117 North Main St., Kensington, Kansas, USA. Built 1900. Formerly Simmons Funeral Home. The shape of a normal house is buried somewhere in there beneath a bunch of unusual additions.

839 Talbot Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Circa mid-1940s. An apartment above a small grocery: from what I can find, the first store at this location was Patterson's Grocery, run by Fred Patterson from about 1947 to 1951. It's changed hands several times since.
