GTA 4's driving physics are underrated!
the driving physics of gta 4 are more fun than gta 5...
he heaviness and weight in 4 makes you think about every single drift, turn, and break. forcing you to fully focus on how you drive. the driving in 5 is fun but it is a bit lifeless sometimes. it's a bit too wavy...
replaying GTA 5 after playing 4 is such an insane whiplash because i got used to the driving physics in 4 only to forget about the less sensitive physics of 5! no hate to GTA 5 but the mechanics are pretty basic?
i think the discourse of GTA 4's had a hand in why they switched it up in 5. i always find myself leaning more to 4 because you have to think on every turn and how fast your going because you could literally slide off the street. it's driving being more sensitive means your focus matters and your driving it like you would a real car! GTA 4 still holds up!

DISCLOSURE DAY (2026) dir. Steven Spielberg
The fact that there was most definitely an angry call from her PR team between these interviews is killing me
