You ever see a really big guy waddling along with a semi-vacant stare of concentration on his face because he's clearly struggling to even keep walking and is kind of having an existential crisis as he realises just how massively fat and out of shape he's gotten, and the real consequences of getting to a point where he feels severely limited by his weight?
