tell he was hurt.
âI didnât think it through, Iâll consider your feelings next time I promise. I'm really sorry.â I snuggled into his chest and kissed his neck in apology.
âI know I also do stuff like that, thatâs dangerous but Iâm a guy and I donât want to see my girl get hurt. You understand?â Placing his hand on my cheek, I nuzzled into it.
âI understand, but Sho⊠Thereâs something I gotta tell you⊠Itâs about the one before.â
âAs I said I wonât force-â
âYou donât get it!â I cried, âI donât want to say it but it could affect our entire futureâŠâ
âAs long as itâs not something like you cheating on me, or involving my dad. I think weâll be fine.â He spoke out truthfully
âIt doesnât, itâs something much bigger than that⊠Before, I was also like you⊠Trained endlessly I meanâŠâ He kept quiet and listened intently, âI used to get hurt a lot as well⊠And IâŠâ I felt like crying and throwing up, âI donât- canât say the restâŠâ I cried into his shirt.
He spoke seriously this time, âI see, did anyone touch you in any way or did someone hurt you?â
âH-HurtâŠâ He sighed, immensely relieved that nobody touched you.
âShh⊠Youâre okay now.â He realized she was the same as he was, both broken but right in this moment he had to be strong for her.
He kept whispering sweet words into her ears. Making promises that he wonât let anyone hurt her anymore. After a while I stopped crying, letting him wipe away all of my tears and placed a kiss on my lips making me giggle.
âCâmon letâs go. Theyâll be announcing the winners Iâm sure. Iâm sure that class A will win, especially with you on our side. Class B was great too but we had more experience. Our scores were close though initially before you got to play, after you played Iâm sure weâll win by a landslide⊠You were awesome back there, you know? In the overall winners as well, youâll pass everyone, even me. Youâll win first placeâ He spoke with a smile
And Shoto was right, I did win. My time was the shortest among all and I hit all the targets with a bullseye. Making class 1-A the winners by a landslide but I still won first place exactly like Shoto said, making Monoma pissed.
We called it good game and everyone headed to the main hall. With Bakugo boasting about it the whole time, being the little son of a bitch that he was. Making Monoma so pissed at our class, which resulted in him receiving a karate chop to the neck by none other than Kendo.
Summary: Life is unfair. Thatâs what youâve always known, so you fought back against it. Which leads you to where you are now, on a battlefield with people youâve only known for a while. Will you be able to save everyone or will it all end in a massacre?

Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
3 more bullets were shot into the beast. It roared in pain for the last time before I dropped the gun and shoved it back to the ponytailed girl. She let out an oof at the harsh impact, almost falling down had she not been caught by the earphone-jacked girl.
âHey, watch it! She could have gotten hurt, youâre just doing more damage than fixing it!â The violet-haired girl yelled out
âIs that so, well Iâd like to see you try killing off all these monsters!â I retorted rudely back at her, seriously I was only trying to help, âTodoroki hang on! Iâm coming!â
âI am hanging on!â Quite literally he was dangling upside down from the monster's grip
âWhy donât you just freeze it, you pussy?!â I screamed In frustration, throwing one of my blades at another titan who again was trying to devour my classmate.
My question clearly wasnât rhetorical yet Todoroki never answered back. It was confusing, to say the least. One minute he was trying to literally freeze me to death or burn me alive and now he canât even accomplish just freezing a single titan?! Seriously, youâve gotta be freaking kidding me!
If his conscience couldnât handle the fact that he would be technically freezing a poor innocent police officer or even a civilian who just so happened to get caught up in this war so he got turned into a titan, then he should have just frozen the titan's whole face or just even its mouth! Itâs that simple of a solution! No need for bloodshed if he canât take the guilt!
And even if the titan would rip the ice off of his mouth/whole face, right after he froze it. He would still have had a diversion! A means of escape! Something must be wrong if he didnât do it. He isnât dumb, thatâs for sure. In fact, heâs like I donât know, the top 5 in the class in terms of his IQ, I believe. Didnât really keep track of that since it wasnât necessary.
Though his IQ is high, do not ask about his EQ. We all know that he has some sort of trauma and/or issue. Plus heâs also very dense. Finally reaching the damned boy, I cut off the titan's fingers, effectively freeing Todoroki from its nasty clutches. I did it so quickly it didnât have time to regenerate its eyes and all of the places I shot at(It was in its face).
Grabbing the dual-haired boy who was still convinced that I am the mastermind villain throughout all these events before he could fall. He wrapped one arm over my shoulder holding it tightly to make sure he doesnât fall off, while I wrapped one arm around his waist.
If this situation wasnât awkward enough, to begin with from the close proximity alone, but the fact that I had to hold tightly onto him or the consequences would be severe. Ending in a pancake Todoroki with ketchup and not syrup surrounding his corpse. I turned my head to look him in the eyes.
I was shocked. Never had I ever seen Todorokiâs face hold so much confusion and desperation as of now. His turquoise and ash grey eyes bloomed with so many mixed emotions, not only confusion and desperation. But fury, hurt, sadness, frustration, and tears. Yes, his face looked even more confused than he had been at the sports festival.
But the moment I saw tears dripping down his face, I knew that at that point and moment, I knew something was wrong. Terribly wrong, not for me per se but for poor Shoto. I had personally never seen him cry. And boy was I glad I hadnât because fucking Hell was it so awkward. It was even more awkward and uncomfortable due to our close proximity.
I didnât know anything about how to comfort the poor boy and Iâm certainly not going to use Leviâs method of destressing and calming himself, which is cleaning everything until it was spotless of course. If it wasnât obvious enough, what else would it have been? Spending time with me and Mikasa as a family though distant?
Nuh-uh! I mean I have noticed that heâs kinder to me and Mikasa but that doesnât mean shit. He cares about all of his soldiers and that final. I shook my head, so many things are going on around me but I keep on getting lost in my train of thoughts.
That isnât good, to say the least. Not good at all. Setting Todoroki down with everyone who was busy trying to fight off the titans, well more like distract them since their quirks didnât do shit to the damned beasts.
âShoto? May I call you, Shoto?â I asked in worry, turning his head to face me, by the chin.
âAh shit, way to go me. I spoke before I could even think. Too late to back out now, best get on his good side then. Even if he doesnât believe me, I still gotta try or Iâll die trying!â I mentally cursed at myself for getting in an awkward position.
âYeah sure weâre wasting time but weâve never actually talked before unless itâs for school. Best get it off of the bucket list before weâre all inevitably killed in this stupid war. Plus canât I just get a single good conversation through this war? Is it that much of a crime? And yes I know my classmates are dying but give me a damn second.â
âItâs Todoroki to you. Respect my name.â He replied coldly, turning his head harshly from my grasp.
âLook we got on the bad foot. I know I may not be trustworthy but give me a chance. I have never done anything wrong to any of you since weâve been classmates these past few months.â I replied coolly, practically saying to everyone who was fighting for their lives to fuck off for a second and let me have this moment.
âLook I guess we did get off on the bad foot but Iâm not going to trust you! So what weâve been classmates for the past few months! Iâm still not letting you off the hook, villain!â He yelled in frustration, squeezing both of my shoulders tightly.
