guess I'm being a himejoshi for divorce again but i looooved that tvl s1 ended in roughly the same way as iwtv s2: louis and lestat reconnecting and reaffirming their emotional connection without hooking up or necessarily becoming romantically involved again. lestat loves louis; louis loves lestat, but they're not good together when they're the only person in the others life and they've accepted that. and i really liked how the depth of their bond was shown without it being tied to sexual availablity (not that either of them is 100% faithful in relationships but w/e) i just thought it was beautiful. sometimes getting divorced from someone is the best thing you ever do

update on this i had to call and email them to ask for a replacement part, they said yes tama we'll send you a replacement part, don't worry about it, they sent me a second desk from the exact same production run with the exact same manufacturing fault, i called them again and i said, this is ridiculous, you have wasted my time and yours, they said we're so sorry to hear that, here's a full refund, i said are you going to collect the two faulty desks so that you can have a conversation with the manufacturer about quality control, they said don't worry, you can just dispose of them 😊 and i think that was the part that broke me, just the thoughtless waste and the environmental cost of shipping hundreds of these broken pieces of shit from where they're manufactured in China as cheaply as possible with no plan for customers reporting that they are broken beyond throwing another desk at them, and i have to pay for bulk goods pickup to get rid of it so someone has paid for it to come to the UK, to come to my house, and I can then pay for it to go from my house to some landfill in indonesia where it won't even rot it'll just sit and bleach in the sun and all of this could've been avoided if i hadn't chosen to go for the absolute cheapest option so ultimately it is all on me and that is what is upsetting me the most. fuck!

Regardless of what’s going on with the current trans woman in media, there’s never really a GOOD reason to make a blog about how much you hate someone. Did they do something really bad? By which I mean did they personally directly harm another human being?
