My cw last time I was on here was 147lbs
It’s 135 lbs now!
I took a break there…
But I’m back! I’ll be on and off because I’m getting a job
But I will be posting (pescatarian) recipes since my family is cutting off mammal meat (we’re clearing out our freezer of meats we have so we don’t waste) so i might not post a lot of dinner recipes but except some easy breakfast recipes!! Plus I’ll probably doing some fasts and tracking that
But I have maintained weight of 149lbs since I’ve been gone so that’s nice! Kinda
Anyways Imma head to bed!
I dropped one pound from this morning, plus I ate today
Very confused but not mad
Also I’ll finish up the recipes tomorrow!!
Low cal ramen
This is personally how I make my ramen but you can switch ingredients
This serves 2 for me cause ramen is very filling for me
Ingredients 270 cal 2 servings
1 package Ocean’s halo ramen noodles 210 cal
1/2 cup Chicken broth 25 cal
1oz Chicken breast 34 cal
Extra ingredients 415 cal 2 servings (optional)
1 egg 72 cal (poached or boiled)
1/3 cup Chopped Cabbage 7 cal
1/4 cup Fat Free Cheddar 44 cal
Small handful of Chopped Carrots 7 cal
Small handful of Chopped Scallion 7 cal
1 tbsp Soy sauce 10 cal
You can make it in a pot or a pan if you want
I make it in a pot cause I prefer a poached egg
Compared to Maruchan’s ramen this is a lot lower in calories and pretty high in volume
I’m taking requests for meals/snack that I can turn into low cal, so just comment if you want a low cal version of a meal.
I haven’t eaten since 3pm yesterday (it’s 4pm for me right now) and like, I feel great. After my first fast I can push through the hunger pains. And I’m hoping to go till 6pm Wednesday if I’m able to skip dinner today (I won’t be home tomorrow so)
I have maintained for 3 days
Luckily I’m able to work out again since I’m back in school (my school has a mini gym) so hopefully some more change will be seen.
Updated Mug Brownie ≈ 110 cal
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour 51 cal
1 tbsp Cocoa Power 10 cal
1/2 tbsp Sweetener (Honey, Stevia, ect.) 32-0 Cal
3 tbsp Milk 17 cal
1/2 tbsp Chocolate Chips 35 cal (Optional but recommended)
Mix it all in a small mug and cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Went back down to 149!!!!
Hopefully I can drop to 145 by Apr 1
I think my parents have caught on
Luckily kept my calories under 500 and I exercised about 600 calories off
But I had to break my fast so definitely will be switching to the Omad diet
Definitely fasting since I gained from my (kinda) binge last night
I ate that entire bag of nerds gummies I went over my cal limit by about 400 because of them
This is what happens when you don’t have self control
Probably gonna do a 24 or 33 hour fast because my parents kinda made me eat tonight (which they normally don’t)
But the food was quite greasy and fatty so I don’t feel good so I wanna just give my body a bit to clear out
Plus my mom bought me those nerds gummies- and I can’t stop myself with them
Low Cal Pancakes/Waffles 101 cal
1 Egg white 17 cal
1/6 cup Oats 48 cal
1/8 cup Milk 11 cal
1/2 Apple 25 cal (Bananas or Yogurt can work instead)
Pinch of Baking powder
1 tsp Honey (optional and stevia can work) 21 cal
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
How to make
I suggest to throw it all in a blender and blend it together.
This does make 2 small-ish pancakes so you can double the recipe if you want 202 cal .

Might switch to omad/24 hours fasts on the 27th and only do a weigh in on the end of that week to see how much that affects my weight.
And with that I might do the “five bite diet” for the meals or eat the same portion as my little sister (which is like 8 bites for me).
There will be one 48 hour fast because i have “dance” till 9pm that day.
I love seeing the low cal recipe tiktoks and people will start off with like “I lost 50 pounds while I was in a calorie deficit and this is what I ate” then the meal is like 500 cal. Now if you’re doing omad then that’s fine. But having 400-500cals a meal is a normal diet.