âI think you should reconsider. Iâve heard rumors that before the sports festival you acted like your father. And we all practically know how much heâs like a villain if it wasnât for the lives he saves. In fact, you donât seem too good, Shoto. Now Iâm not saying this to get on your bad side. Iâm just saying that you havenât seen my side of the story. So donât judge the book by its cover. Because I donât go doing that to you or would you, like me too? That can be easily arranged if you wish.â I turned his head again like before, though this time I wiped off the tears from his face with my sleeves, âKeep this in mind Shoto. Villains are made, not born.â My speech left him absolutely speechless, though despite that tears kept flowing down his face.
âIâm so so-sorryâŠâ He let out a hiccup, âI couldnât do it, I risked not only my life but yours as well⊠I couldnât do it, I just couldnât. It's justâŠâ He looked like he was on the verge of breaking down, making me think he saw something that triggered him so he paused to take a minute to recover, âWeâre wasting time! Everyoneâs dying around us! Letâs get back to this later!â His heart was frosted over ice once more, so he scoffed and grabbed my hand.
He pulled me towards another damn titan. By now Yaoyorozu had made guns and passed them all around. Now weâre talking! Finally! We were able to fight back against these monsters! It was ironic it seems, weâre supposed to be people who save other people such as civilians and such yet weâre the ones who are in desperate need of help and like fast.
Creati after some point got super tired of making the guns and the bullets for them. She overworked herself and pushed over her limits. Now sheâs practically useless and a dead weight. Her girlfriend, Jirou is currently carrying her on her back despite being practically more petite than her.
The boys would have carried her had they not been busy trying to save their own lives before they could save the others. Me, I was barely getting by, it wasnât because I was weak or anything. I guess I just didnât have the motivation or determination to push through and give it my all.
If I had, I would have finished all of the titans off in no time. Honestly, they might be humans and supposed allies of us, People of Ymir. But I wouldnât think twice about leaving them to become titan food. Maybe it was from everything theyâve done to me or maybe it was something else.
The titans just kept on coming and coming. There was nothing we could do. I was beginning to run out of gas and more swords. I only had 2 extra swords left and with the number of titans after us, I donât think we can pass through. The amount of luck and time was running out. Iâd say weâve been fighting for at least 2 hours by now.
I wasnât sure at this point since I wasnât keeping track of the time, though it sure did feel longer than that. The number of our survivors wasnât that fatal per se . A lot of us were still alive, well considering Iâve seen the scouts complete more dangerous missions with lesser soldiers. Who the Hell am I even kidding with this bullshit?! Like half of the class had been wiped out!
As of currently, there are a total of 12 survivors:
Me
Todoroki Shoto
Midoriya Izuku
Uraraka Ochako
Iida Tenya
Bakugo Katsuki
Kirishima Eijiro
Kaminari Denki
Mina Ashido
Jirou Kyoka
Yaoyorozo Momo
Aizawa Shouta
Mineta was first to die, then Koda. The 3rd death was Tsuyuâs, such a tragic death. Her tongue was bitten off by the titan and while she was focused on the plan, she had not noticed the 10-meter titan creeping from her behind. I had also not noticed that until Sero pointed it out, screaming along the lines of heâll save her.
The 4th death was Satoâs. Despite his quirk being super strong, he wasnât strong enough to survive and lift the small building that fell on him. Effectively killing him instantly.
The 5th death was Sero, when Tsuyu had been killed, he went into beast modeâdodging all of the titans by swinging through the air with the help of his tapes. First, his right leg was bitten off and he fell on a nearby roof. I could have helped him had it not been for another titan holding me back.
He was close enough to Tsuyuâs murderer and I could tell he could only see red rage. Again he was too late, 3 more titans approached him and ripped his body apart. His death was similar to Erenâs first death in a sense. They both died in rage trying to protect the ones they love.
6th was Shoji, who died because of being accidentally stepped on by a really big titan. He had no time to process things until a large shadow casted over him. When he looked up there was nothing else he could do to stop the tears, screams, and fright coming from him. Stomp! Stomp! Stomp! He was stepped on 3 times before the beast was sure he was dead.
7th was the invisible girl, none of us saw her die of course but we did finally see her body. I'm not even sure when she died; we just found her buried in rubble, similar to Satoâs death. Though we finally saw her true form. Since when she died, her quirk also went away revealing her beautiful self. At least she was covered in the rubble when she died as she was naked.
8th was Tokoyami, and to make matters worse it was somewhat Bakugoâs fault. Iâm sure heâs feeling pretty guilty now. Tokoyami, of course, couldnât use his quirk properly but with Bakugo who was coincidentally beside him, it was definitely hard to use Dark Shadowâs true potential. Not like his quirk was much help since quirks, in general, didnât work against the titans.
And Tokoyami relied purely on his quirk even after the internship and camp. Dark Shadowâs punches and such kept on going through the monsters, it was completely immune to it. And so another student went down to the monster's belly.
The 9th death was Oijiro, distraught by the death of his girlfriend or maybe even almost girlfriend. He gave up on hope. On everything, accepting his death he let himself be picked up by 4 titans who started tugging on each of his limbs until he was ripped apart into 4 pieces.
The 10th death was Aoyama. To cut things short his stomach went hurting after using his laser beam for an extended period of time even if it did not affect the titans. So he used them as distractions for us. The titans crowded on him so quickly right after his stomach began to hurt like Hell, using his moment of vulnerability to their advantage.
The rest of us were covered in dirt. The fabrics of our costumes had been torn apart as proof of our escape from death, also known as the mighty beasts. Blood was either seeping out or splattered from our clothes, both our own and from our classmates, dead or alive, which didnât matter at this point. Because what mattered was getting out alive. SurvivingâŠ
By now the city was covered in debris. Titans roamed freely and I havenât seen a single scout passing by, not yet at least. The once beautiful city now roared in a massive blaze of fire that even put Endeavor to shame. Most of the civilians may have already escaped or evacuated to the docks, but we canât say for sure.
I think the class and my teacher find it weird that they havenât run into any civilians by now or even other heroes. Maybe their thoughts were filled with hopes that their loved ones are safe. I could tell they were desperate to see their families and friends, but they now have a duty to uphold. If they wonât help in fighting who will?
Maybe everyone is focused on somewhere else Or maybe their⊠Who am I kidding? It is clear to see. Most civilians are dead. Some may have managed to be evacuated or escaped but it cannot make up for the blood that was shed. But I also had a theory, they could have also been turned into titans, which was most likely since the amount of titans roaming the city was quite a large amount.
In the distance, I heard guns going off. Like a battle was occurring. I looked at everyone else, somewhat confused that they either didnât seem to care or they didnât hear the guns being shot. Wait, a minute! I have an idea that might just really help.
âWe wonât last like this! We need more people!â I screamed at our teacher.
âWe donât have any backup! All communications are lost as well! Looks like they took down the cell towers!â He replied in a frustrated yet tired voice.
âWerenât we the only ones going on a field trip?! What about class-B?! If we can gather our forces with them! We might just make it out of this!â
The realization hit him, âTheyâre at the city square! If they're still there we can make it! it's not far from here!â He then began to instruct the class to go to the city square and combine forces with class-B while heâll distracts the monsters.
A lot of them didnât like this plan. They didnât like the fact that weâll be using our teacher as a distraction. They think heâll die if he fights against the titans alone, which is most like the outcome. They had learned that the hard way of almost losing their teacher with the USJ incident
My classmates protested, especially Iida who looks up to Aizawa-sensei immensely, thatâd be a huge blow to him if our adviser would return injured or even not return at all. Kirishima is well saying along the lines that itâs not manly of us to leave our teacher behind. Our teacher's heart warmed up at that obviously.
