I have my family and like 2 friends i meet up with and online 1 or 2 i speak with everyday

And thats all social contact i have I still feel like im not good enough to be loved

I feel you. I'm separated from my family by a giant ocean, don't have any friends in this country I can talk to and barely have the social skills to survive outside this apartment. Even with my boyfriend here I feel pretty ostracized from the world.

Your family loves you, and the few friends you do have love you too. You definitely don't have to 'deserve' or 'be good enough' to be loved. People love others regardless of the stupid things they have done or their bad habits. You are good enough to be loved. And you are loved. Cherish what you have.
