I was gonna swim today but it's a bank holiday so everything is closed but it rained last night so I went for a fat walk in the cooler morning weather did 10k steps for 450kcal right off the bat.

Disappointed that I seem to be eating higher and higher calories, even though my portions today seemed even smaller. I'm gonna concentrate on less calorie dense foods bc this is just sad...

Also the tortillas were highkey ass due to the cheese not melting and the tomato burning and it just ain't a pizza and I'm not gonna pretend that it was great. Will not be making again.

Y'all I didn't binge. I went to the shop for smokes and all I wanted was to buy a fat fucking packet of crisps, meat, chocolate, anything I could get my grubby mitts on. I bought a portion of oreos (so 4 oreos) and a small bag of crisps (like 1 portion, 27g) and I ate 2 oreos and 1/2 the crisps bc the whole thing felt like too much (saving the rest for a post swim snack tomorrow). I'm so fucking proud of myself for basically eating mindfully (even if I shouldn't really be having that stuff at all at my weight).

Y'all I may be buying a walking pad. I was looking around a bit for options with no actual plan to buy and then... a foldable walking pad, next town over (10min away basically) for 50 bucks instead of usual going prices of 200+??? Put in a bid and we'll see if I get it!!

I like walking outside but in summer it's too hot and in winter it's too cold and slippery and I struggle to find the motivation to leave the house after work once I'm home so this solves literally every excuse I have 🥹 I will be unstoppable, 20k+ steps a day here I come

Couldn't sleep and was so dang hungry so I ate again and out myself 19kcal over my limit😫 and I'm not even full but whatever. Also had a cup of mint tea which made me more full than the damn food. Was gna put sugar in it but literally stopped with my spoon in the bag. Proud of that, not so proud of the food (though it was not the peanut butter, cookies and jam I actually wanted, it was nutritious).

Note to self: just drink tea at night. It's more filling.

Good nutrition. Like making sure to get as much fiber and protein for ones calorie limit is a game changer. 500 calories of mcdonalds and 500 calories of fish and veg fill one up very differently