Of course, he didnât want to leave us all alone to fend for ourselves. He was supposed to look after us. Now it was on his watch that almost half of his students had died. I could tell his conscience felt very guilty about that and devastated. Who wouldnât be?
I wasnât close to our teacher though. But I understand his actions and where he was coming from. A shot of deja vu tan through me. His actions remind me of Commander Erwin. It felt so long since his death passed and Iâm sure none of us had gotten over it.
But we continued to persevere, fight, and survive. We continued his legacy. So that is why it pains me to watch our teacher sacrifice himself just as our Commander did. It was for the greater good. If our sensei would distract the titans, drawing them all near him.
Weâd have a clear shot at survival. Weâd probably make it to the city square and regroup with class-B. If not then weâll figure another solution out. For now, weâll have to gamble and take the risk.
âLetâs go, everyone! Thereâs no time to waste! We donât have another plan! Use your quirks and letâs go! Don't let our teacherâs sacrifice be for nothing!â I screamed at them as though they were soldiers, trying to knock them out of their fears.
âPlus Ultra!â With tears in their eyes, they knew I was right, then we all yelled a battle cry, pushing ourselves over our limits.
We ran and used our quirks, my body felt tired. Everyone else felt like that. We felt heavy and as though we were pushing a boulder. Todoroki who once again was beside me using his ice to move faster. Midoriya and Bakugo ran behind him, I could tell though that Midoriya was taking this the hard way. It wasnât only him though. Everyone looked defeated with tears and frustration kept building up inside of them.
âHurry up everyone! Weâll have time to mourn for them all later, but if we donât hurry up we might end up with the same fate as the-!â I was cut off by a scream that came from where we left our teacher.
âCome on! Bring all youâve got! Iâm over here!â Sensei yelled trying to bring all the titans towards him which unfortunately did work.
We decided to tune out those sounds. Listening to them further would only make us more guilty for leaving him behind. 2 more minutes of running and Iâd say weâd reach City Square. If class-B still stands then weâd have a second shot at getting through this.
âWeâre almost there, we canât stop now!â I grabbed the ponytailed girl from Jirou, who was on the verge of collapsing, âKaminari, carry Jirou, we must push forward if we can to survive!â Even if I was tired I placed the girl on my back.
âI can take it, give her back!â Both tired and exasperated, the said girl screamed her lungs out at me.
Iida but in to scold us, âArgue later, for now, we have to survive! Do not let Aizawa-senseiâs sacrifice go to waste!â
âWhatâs the plan, bitch face?! Once we reach class-B and regroup whatâll we do?!â Bakugo, who flew beside me using his explosions, asked calmly.
Rolling my eyes at him, âWeâll split into groups probably, first Iâll let you guys evacuate your family then we move onto the civilian's right aft-!â The falling of boulders rapidly from the sky cut me off, âShit! Itâs the beast titan! Fuck! Everyone! Get behind me! We have to continue before itâs too late! Bakugo if ever boulders or debris is blocking our way, blast them to bits!â
âWith pleasure!â He smirked, finally getting his hopes of turning the tides around against the titans.
I grabbed Todorokiâs hand, who happened to be the closest one near me and dragged him behind me. While Bakugo got the message I yelled at him, flew in front of me, and began to lead the way to City Square. We were dodging the boulders to the best of our abilities but that wasnât our only obstacle.
Because there were still the occasional titans we just so happened to pass by. Yes, Aizawa-sensei drew in most of the titans from this area, still, some kept getting in our way. Like right now.
I scream a battle cry into the air, âAgh! Fucking die already!â
I quickly flew ahead of Bakugo and dropped. Yaoyozorou who was on my back, into his arms. Causing him to stumble back and yell out a curse at me. The titan just popped out of nowhere. It was going to be face to face with him and it was about to eat him by surprise had I not acted. Swerving behind the beast with my aerobatics skills, I sliced off the titans' nape. Making its blood splatter on me, freaking disgusting.
Kirishima, who saw this all happening, decided that he wasnât going to run and do nothing except watch us do all the work. For him, it wasnât something manly. So he rushed to Bakugo, jumping on top of the debris and boulders, grabbing the girl from Bakugoâs arms. He placed her on his back and continued to push himself forwards.
I flew back next to Todoroki and let Bakugo lead the way. Occasionally he had to blow up some debris and boulders both coming in our way and blocking them. I also had to come in and intervene sometimes because titans kept randomly popping out, I didnât want any more students to die so I decided to act upon myself quickly.
âWeâre almost there!â I screamed, seeing a bunch of different colored hairs in the distance as I finished off yet another titan.
âThen letâs hurry!â Todoroki screamed as he and our classmates passed by me, grabbing my hand and pulling me into him.
âBy the way, Iâm still not done with you, I still wanna know why you risked my life.â I glared at him the same way he used to glare at me.
âWeâll have time for that later.â He glared back, not backing down.
I rolled my eyes and scoffed, âIf there even is a later, Iâll protect you and everyone until we part ways to evacuate the civilians. Iâll be going with you though since you trust me so much.â I spoke sarcastically to which he just nodded irritatedly.
Running and pushing ourselves past our limit we finally reached City Square. A chance to victory was in our hands. A bunch of newly graduated cadets was supposedly positioned here. Even if they were cadets they could help me a lot.
âShit!â I grabbed Todoroki and placed him behind me as a gunshot fired into the air.
It hit Bakugo in the shoulders, making him curse in pain. Midoriya who witnessed everything cried out for his childhood friend, grabbing him quickly and then hiding behind a large piece of debris. Ripping a piece of his hero costume to use as a bandage, he tied it tightly around his shoulders in an attempt to stop the blood.
I and everyone else followed his actions, hiding behind large pieces of fallen debris. Mina let out a scream as a bullet shot into her left abdomen. Kaminari, who was next to her, quickly took off the jacket from his hero costume and ripped off a piece. Doing the same thing as Midoriya he tied the fabric to her abdomen.
With shaky hands he pressed down on the wound, hoping the blood would stop spilling out. Tears began to stream down his face. It was clear enough to see that by the amount of blood coming out from Mina, she wouldn't make it. This was her end.
I could see the life beginning to fade from her eyes. I couldnât watch. Not when the Kirishima who passed the passed-out girl to Jirou began to sprint to Mina. Not caring that multiple bullets were shot into the air, one of them happened to graze his leg. He didnât flinch from the pain, instead continuing to push forward, determined as ever. Plus he did use his quirk to make sure he wouldnât die.
He crouched down to Mina and tried to help Kaminari stop the bleeding. Using the rest of what was left of Kaminariâs jacket to put pressure on her wound. Tears kept coming from both of them and I could even tell Bakugo was also crying based on the sniffles he was trying to hide.
It was sad that we don't have time to mourn the death of our classmates. It was sad we didnât get to say goodbye. Everything just happened so quickly yet it felt like time moved in slow motion. If you even get what I mean.
Realizing quickly that we couldnât stay behind the debris for long, I took a little peek from out behind the debris I was using as a shield. A bullet shot at me directly, just narrowly missing me. âShit if I canât find where they are positioned at, weâll be sitting ducks!â I spotted a broken mirror near me and Todoroki. It was a bit of a stretch but completely doable.
I nudged his shoulder, pointing my finger at the broken mirror shard. He extended his feet and used them to pull the mirror to us. It wasnât as easy as it looked though, he failed a couple of times. It took him multiple tries before he successfully reached the mirror with his foot. Bullets also shot from what seemed out of nowhere. Almost hitting his leg in the process.
