Woke up
Worked: 2h
a lil Korean
Guests came
Got socially drained
Doomscrolled untill 2am
Lessons:
1) could've cleaned/decluttered my digital space (gallery, email, insta playlist) while talking
2) I easily get drained socially bc I'm isolated most of the time from people - so need to interact / expose myself to people everyday a lil
3) should've scheduled to block my SM apps at 11pm so that I can't doomscroll & sleep instead
Day 3/90 ❌
Woke up late
Felt bad bc of sleep & hot weather
Scrolled through socials
Naped throughout the day
Manifestation routine
7 month plan journalling
Now - gonna relax & will try to sleep early
Lessons:
1) I should've watched documentary vdos or learnt Korean if I can't work bc of bad feeling
2) I shouldn't have napped in the afternoon, now I don't know if I can even fall asleep early - will try.
