Guys wtf???? I went out with my friend today and i had to break my fast at 41 hours. Anyways i ate alot cuz my friend was a bit pushy… as soon as i came home i did a few at home workouts . My weight is now 50kg!!!! I dont see a difference yet and idk how its possible but yay!!!!

I walked 10k steps (8k at the mall + 2k from at home workouts)

Quick intro… im 18 and have been 4na on and off for years now

Im starting at 53kg!

Cw: 53kg

50 kg

Lw: 49kg

Gw:48kg (for now)

Ugw: 45 kg

Today ive had 200 cals but ill be starting a fast tomorrow till as long as im able to hold out!!