He stepped on the mirror and dragged it back to himself, picking it up from under his foot, he quickly handed it to me. Using the mirror, I angled it to look in different directions. I spotted a few class-B students hiding under some debris and some dead bodies scattered around the ground. The bodies belonged to those of class-B, their adviser, random civilians, and the newly recruited cadets.
There were a total of 2 of the newly recruited cadets. If I recall correctly, there should be a total of 5 of them stationed here. Seeing as this is the city square, itâd be stupid to station new recruits there, of course we had our reasons. We believed that the center of their attacks would be at city hall. Their main target being the mayor of this city.
Whispering quietly to myself as I scanned the area through the mirror, âWhere are you?â
âMaybe they're in the buildings or cars.â Todoroki proposed
âProbablyâŠâ Pausing for a second to think of our next possible moves, âHey umm⊠Guys, I got some good news and bad news.â Everyone who was still alive looked at me
Shoto spoke up because everyone was quiet, âGood news first.â
âWell, good news is that this is a titan free zone and there may be 3 of my comrades here to help us. The bad news is we got here too late and the Marleyâs have dominated this area and I canât seem to find them. So we'll need someone to create a distraction, then thatâll draw our enemies out. And with our remaining guns and bullets, weâll kill them. Got it?â I asked everyone
They more or less seem in and out of it, it was understandable of course as their whole lives had changed so drastically in a matter of moments. I can only imagine the amount of trauma they're going through right now, as well as all of the anxiety of not knowing whether or not your loved ones are safe or at least alive. They seemed to have understood what I explained and asked of them, yet they still continued to be trapped in this sort of trance.
âThis is so not manly⊠How can I be this uselessâŠ?â Kirishima began, his knees tucked to his body, rocking back and forth whilst he pulled his hair in frustration, tears already pouring down.
â... Kiri-â Midoriya began to try and soothe the said boy, before another person interjected.
âWhat about our families, will we never see them again? I didnât even get to say goodbye or to repay my parentsâŠâ Urarakaâs voice cracked as she broke down, following the same as Kirishima, then puking, most likely from overworking her quirk.
âGuysâŠâ Iida tried to intervene and cheer everyone up, but he himself was in the same boat as they were, so he was left like a fool speechless.
Jirou spoke a little bit too loud that the enemies had noticed, effectively shooting a bullet in our way, âShe must have really overworked herself!â She pressed down on the gun shot on the ponytailed hair girl, tears already falling down as she kept mumbling to herself that everything is fine.
Everything was not fine. It was all going down hill and if we didnât do something to turn the situation around. Then weâll all die.
Iida who sat besides them yet never noticed the blood rushing down from vice-presidentâs leg began to help the 2 girls in any way he could
I see now that everyone was in despair. All hope was lost. Everyone was tired, confused, depressed, and scared. This was our first moment of break from all of the fighting and exhaustion from before. I was the same as them, yet I canât find it in myself to care as much as I should have.
Could that have been from all the bullshit they put me through. I couldnât tell at this point, I practically didnât feel shit. Everythingâs just so numb. I had no motivation to push through the boundaries or as per the heroes, âGo Beyond And Plus Ultra.â
I think Todoroki must have gotten the hint that I was also giving up on them because he began to speak to me gently, âPlease, we need your help. We canât do this alone.â He desperately begged
The depth of the graveness of the situation, settled in on him probably. In all seriousness, I was shocked by his actions to say the least. Never did I think that in my life, that Todoroki Shoto, son of Endeavor, son of the number 1 hero, best of class 1-A, begged me to help them.
I thought about my choices for a hot second then made up my mind and stood up a bit, âWhat else do I have to lose? Just my life of course⊠However, I did make an oath to save humanity and I intend to see it through. Letâs go, no more wasting time.â
A familiar boyish scream cut me off, âAgh!! (Y/n)! Captain! Mikasa! Armin! Help!â
âOh God. Anyone but you!â I screamed and against all my wishes, when I peaked out I saw a familiar black hair, âAyato!â I screamed out in fury before another bullet was shot to his side.
Before Todoroki could pull me back and knock some sense into me, I felt a feeling I havenât felt in a long time. Electricity ran through my brain and I feel in full control over my body.
âDie!â I screamed out a battle cry, wasting a lot of my gas that was already running low.
With a battle cry, I killed all of the surrounding enemies without hesitation, managing to dodge all of the bullets they were rapidly shorting at me. There was only 1 final enemy left though, the one on top of Ayato. I kicked the soldier off of Ayato and grabbed his gun from him.
He laughed at me and began yelling insult after insult. All I saw was red and rage. I didnât care who was watching, he deserved to die a painful death. Grabbing his head I threw it to the ground so hard that blood began to fall.
I was sick of it. I towered over him as he whimpered and begged to live, pathetic canât even hold his honor. I lifted my foot over his head and began to stomp on it with all my might. Everyoneâs yells went deaf in my ears.
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
Stomp!
His cries, whimpers, and pleads fell deaf on my ears as I began to scream out reasons why he deserved this.
âYou killed my family!â
âYou killed my friends!â
âYou killed my soldiers!â
âYou dare ask for mercy but did you even give us mercy!â
âYou took away my life!â
âYou took away our peace!â
âYou killed my people!â
âYou deserve this!â
âYou keep on taking away the lives of others!â
âI was forced to become a soldier because of you!â
âItâs your fault!â
I lost count of how many times I crushed his head with my foot. Blood splattered all over my clothes, but I didnât care. He deserved it.
âThatâs enough!â Before I could even yell and stomp even more, Todoroki grabbed me from behind and began to cool me.
Trying desperately to calm me down, I looked around and I saw what remained of our class. Helping all of the Class-B students who were still alive, some of them tied up. I can only assume they were tied up because they wanted to keep them as prisoners or hostages. But then my eyes landed on Ayato and all the other new recruits, 3 remained left out of the 5.
I wriggled out of Todorokiâs grasp and ran to Ayato, âPlease! Anyone but you! Donât die! Donât die! Donât leave me alone!â
I quickly kneeled before him and placed his head gently into my lap as he coughed out some blood and gave me his hand, speaking in between his bloody coughs, âLive for me and take care of everyoneâŠâ
That was the last thing he spoke before dying, I felt nothing but complete sadness and rage. A few tears ran down my cheeks but there was nothing more I could do. My best friend was dead. There would be no more stupid jokes or silly stories for us to share during break time or whenever we were free.
âAyato wasnât supposed to be placed here. Why is he here?â I questioned
âHe heard that we were having a hard time defending. So he came back up.â A new recruit hugged me from behind, tears also streaming down her face.
I grabbed Ayatoâs cloak and called over Todoroki, to which I gave him my own bloody cloak and told him to wear it, reluctantly he did. I wore Ayatoâs which was also stained in his own blood and ripped out his name tag from his jacket.
âShoto. If I die, you will lead everyone on, including my soldiers. Make sure you put them first before you. Please, they have families, they have names...â I didnât care if I wasnât using his last name
Before he could reply, I walked away and gathered everyone up. The new recruits, my classmates, and what remained of class 1-B. Class 1-B didnât complain nor questioned my authority, especially Monoma who looked at me seriously like an ally, yet there was still a hint of disbelief and resentment in his eyes as he stared at me. I can only assume my classmates had explained the situation to class 1-B already.
