Today has been a catch up on some sleep day! Hubby grilled for dinner and it was so good! Gosh I remember when I would just dress today. It meant going back to a stressful job, dropping my kids off at daycare, working thru lunch, only to get off and run with the kids, get home in time for showers and bed! Summer time was the worst I paid more to daycare than I brought home plus my kids were stuck at daycare when I could be home with them doing fun things but I wasn’t I missed out on so much. Early morning workouts are my favorite!! Get up and get it DONE!!! Morning workouts are best for me...why because I can talk myself out of a workout in no time flat! It lingers in my mind that I have to get it done all day long till I have a chance to get it done!! I will come up with every excuse as to why it’s ok that I don’t workout •I’m tired •I don’t have time •Make this my rest day •I have worked out all the other days •I’m too sore Blah blah blah Let’s just debunk these excuses •I’m tired :well you won’t be after you workout because you get this energy high after a good workout •I don’t have time :well we all have the same amount of time in a day it’s all in how we chose to use those 24 hours •Make this my rest day: umm well you know dang good and well you will want that rest day on Sunday!! Don’t even try that one! •I have worked out all the other days: seriously then why screw up your momentum!! No brainer •I’m too sore: well for one you need to drink your recover shake and working out will work the soreness out and stretch your muscles! Anyone else do this? My commute to work was a dangerous one! I had a couple ninja cats attack me Willow screamed at me a few times And I almost dumped my hot coffee on myself!! Today has been a great day. Hubby was home and we all went to church together and then to my in laws for a delicious lunch I sit here on this Sunday thinking about how blessed I am Being able to be home with our babies and still build an amazing business from my kitchen table I work this full time and love it but I have ladies on my team who love their full time jobs and work this on the side for extra mad cash.
