On the Subject of Politics...
I recently told someone I was a liberal republican. And was told in no uncertain terms that it was stupid and contradicted itself. My question is how exactly does it do that? All that republican/democrat says is how much control you want from your government. Republicans want the states to have more power, democrats want the federal system to have more power. Whether you're a liberal or a conservative just gives your views on issues. Liberals want change, conservatives want to keep things the way they are. Is it a bad thing I want states to change things and have power? Why would it be? It's just my opinion on things, and no one can tell me I'm wrong for having it.