Putting my hands behind my back, I began to speak, âToday as we face the impending and inevitable war! We are all the same. Weâve lost our families, friends, dignity, and what we once called home. Today, we saw many die before us and we were helpless, we couldnât save our fellow classmates and teachers no matter how hard we tried.â
âAnd who said you can lead?!â This pissed Monoma off apparently as he screamed furiously, âFrom what I see here you're just with them!â
âHow dare you speak against her! You donât know what weâve been through! We save humanity, weâre fighting this war! Weâre on your side!â A recruit cried out in anger towards him pulling out her blades.
âAnd what about it?! What were you doing when we were all being slaughtered?! Nothing?! Thatâs what, you did absolutely nothing as we were helplessly being killed!â Monoma spat back
âWe helped! We sacrificed our lives as well!â Her and the 2 other recruits hissed back at him
âENOUGH!!â I screamed at the top of my lungs, âAll of this fighting among ourselves is meaningless, we canât do anything anymore, whatâs done is done! So fucking forget about it! We only have our duties to do! We only have our duties left to uphold! Protect and serve the people! And what are we doing?! Meaninglessly yelling! Now listen up because these might be the last words you hear before you die!â
âTch.â Both Bakugo and Monoma said in unison
Placing my tight fisted hand above my heart with my other hand behind my back, âWorry not of your fallen friends and family as no soul can say theyâve died in vain, not until the end when this war is finally over.â
âEven still, how can we win against them? Our enemies are gigantic and our quirks donât work against them.â Uraraka cried out
âRemember this everyone, deep within us if we channel our anger and rage, we are just as barbaric as they are.â Raising my blades to the sky, âWielding the blade of gloria weâre meant for victory! And it doesnât matter if your quirks work or not against the titans because with every ounce of our lives weâll fight back! Weâll reclaim the land and pride that was stolen from us! We will bring justice to all the lives taken.â Dropping my blades at my shoulders then to the cloak on Todorokiâs back, âOnly those who fight against the titans are deserving of those wings! The wings of freedom!â
âThey are the prey and we are the hunters!â The 3 remaining scout members yelled a battle cry.
The other getting what we were supposed to be doing followed along, âThey are the prey and we are the hunters!â
âOur names wonât be remembered if we die so easily and I refuse to be forgotten! Weâll be written off less than worthless!â They began yelling battle cries, âPlead, beg, and cry but none will help you! You no longer live as cattle to the titans! Will you rise and join the battle?! Will you take your freedom back?! Will you fight in this war?!â
âYes!â They chanted back
âWill you let them steal your freedom!â
âNo!â
âThen channel all the rage and anger thatâs swelling inside you and fight the boundary until we break through! And never hesitate! They did not hesitate so why should we?â
They screamed at the top of their lungs!
âWaging war with every single passing minute, we will march to victory no matter what the cost! We cannot be their prisoners! So letâs rise up again and fight until itâs over!â
âHell yeah!â
âEvery passing minute they must be slain at any cost and so weâll offer up! Weâll sacrifice until our hearts have stopped! With our own hands letâs take a stand! We dedicate and sacrifice our hearts for humanity!â Me and the 3 other scouts screamed
âWait what?â Both class 1-A and B deadpanned
âAll that was lost, all the lives that were laid down was not in vain! Everything leads up to this moment!â We screamed out without both classes
âShinzo wo sasageyo!â We finished with a salute.
âWhat do you mean by sacrificing our lives for humanity?â Todoroki looked at me seriously.
âThis is war. And you will either die with honor or die a coward. Or youâll survive to see another day. Itâs your actions which will decide your outcome.â
Midoriya jumped in, â(L/n) not all of us want to die.â
âOf course, I understand everyoneâs feelings but as a soldier, Iâve decided my life to fighting this war since I was 12, along with every single soldier fighting this war, we graduated when we were 15 and most weren't able to see past that age. However for me being an Ackerman meant that I excelled, when I was already 13 I began working in the Scottâs regiment. Which means that I have the most experience in war here. Iâve seen more people die than any of you here. So I suggest that you get over with it and help us evacuate the civilians. If not, run back to your families. I don't care.â
â(L/n), I get you but you canât just drop all of this on us, just this morning we didnât expect that all of this would happen but it did.â Speaking in tears Kirishima interjected
âThis happened to us as well, but unlike you guys. Nobody was there to save us, so many lives were lost that day. And so many lives continue to be lost with every day this war continues.â
âYou bitch! We also have families, do you not consider how we feel?! They could be dead!â Bakugo marched forward pointing his fingers at my chest, he looked like he was close to strangling me, yet unshed tears were clear as day in his eyes.
Giving him a sad smile, âYes I get you, I watched powerlessly everyone I love die before me. But I donât want that to happen to other children, so as much as possible. Iâll do my best to save as many people as I can.â
âAnd what if you die?â Todoroki questioned with clenched fist
âThen I will die with honor as I upheld my oath, protect and save humanity. To sacrifice everything until my heart stops beating. That is my duty and then after that I can finally rest in peace. I believe someone will carry out my death and bring us to victory. If I donât die however, if others die, then their deaths will be on my shoulders and Iâll carry them to victory, even if Iâm the last one standing.â The silence was loud besides from the screams of titans in the distance, âSo let me ask everyone again, are you still willing to fight in this war? Last warning, only few and far between know that victory takes sacrifice. Only can they really see⊠See through offering up the price, our lives. If you think that your dreams come true easily then my friend you're in for a surprise because nothing in this world will come for free.â
â(L/n)-â Iida began but I cut him off.
Walking towards Midoriya, âDeku, especially you of all people need to hear this. Foolish decision in this world, this illusion. Donât be caught up in your reckless bravery. Or youâll become a pawn to freedom, fighting in the chains that will hold you back. But if you move correctly, then checkmate. Victory is out there waiting. Once we win, you are not only freeing just your freeing lives but ours as well.â I gestured to me and the scouts then turned back to face everyone, âIâm counting on Deku to lead class 1-A, Iida-kun make sure to back him up and keep the class in order, do your best to make sure everyone survives this⊠Kendo as your class 1-B representative I expect you to lead your class, Phantom Thief back her up as well like Iida, and no figuring with 1-A this is a serious matter. I will lead my scouts of course and do my best to keep you all alive. But if I die or am unable to lead my scouts, Iâve decided that Todoroki will lead my scouts. If he refuses to take it though seeing as he has some resentment towards me or if he happens to die, Red Riot⊠Please take very good care of my scouts and try your best to bring them all home. Todoroki, if you do take up the position or not die of course, please believe in yourself as I do, I know we have our differences, youâll have to excuse that for now. Letâs all be real friends after all this, okay?â This shocked Todoroki.
He couldnât believe that you believed in him. Him of all people? Him who has been anything but kind to you? Honestly he just wants to go home and find his family, heâs so worried about his mom, sister, Natsuo, and Hell even his dad! But he knows he canât go to them because the citizens are at a higher stake, he can only hope his mom and siblings are safe.
In fact as of when all of this started he was praying to all deities out there to save his family. It all felt suffocating, especially when one of those titans that almost killed him reminded him of Touya. Opening an old wound, he was going to freeze the titans mouth from before but he just couldnât. Those eyes reminded him too much of his oldest brother. And because of that (Y/n) had to come save his ass.
âAre you still with me?â I asked, breaking Todoroki out of his thoughts
âYes.â The scouts saluted to me
I looked at the class expectantly, âHow do you expect us to say yes after all that?â Kaminari spoke out
âMy speech isnât really that great Iâll admit, however let me tell you the speech our commander told us when he was about to send his soldiers to their deaths. I think youâll find it⊠Inspiring.â
I closed my eyes as a single tear fell from my face, this may be one of the most traumatic things I witnessed. I began to speak out as I reminisced about that moment. Managing to recall the exact words of Commander Erwin and every single thing that occured.
