the fig & robin collection is moving along!! :) i posted another teaser with more of the printed apparel here.

in general, I wanted to make some changes to the shorts/pants i design going forward to improve longevity. For the printed culottes, im testing out having them lined from the waistband to mid-thigh with tencel - like the linen shorts! And for the trousers, im currently testing new fabrics like cotton twill (same weight as the current trouser fabric) to give the style a little bit of a general upgrade. The new trousers will also be lined with tencel for comfort and to reduce friction-related wear. If/when i rerelease the printed shorts i used to carry, theyll most likely receive the same treatment.

im working on the embroidered tie ins now (and maybe a screenprinted sweatshirt) - let me know what styles you guys would love with this design!

i have a few that are in the works on a design level but ive been waffling on finishing them and then turning them into physical product bc the economy has been so rough for people! theyre really expensive to produce and im not sure if people are in a good place to buy them :')

there are so many projects behind the scenes right now! heres one ive been dying to tease all winter: the field jacket! the one pictured here is a "blank" in-progress sample, not the final version just yet. still needs a little adjusting and a little embroidery :)

the details: 100% cotton corduroy with printed inner lining. 2 front pockets, an adjustable waist, zipper + button closure, side zippers and a removable hood ✨

i think ill keep the embroidery for this style minimal since you guys have been asking for something a little more subtle. maybe just a touch on the collar, arm cuffs and a couple of other little areas!

first lily bloom of the season! the pond is full of the shed exoskeletons of the young dragonflies that are emerging. i hope i can catch one of them coming out sometime, i only ever find the discarded shells after!

got a new camera to take on walks/hikes so i can take my own reference/inspo photos - just in time for my juneberry trees to ripen their fruit :)

ive been hanging out with the robins, eating berries, and taking 1 million photos.
