Well... I'll tell a little more about them( ╹▽╹ )
Shui Jing — a local city storyteller who shares legends with children and tells them about the world beyond the city walls.
He is a Firefly — beings distinct from ordinary humans by their small tail and delicate antennae. The tail, which can glow like a lantern, usually reflects the color of the bearer’s hair, though rare exceptions do exist.
After finishing his tales, he always rewards the children with a handful of sweets.
Semi — she works as a detective. In her free time, she immerses herself in studying ancient artifacts (where she even manages to find them…). She has a very good relationship with Lere, and generally gets along well with most people. She is Shui Jing’s best friend.
One could say that, because of her unusual hobby, she sometimes has minor troubles with the law — but it hardly seems to bother her.
Lere — he helps Semi with her work, though he doesn’t hold an official job. He has a small apartment of his own, where he lives together with Kear.
He often ventures beyond the city walls, a habit that carries great risks of never returning — yet he doesn’t seem to mind in the slightest.
Kear — he does not have a formal job, but often travels beyond the city walls. Thanks to these journeys, he brings back food, medicine, and at times even lost travelers who have wandered into the fields, forests, or abandoned ruins.
All his expeditions are officially permitted, since at the very least he provides real benefits to the people — unlike Lere or Semi, whose ventures serve no such practical purpose.
Lere and Kear are not teenagers.
They are not brothers, relatives, or family.
Semi and Shui Jing are already in their twenties.
They are also not family; they are best friends who have known each other almost since childhood.
In this universe, a zombie apocalypse has been triggered by a flower known as the Somnora.
Infection occurs through direct contact with the flower, whether by touch or through its pheromones.
Once a person is infected, they can transmit the infection to others. The spread occurs through physical contact with the infected, such as touching, biting, or other means of exchanging bodily fluids.