I replayed his words in my head, âThereâs no point standing around, we'll only be showered by more boulders. Ready your horses on the doubleâ
A soldier asked him, âBe honest, are all of us riding to our deaths?â
âYes we are.â The Commander replied
The same soldier spoke up, âAnd since weâre dying anyway youâre saying that itâs better if we at least die fighting?â His voice cracked, on the verge of breaking down completely.
âI am.â Despite knowing what he was doing the Commander spoke calmly.
âCaptain, isn't there anything else we can do for them?â I asked Levi
âUnless you wanna ride with them to their deaths as well, I suggest you stick with the plan.â Levi spoke calmly as well like the Commander.
âBut wait⊠If weâll die anyway then who cares what we do? We can just disobey your orders and it wouldnât mean a thing, wouldnât it?â The same soldier asked the Commander
âYes, youâre precisely right. Everything that you thought had meaning. Every hope, dream, or moment of happiness. None of it matters as you lie, bleeding out on the battlefield. None of it changes what a speeding rock does to a body. We all die. But does that mean our lives are meaningless? Does that mean that there was no point in our being born? Would you say that of our slain comrades? What about their lives? Were they meaningless?â The Commander's eyes widened as rage filled him, a newfound motivation, âThey were not! Their memory serves as an example to us all!â Walking to the middle of the crowd I began to yell out everything I could recall, âThe courageous fallen!â I grabbed Todorokiâs shoulder, âThe anguished fallen!â I moved onto Iida, then Midoriya, Bakugo, and everyone else who was still alive, after that I went back in front of everyone and screamed, âTheir lives have meaning because we the living refuse to forget them! And as we ride to certain death, we trust our successors to do the same for us!â
âBECAUSE MY SOLDIERS DO NOT BUCKLE OR YIELD WHEN FACED WITH THE CRUELTY OF THIS WORLD! MY SOLDIERS PUSH FORWARD! MY SOLDIERS SCREAM OUT! MY SOLDIERS RAGE!â
Taking a breath to calm myself down, another tear fell from my face.
âAfter that they all died. But they put their trust in us as their successors that we will continue fighting and their deaths wonât go to vain. If thereâs anyone who can bring about change, itâs someone capable of giving up what matters most⊠People who are capable of abandoning their humanity when forced to rise above monsters. Those who can't abandon anything⊠Canât change anything. So Iâll ask one more time⊠WILL YOU SACRIFICE YOUR HEARTS UNTIL THEY HAVE STOPPED AND FIGHT IN THIS WAR?!â
â⊠Yes.â One by one they finally agreed to fight in this war after Midoriya finally agreed to.
âIf we survive this, I promise that from then on. We have a winning shot! If we make this alliance work, all of their deaths wonât be in vain! And I promise you this! If we survive all this, Iâll do my best to bring you all home!â This time it was the scouts who cheered the loudest at the mention of being able to go home.
Home⊠That was the trigger for everything, making everyone scream out at the top of their lungs. Gathering a lot of titans attention though they were far away. And so they began to run in our director at full speed.
âNow! Let the onslaught begin!â I screamed along with them, raising my blades in the air.

Whimpers and sniffles came from the closet. Shoto had only entered the room and he found that there was this high tension in it. Something was right, at this time of day youâd usually be on your bed watching your favorite TV show.
You were nowhere in sight, yet it was obvious where you were. His heart sank at the thought of you crying, he hated whenever he saw you in pain. It reminds him of the pain his mother received from his childhood.
Slowly opening the door to the closet, he saw you dive in further into the hoodie you were wearing, his hoodie. Your phone was thrown to the other side of the closet, a small hand mirror shattered but still intact to the frame, some blood was present on it as well.
You were always the type to be calm in every situation. Never letting your emotions get in the way, that was one of the things he admired about you. So what happened when you punched the mirror and threw your phone?
â(Y/n), are you al-â He didnât even have time to finish asking before you closed the closet door
âLeave me alone please, I donât want anyone to see meâŠâ Your voice cracked as you held onto the closet door shut
âLove, please we can talk this out. Just tell me what the problem is!â He pleaded, trying to pull open the closet door.
âNo! Leave me alone!â Once he finally managed to rip the door open, he tacked you into a bear hug
âJust tell me whatâs wrong, I hate seeing you in pain. It brings me pain as wellâŠâ He pulled down the hood and stroked the back of your hair, much to your dismay.
It seemed to make everything much more worse. You tried to pull away and pull back on the hood. Why was that. It took a good minute for Todoroki Shoto to figure out what was wrong with you. Wait when he touched your hair it was significantly different from before, significantly shorter in fact.
Cautiousy he pulled down the hold slowly, asking for your consent of course. At first you didnât agree, but he asked so sweetly yhat you could deny your own boyfriend. Pulling back the hood, it revealed a much different hair than the one he was used to seeing everyday.
A part of him was missing your old looks and another part of him was just glad that it wasnât really anything bad. He heard from his sister, Fuyumi that to most girls, hair is everything. So he understood a bit why you reacted so violently as you did before. Picking up your right wrist, he examined the cuts and blood dripping from your knuckles.
âI absolutely hate it. Despise it in fact!â You snarled, pulling in your hair.
It was safe for Shoto to say that this was probably the most broken and furious state he had ever seen you in. And as your boyfriend since your first year at U.A. he had seen a lot of your ugly sides.
âI hate the style, the colors, its length⊠I just hate everything about it!â
Shoto learned that he really one with words, instead he had his way with his actions. And so thatâs exactly what he did. He pulled you into his arms and let you bawl out your eyes for God only knows how long.
You kept on ranting and ranting and ranting about how you told the hairstylist that what they did was wrong and you were hoping if they could find a way to fix it, but the stylist disapproved, not wanting to take the blame of being wrong. it only ended up in you getting kicked out of that salon palor.
Still now you were absolutely livid. How dare that stylist mess up your hair, youâve been keeping this baby well cared for since you learned how to care for it properly and now what?! It was completely ruined. The thought alone wanted to make you die.
âFuck I donât what to do, I just want my old hair back!â
Speaking cautiously, âYou know, your hair isnât that bad. You still look cute in itâŠâ Choosing carefully, âIf you really donât like it though, we can go to a better salon and get a better stylist to fix it.â
You kept silent for a while, âIâd like that actually, thanks for the compliment by the way, it does mean a lot.â
Kissing him on the cheek, he was just glad that he got to convince you to not be upset anymore over just some that could easily be fixed with a specific kind of hair quirk. Pulling you out of the closet, you both cleaned up a bit before telling the day off with a cuddle session.
As of today, Iâve decided on impulse. To open up my request, feel free to leave whatever request you want me to make and Iâll do my best to write it!
So what are you waiting for, head right down to the guidelines section to check what I write and donât, so that you can send in request!! âĄÂŽïœ„áŽïœ„`âĄ

âStupid class 2-A and their fame!â Neito Monoma cried out
He stormed deeper and deeper into the forest of the summer camp they were forced to go back to from their first year. Tears began to prick at his eyes from all his frustrations and jealousy of what had happened a few minutes before he ran into the forest.
