hello, thank you for the tutorials! i found a small bird wing the other day and just followed your tutorial on how to preserve it with the salt method. now im waiting for the month to pass but, im wondering how should i dispose of the salt. do i just throw it into the trash?

Yes you can just throw it in the trash, remember to change out the salt if it starts to get very ‘clumpy’ that’s the moisture getting pulled out and having to much sitting can damage the product

These crabapples where picked from an elevation of 3,000 feet. These where the most delicious succulent apples of this kind that I have ever tasted, didn’t turn my stomach and had no bitter taste whatsoever
