(shh I'm still on semi-hiatus, but...) My current gameplay house, which I've been meaning to share for almost a year now, but better late than never.

So what do you get?
Högalidsgatan is a 30x20 residential lot that is best placed in Nordhaven on the “Terra-Potta" lot in Iverstad. The house could potentially also look good in Windenburg.
Högalidsgatan has 4 main floors and consists of 5 apartments (change the lot to a residential rental, if you’d like to play with that feature) and 3 potential shops/small businesses.
1st floor: 3 different shops/small businesses you can furnish
2nd floor: 2 flats for 1-2 sims each
3rd-4th floor: 3 flats, two of them for 1-2 sims each and another one, comprising 2 floors for more than 2 sims.
Uses items from the following packs: pretty much all packs, as I own almost all of them. // a tip; take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the pack icons to see what items I used.

hi! i really love your builds so much and i had some questions about it. My game keeps lagging whenever i download hidden palms build in every save. i tried to add it but the game starts to lag. at first i thought it's the mods or maybe the tray file but i already have some of the cc. i still don't know what the issue is. can you please help me out? thank you
Hey! So, I placed the Hidden Palms lot and went into live mode, but I don't notice any problems. There's no lag for me, so I don't know what the problem is.
I'm not playing with the current game version, so that might be the difference, but I remember someone saying that override items might be causing lag with one of the newer updates, so if you have any in your mods folder, you might want to update them.

not going to spam but reminder i am firmly against generative ai and generative ai has no place in the sims community, much less any sort of community. we are poisoning our drinking water and using vital resources for nothing, please be mindful of how you are treating your planet and fellow peers.
Another life sign. I'm slowly working on these 3 weekend/summer lodges, and I'm having fun with the landscaping, though I'm wondering if it's a little too much... hmm. So far I've only furnished one of the lodges back in October (yup, that's how old this lot is), but I'd love to furnish the other small one in a more rustic look. The grand one is a little bit of a black box... I honestly don't know what kind of interior I want to go for.