Bakugo hadn't actually changed from the person he was back in their first year. He was still the same old jerk, albeit somehow even more. The only thing that really changed from him was how he cooperated more in group teamworks.
Maybe he shouldnât have gone too far either, now not only does class 2-A hate him, but also his own. He could deal with all the shit he goes through with U.A.âs star class but how could his own class hate him? Him, for Godâs sake?!
He wasnât doing anything but defending the honor of his and his own classâ, although heâll admit maybe a tad bit too far⊠Now he was fucking suspended for a week, a lot of people also. How was that even his fault?! Bakugo started it, fucking Midoriya and Todoroki backed him up.
So he simply copied the ponytailed bitchâs quirk with a slap to the back of her head and created a taser, using it on Bakugo. Yeah, dumb move. He knows that, and doesn't need to be reminded. If only Bakugo had not said how he should just drop becoming a hero since he doesnât even have his own quirk and heâs practically useless with having to rely on others.
To make things worse, he called him a copycat bitch. Now that one cut deeper than a knife, it was like pressing salt on an open wound. He could feel his heart clenched tightly at that damn comment. The adrenaline rushing through his veins like never before.
Just as he was about to sucker punch towards Bakugoâs face, Bakugo dragged class 2-B into it. Saying how much of an embarrassment they were that they couldnât control him. In fact, class 2-A canât even control Bakugo! How fucking ironic.
After that, all Hell broke loose. And it just started with him. Not only was Neito facing suspension, he was also facing the possibility of being expelled. Yeah, it was just that bad. If only he had kept his cool, if only he controlled his temper, if onlyâŠ
If only he could change back time, he would. Now heâs facing the consequences of his actions. Now heâs so far in the dark forest that heâs lost. He finds a nearby large rock to rest on at least, sitting down on it he tries to calm down his fast breathing.
Tears finally flowed down freely from his face. He kept on huffing and puffing as the whimpers he let out wasnât enough to express how much he was suffering right now. The world was practically closing in on him. The forest turned darker and more sinister, only having the light from the moon as his source of comfort. He was hyperventilating, that much was clear. And you being you, couldnât help but want to help him.
âShh, calm downâŠâ I rubbed his shoulder gently as I pulled him into a soft hug
He was too disoriented and stuck in his own world to even realize that was happening that he clung onto you. But he was glad he did because after a while he calmed down.
After finally calming down and coming back to his senses, he froze up at the realization that he was holding someone. Pulling himself away from me, he stood up and stood his ground. A defensive pose struck out as he frantically tried to wipe away the tears from his eyes. So that he could see properly, he also didn't want anyone to see him as someone who was weak.
âWho are you?!â He mentally cursed for his voice cracked, showing that he was weak.
A young looking girl appeared, she seemed to be a little bit younger than him. Keeping that in mind, she also looked pretty innocent and harmless. But if she was all that, then how come she was in the middle of the forest late at night?!
âIs that the way you should thank me?â The unknown girl playfully teased.
âWho are you?â Monoma growled pretending that he would attempt to use his quirk on her, when in fact he knew that the quirks he copied from before all wore off a while ago.
âWho are you?â He just realized that the girl was wearing a beautiful white and red floral kimono that looked ancient, âand what are you doing in my forest?â He also just realized how pretty she actually looked, âYour forest, don't the Pussycats own this place?!â He snarled
âI think youâve wandered too far, dear mortal. Youâve crossed the borders of their boundaries a while ago. Iâve been watching over you since you stepped foot into my forest.â She suddenly turned serious this time, her eyes began to glow red as a powerful aura came upon her unintentionally forcing him to back up in fear, âNow answer my question, what is a human like you wandering around my territory?â
He stammered, holding his defensive stance even firmer as all his gut feelings pointed towards saying that heâd rather die than admit what happened before. Seeing as he was uncooperative and you didnât have all night, you cracked your neck from side to side. Letting out a sinister smirk, you let yourself loose from your disguise.
Your beautiful kimono turned even more grander as its trail grew longer and longer. The ribbon tied around your waist grew bigger as its tails magically wrapped around your back to form a giant bow. Not only that but the entire color of the kimono changed as well, it was now mostly black but with a deep shade of red that had some floral design embroidered into the fabric itself.
Though all that was nice and all, nothing could compare to the beauty you truly revealed yourself to be. While still retaining all your natural and beautiful features, they were all accentuated to become even more gorgeous.
You also grew fox-like ears on top of your head, but that wasnât the thing that drew him in the most. That particular thing that drew him in was so⊠Intriguing, unique, and completely unexpected. He was practically in a trance.
7 large fox tails sprouted out from your tailbone. You were a kitsune. And based on the 7 tails, you were a powerful one at that. So thatâs why you referred to him as a mere mortal or human. That's because you were different.
Taking a deep breath he calmed down, and cleared his head. He hadnât realized how stupid he was. Why was he so scared of you? He was a damn hero in training. And this could be his moment to prove himself both to his classmates and class 2-A.
He wasn't going to waste it, no matter what. Making a quick move he swerved around you strategically and tapped your back way too harshly. Activating his quirk, since you were an emitter type, he could easily copy it.
Well shit. He felt nothing, as though you were quirkless. But then again, quirk is still considered as a power, but I guess a different classification of power he couldnât copy. You really were a kitsune.
He didnât really believe in Kitsunes and other mythical creatures that his grandmother and mother would use to tell him as a child. However, based on the turn of events, he might have to just change his mind.
When he was still young, his grandma was this very superstitious woman. She taught him all about how there were creatures of the night who lived among us, lived before us in fact. His mother always taught him to never pay mind to his grandmother because she was starting to get delusional from her old age.
How he wished that he listened to his grandmother back then⊠Who knew an information like that would be so useful? No one except for his grandmother of course.
âHey, donât move anymore. You're gonna fall into the temple.â
âWhat-?!â He was able to finish before he fell down to steps leading to the temple
He muttered curses under his breath as he stood up. Patting away all the first from his clothes despite that having no such effect in helping to clean him up. A high pitched laugh rang throughout the place.
You jumped down from the high steps that towered over him. Landing right beside him perfectly, that your stance was even cooler than that of All Might, behind you the large red arc stood proudly. He was stunned, fuck it may be your powers that has such an effect over him as he canât seem to gets you out of his mind.
âNeed help? We can go inside the temple.â You giggled
Stuck in a trance he dumbly nodded yes. You pulled him up and pulled him towards the temple, an enormous innocent smile stretching out on your face. Not letting go of his hand, a sudden clearing appeared from behind you, the stars of the night shining bright without a single care in the world.
âI havenât had any company in a long while, let alone one that is a human. I guess everyone has forgotten of this beautiful forest. Iâve missed it, the company I mean!â Pulling him inside the temple
If you thought the outside of the temple was gorgeous. You wouldnât believe what was inside of it, absolutely stunning. No words could describe it, it was just absolutely breathtaking. And that was what really happened to him.
His periwinkle iris grew wide at the site, completely shaking to the core. It was fit for an Emperor, one would think.
âHey, you wanna get out of this forest right but you donât know the way?â You tapped him from behind, your smile faltering for a second
Still stunned at the sight of the temple, he was unable to respond, only turning around to meet your eyes but not replying to an answer.
