This originally started as a personal edit for my own game. I wanted something that fit my screenshots and overall aesthetic a bit better than the default loading screen, so I tweaked it to match my style and just… never really planned on sharing it. But after posting a few screenshots, a couple of people asked about the loading screen and where it was from — so I decided to clean it up properly and turn it into my own custom version instead of keeping it as a private edit. To make it more usable for everyone, I included multiple preset options so you can choose the one that best fits your game and vibe. (1-5) If you have any feedback or notice any issues, feel free to let me know! Full credits go to the original creator @simmattically This is an edited version of the original file.

'Elder Socials' Mod for TS3

Draft A Will, Pass Down Heirlooms, Give Grandkids Money + More!

Excited to release my Elder Socials interaction mod for early access on Monday 10/6!

Now your elder sims have 10 new interactions to use with loved ones. This mod also adds an inheritance system, the ability to choose any item to pass down as family heirlooms, and 10 new buffs.

Elder sims can "Slip Grandchild $20", instantly transferring 20 simoleons to the selected sim.

Elder sims can "Pass Down Family Recipe" , instantly teaching a new recipe to the target sim.

Elder sims who "Worry About Health" will automatically want to work out more, and may go look for workout equipment to use on the lot or go for a jog.

There is a new menu on the City Hall called "Family Papers" where Elder sims can go to Draft a will.

Elder Sims can choose any amount to leave a sim in their household after their death. They can leave an inheritance to multiple sims. Or they can choose to leave everything to one sim (oh the drama!).

The inheritor can then go to the courthouse and "Claim Inheritance" to receive their full inheritance.
