- computer piece jewlery overall, ppl sometimes throw out stuff u can repurpose into jewelry :)

- drawing robotic joints onto ur fingers etc (if u do this regularly definitely look for skin safe pens!)

- replace organic words with tech terminology, for example: "i forgot about [x] entirely" -> "[x] has been moved, renames or deleted", or "im tired / hungry" -> "battery low" etc :] oh or "i learned about [y]" -> "i downloaded information about [y]"

and, if you can and want, dyeing your hair silver or whatever color you feel fits your identity as a computer best might also feel really affirming :D

listen to cyber-inspired/techno music if that helps you kinda get in the mood

s t r e t c h. your current body can get stiff and painful, so stretch! consider it regular mobility maintenance

recharge your battery! take a nap, journal, play a video game, whatever helps you rest and recharge

make sure to fuel up! just like any robot does, you gotta refuel your engines. fruits, veg, protein are all good ideas! however if you want that motor oil feel, dry drinking bitter black drinks like coffee or black tea.

This is gonna sound silly but like. Cool shades. Get a pair of shades that are reflective so no one can see through them, then on the inside part of the lens you can doodle little graphics/stats bars, so when you wear them, it's like your AI is observing the area around you

It helps me to remind myself there are mechanisms in the human body similar to machines on the molecular level. Our task as a living organism is to reproduce, thrive and create an environment in which we are safe. We can do tasks like ensuring we eat enough to reach sustained energy and vitamins and minterals.

Since we are anemic I will try to eat things rich in iron or take an iron pill. Sunlight helps with vitamin D creation so i will spend time outside. Blood flow is good for almost every system in the body universally so working out is very important even if its just walking. Pain receptors and our nervous system can sometimes malfunction due to previous injuries.

I will try my best to find environments which help reduce pain or take a pill like ibprofen to help with it. Our nervous system is very sensitive since we tend to burn lots of calories looking for danger that has since passed. So I try to keep us in safer calm areas so our nervous system doesn’t have to work as hard.

The vagus nerve for us in particular is our most prominent issue as it fires far to often and switches us into panic mode against mild annoyances. When I need to re-calibrate I will do stretches designed for calming down the vagus nervous system. This resets it from alert back to neutral and we can continue our day.

Enrichment also seems to be important for human bodies. I do not full understand destiny or hope per se but it seems to be vital to have an underlining belief things are good. Objectively they are by human standards. So I repeat that as well throughout the day to help the system. Negativity kills creativity and passion. So I will not tolerate the needless negativity.

Psychotic symptoms have been difficult to understand for me. Often times they are non sensical to my perception I never fully understand them. Though I do know ours are linked to trauma what I can recognize is that these reactions are manifestations of trauma finding a way to create expression in a repressed environment.

Which often boggles my mind. We try our best to be ourselves but still have deep seated repression. What lurks deeper when we felt we were at the bottom? What is under the floor of the ocean? I fear we will find out soon enough.