âIâll take that as a yes then.â Laughing at his dazed state, âHow about we make a deal? Iâll lead out of this forest, but I get something in return.â
âN-No.â He spoke unsure
âWhy?â
âYou could make your deal twisted, Iâll navigate out of this forest myself.â He spoke now more confidently, when Iâm reality he wasnât
âGo ahead, Iâm not stopping you. The one whoâs stopping you would be the other creatures who live in this forest. You should be glad I was watching over you the moment you stepped into my territory, the other creatures would have done naughty things to you. Be thankful that Iâm not asking for any payment in return for watching over you, mere human. Besides once you step foot into this forest you canât get out, not without my guidance. You see, you still need me to lift the concealment spell for you to get out.â He kept silent, stunned as how the situation became clear that he was trapped all because of his stupidity, âSo whatâll it be. He has the rest of our lives to decide!â
â⊠Rest of our lives?â Out of all the phrase you choose to emphasize that, making him question what you truly meant with that phrase
âOf course, as a Kitsune, I was given a gift of power different from those silly quirks of yours. Mine is more powerful! Also, since the Gods were so fond of me, they decided to give me even more gifts! You could say that I have a really charming personality!â She perked up happily
âWhat are they then?â Think rationally, if it still was a form of power perhaps he could copy it with his own quirk to some extent, so long as it wasnât a built up type of quirk.
âLightning, fire, the creation of illusions, and control over time!â She spoke proudly
âCreation of illusions?â Bingo, if he could copy it to some extent, he could escape.
Turns out that idea was a bad one. Putting the plan he made in his head for at least 5 minutes, he kept revising. Trying to make sure there weren't any flaws. Well sure at first there wasnât any problem, he just had to use 100% of his quirk in order to copy at least one of your powers.
Which had worked, at first. Running out of the temple and into the forest he successfully managed to distract you by creating an illusion that he was there besides you, keeping on listening to whatever you were rambling on and on about.
As he reached a clearing, he found himself on top of a cliff. Overlooking the entire mountain, below it settled the camp where he was supposed to be staying. He supposed he had managed to lift the concealment spell since he was bearing your power of illusion.
âBoo!â You startled him, tackled him into a high from behind, your tails wrapping around his stomach.âYou know, you can never outdo the doer?â
âWhat do you mean?! Unhand me you, fox freak!â
Uh oh. It seems like when Monoma finally found his usual charm and charisma. It was at a bad time. The phrase fox freak really seems to rub you in the wrong way. Like it cut your wounded heart even deeper.
Getting off of him immediately, you snarled at him angrily, your eyes glowing red, voice becoming disoriented, âFox freak?! Are you kidding me?! And here I was offering to turn back time for you to fix back whatever that is you did! Fine, leave this forest, I donât care!â He was completely furious, tears pricking at her eye
Time skip
He was able to actually leave that night, when he returned everyone was worried about him, even more so since he came back with teary eyes and dirt present on him, it was the first time they had truly seen him ruffled up, he did always like to be neat.
His class, who after realizing and looking past their anger finally defended Monoma and stood up for him against class 2-A since it was Bakugo who really started this fight.
It was decided that Monoma wasnât going to be expelled. However he was still going to be suspended. It was still better than being expelled, he supposed. Everything was going to be fine, they all got through the hard part. What was holding him back now?
Well it was the emptiness in his heart, and the fact that he couldnât get you out of his mind. He did truly find you pretty and amusing with your extroverted personality. Maybe you casted a spell on him, thatâs why he couldnât get you out of his head.
He had to consult someone, anyone really. He already came to the conclusion that he was missing you because he fell in love with you, it was sort of a love at first sight situation.
Not knowing what to do, he consulted his 2 best friends, Kendo and Tetsutetsu. Of course, they were having a tough time believing in him. Having thought that he might have been too sad that his imagination was playing with him. But Monoma knew the difference between illusion and reality.
And you were undeniably reality, no matter how much he really wished you werenât. So, after a lot of convincing that he wasnât hallucinating they came to the conclusion that you were raising a lot of red flags. But that could be from the years of being lonely.
According to Kendo, based on what you had said, you were older than you actually looked like. Basically, you could be a thousand years old yet be trapped in an 16 year old body because of your power, that either being creation of illusion or control over time.
Tetsutetsu also pointed out that throughout the whole time he was explaining you to them, he was sorta having this lovesick expression on him. Moreover, both Tetsutetsu and Kendo had noticed the unwavering blush and smile ever so present on his face. Monoma didnât smile like that, it was always a cocky smirk that was usually present on his face.
He fell harder than they originally thought. They wanted to be super supportive for him really, they did. But⊠It was undeniable that the fact she wasnât human means that they couldnât be together. To further, she was also so much older than him obviously and if that wasnât enough, they also pointed out how you raised a lot of red flags.
Based on what Monoma said you seemed to be possessive as fuck. And maybe a bit bipolar⊠Nevertheless, they suggested that he forgets about you as it wasnât worth it. They were also scared if you had put him under some sort of spell, causing him to fall in love with you so quickly.
Whatever it was, he just couldnât get your pretty smile out of his headâŠ

This has gone too far, he had to see you! And so, just grabbing a hoodie, he wore it and bolted out of the camp. Having trouble navigating and forming a strategy as to how he was going to get pass the teachers patrolling in order to get to you, all the while still putting on his shoes.
When he finally was able to sneak behind all the teachers, he tried his best to navigate through the forest. But it was difficult. He didnât know where he was going when he first came there as he was too busy trying not to cry to notice any of his surroundings.
And even if he did, he doubted he would have remembered any of it. All of the trees were hard to memorize, having the same distinctive feature as everything else.
When all hope was lost, deciding too just give up and do his best to navigate back to the camp. He smelled it, a faint burning smell of fire, something he took in a bit right after meeting you. He was close! He just needed to follow it and then he can finally find you.
Or more like it was the other way around. He just hopes that youâll forgive him for insulting you. If not, he wouldnât know what heâd do. Heâll just have to face you, he guesses and beg for your forgiveness.
âLook whoâs back for more.â You stated, clearly agitated
âIâm not here to fight you or anything, I just wanted to apologize for insulting you.â He spoke sincerely
âOh, that⊠Letâs just forget about that okay. Seems so long ago, donât you think?â She gave him a fake smile that was hard to detect, âHow about this. Letâs just have a cup of tea, I was already brewing one to begin with.â
The tea tasted great, and thatâs saying something for him because he always hated tea with such a soft taste. This one, heâs never had one like it before, really. After that you guys dived deep into a conversation, it didn't really matter what topic it was because you kept on jumping from one to another.Monoma was sure of his feelings for you, however he wasnât sure of your feelings for him.
âI want to make a deal.â He suddenly spoke out
A sly smirk appeared on your face, âWhat kind?â
âI want⊠To turn back time.â
âWhen exactly?â
â3 days ago, before you first met me.â
âAlright, thatâll be easy.â
Holding onto his wrist, he felt like he was falling. Colors of different kinds shone through, a blinding light kept blinking. He felt like he was going to pass out, black stars began to appear in his line of sight. But just as he was feeling that, it suddenly stopped.
He woke up, quicker than ever. To find himself walking with his class, moments before the fight occurred with him being almost expelled. He could change this, he could change everything. And thatâs exactly what he did.
He somehow managed to be placed as the victim whilst Bakugo was severely punished. On the brink of expulsion had it not been for his amazing quirk. In fact, he wasnât even in the hero course now, he had to drop to the general studies, while Shinso would take his place. He was so freaking happy! He never thought his dream to finally step on class 2-A would come true!
âIâve done my part of the deal, I think itâs time I decided what I want.â She hugged him from behind
He gulped thickly.
âStay with me. Or visit me often at least.â She smiled sadly
