I feel better today, as I've discovered a possible reason for my head state! Maybe I was just overdoing work. Without moving enough throughout the day. So now I'm so much better with that knowledge. I will also stop working so much and do breaks!

Done today: worked on thesis (with some progress), talked with friends a lot, had school (very tiring), reading (Snowden), trying to relax
Today I was stressed out since the morning. In the evening I got this weird feeling in my head- like I was a bit dizzy or sth. In order to calm down I watched some series, eventually managed to breathe normally and fall asleep. Hopefully this is only inside my head and it will be fiine.
Always put your best foot forward

Like when you put your foot between the frame and the door so that sb can't close that door- that means trying!

Splits challenge 3/14
Done today: reading (Snowden), work (longer hours again), workout + splits challenge!, English proverbs (just a short read), EJ (item 10, almost fell asleep on this one, but it is worthwhile)
This is my third day of splits challenge! I have realised today that this is a greeeat idea. Quarantine will last much longer than 14 days I presume, so I will definitely finish the challenge.

Done today: work (not too much this time, it was awesome! Did all I had to do and finished at 2pm!), bike in the woods 1h + stretching for splits, reading (Snowden page till 108), reading about pull-ups (+prepared exercise plan to get em pull-ups), EJ (item 9 and end of chapter!)

Recap after the first full week!
Followed almost all the main rules (I did a lot of face touching- work was super stressful and it was easy to forget about this rule- this week I'll have a card on my desk)(also I could have been nicer to parents, although I think I did some pretty good work).
Did not waste time(!!) Which was amazing.
Running 3x week: did not work, just 1 run, but had health reasons not to run, did other activities
Thesis: not done, postponed for tomorrow (way too much working for more work in the evenings)
Work: longer than expected. I did some fascinating stuff though, so no regrets, I wanted that. And I did not feel overly tired or like I've paid too much for such long hours. But this is not a rule, I will not work that much.
Meditation, plank, pull-ups: PERFECT WEEK, did absolutely everything as planned and it feels great. Plank greatly improved and with good form! Pull-ups are going slow, but constant work is much better than no work at all! And added some shrugs for improvement.
'done today' section
- lots of reading (92 pages): I'll keep up the good work
- Effective java: 3 items, awesome! Make it at least 4 this week!
- lots of time with friends: awesome also, keep it up
- some bike reading: wooonderful, will be useful in the future- keeping it up and making notes!
- Some cool, but singular stuff: drawing, singing, reading about English grammar and spring: do more of those and try more diversity
Summary
Awesome week! If the rest of quarantine was like that, I will be happy.
Tips for the week
- at least 4 EJ items
- make bike notes
- make card 'no face touching' for work
- work on thesis (tomorrow!)
- do at least 2 other things than usual (from list of things I can do)
- keep up all the good work! (Meditation, plank, pull-ups, positivity, talks with friends)
- run at least 2x week (unless weather sucks ofc! Then yoga is perfect)
- life is love ♡
