[Yâknow, if Storm was in the One Pace from Disgrace AU, sheâll gladly help Jester thrash the Commission for what they did.]
Globgor was about to tell the girl touching his injury was not a good idea. The thing hurt so stinkin much, and any added pressure wasnât going to help him. Before he could say anything though, he watched as the she-monster performed a miracle as she somehow managed to not only make his injury shrink, but disappear completely. His four eyes widened in disbelief as he held out his arm all while clenching and unclenching his fist.
There wasnât a trace of pain left.
Globgor gave a joyful laugh. âUnbelievable! Iâm all better! I canât believe this!â He turned to face the girl. âOh, youâre a lifesaver! I canât-â
His smile disappeared.
For the briefest of moments, the womanâs cheeks burned with the shape of familiar emblems. Emblems that he hadnât seen in many years. Emblems that he did not at all associate with good things.
âŠ.
âŠ..!
Globgor reached forward, tightly gripping the womanâs arms. He looked at her with disbelief, his brow furrowing in beginning the beginning stages of utter rage.
âWhoâŠwho are you?â
@mxnsterwarrixr
Storm isnât even surprised by Globgorâs reaction to her cheekmarks (which faded away when she stopped using her magic). She doesnât flinch when her arms are grabbed, her eyes looking down.
She took in a deep breath as she forced herself to look up, making eye contact with the very monster that is her son-in-law.
âWhen I said that this is all my faultâŠâŠ..I meant it.â
!!!!
Globgor shot out of the bed. His pupils were slits as he grabbed the closest candelabra and pointed it in the womanâs direction.Â
ââŠâŠ.How?â
That was all Globgor said, but his voice was low. He was currently speaking to the Mewman of his nightmares. And heâd let her use her magic on him! He should have known something was up the moment she said spoke. Monsters donât have magic! He supposed the promise of relief from his pain overran his common sense. Well, he may have failed against the Solarian Warrior, but he wouldnât fail against the one who created them! Thereâs was no way he was going to let her bring any further harm to his fellow monsters. This room would be her tomb! Heâd make sure of it!
@mxnsterwarrixr
Storm simply watched him, not even fazed by his reaction. How can she after what she had done? The Size Shifter stood up, pulled up a chair.....and sat down in it. She stared at Globgor, before taking a deep breath.
âIt happened after I had died. I woke up in the Underworld, and was taken to the Lucitors to decide my punishment. Instead of the usual eternal pain, they had a better idea.â She lifted up her clawed hand, staring at it, âThey delivered karmatic justice......by turning me into the very thing I hated. Thatâs not all they did, though. They made it so that I canât die, but can still feel pain. Iâve fallen into lava, been decapitated, eaten alive......you get the gist of it.â
[I died...again. School and having so many sideblogs is NOT a good combination!]
[Wooooo boy, I died here for a second. Iâm back now!]
mxnsterwarrixrâ:Â
âYes, but donât underestimate her. Sure sheâs a bit psycho, but sheâs also crafty. I mean come on, she attempted to Yada Yada Eclipsa and never got caught until she admitted it to Moon.â
The transformation went by smoothly, the last thing changing back is her skin. She brushed away some of her long hair with her hands. âThis is going to be a nightmare to brushâŠâŠ.â
âI know! We got to see a lot of that nonsense indirectly⊠I donât want to underestimate her either if we can help it. I just hope one day she really wonât be a danger but I doubt itâll be any time soon.â
Festivia cracked a smile. âI can try and help if you want? Iâm used to having to deal with a lot of hair with myself and my kids. I can at least give you a few tips.â
"Honestly? Any tip is better than simply chopping it all off in frustration. How else did I get that look in my tapestry?"
Storm laughs, flexing her limbs to regain the feeling of being a Mewman after being a Monster for many years. "I'm pretty decent in braiding, but I'm up for other techniques."
Pssst!
[Go give some love to @festivefraud & @new-moon-over-septarsis, they're really good.]
mxnsterwarrixrâ:Â
âShe was a normal peasant girl when I first met her. But when I looked in her eyes, I saw an unquenchable fire. Mina was loyal and one of my best soldiers at the time. ButâŠ..â
Storm shuts her eyes. ââŠâŠmy spells ruined that, reducing her to nothing more than a rabid yet intelligent animal blinded by loyalty. I fear that even with the magic gone, her mind will be far beyond fixing.â
Festivia sighed and shook her head. âI was afraid of that⊠I used to wish I could reverse that but I couldnât figure out how, especially since reversing the spell was never successful.â
She ran a hand through her hair. âOh well⊠At least now sheâs less troublesome if we can keep an eye on her. Even with magic gone we donât need her getting into more dangerous schemes.â
"Yes, but don't underestimate her. Sure she's a bit psycho, but she's also crafty. I mean come on, she attempted to Yada Yada Eclipsa and never got caught until she admitted it to Moon."

[Eep! Sorry for my sudden disappearance! I'll get to everybody now!]
mxnsterwarrixrâ:
âHm, Iâll look into those later.â Storm notes, sitting up from the ground while moving her hair away from her face.
She visibly winced at the mention of Mina, old memories of the warrior flashing by. âHowâs she doing, by the way? Is sheâŠâŠ.â Storm shook her head, âAh forget it, sheâs too far gone beyond saving, and itâs all my faultâŠ..â
âGood luck. I hope you find something that works.â She replied. Sheâd have to make a note to look herself as well. She was sure someone had to carry a replica of her horns these days..
ââŠSheâs the same. At least as she was when I knew her.â Festivia sighed. âShe got into the Realm of Magic as it was being destroyed, but one of the unicorns stopped her before she could interrupt. I didnât see her come up from being pulled under before I got sent out.â She frowned. âShe⊠wasnât like that before right? So if she was released too maybe thereâs a chance that with the magic gone sheâll be lessâŠâ

[Thanks!]
@mxnsterwarrixr liked for a starter
It was amazing how much had changed in such a short time. The Star Butterfly from just a couple of years ago was reckless and violent, taking great pride in her ability to kick monster butt, but now she saw most of the monsters as close friends and would never dream of harming them.
Some things may never change, like the brief feeling of nervousness that came with seeing a new monster for the first time - she had met her fair share of enemy monsters, after all - but rather than greeting them with a blast of narwhals and glitter like she used to, she was willing to give them a chance, and that was exactly what she did for the monster she spotted messing with a statue of Queen Solaria.
âOkay, I know Queen Solaria did a lot of messed up things, but you probably shouldnât do that to her statue!â
If it was any other person, Storm would usually ignore them and carry on with what she's doing. But Star Butterfly, her supposed granddaughter, being the one to catch her in the act? That's what made the monster pause for the first time in her immortal life.
She turned her head to look down at the girl, her claws in the middle of scratching the face of the statue. Well, this is awkward.
"Don't you have better things to do, kid?"
mxnsterwarrixrâ:
âI did. Aw man, now my claws are gone!â Storm pouts, looking at her now Mewman hands, âI really loved themâŠ..â
She slides down to the ground and lies down on her back. âWell, it was fun while it lastedâŠâŠâŠwhat was it like during your time as Queen? I had to stay away due to the war.â
âSorry for your lossâŠit may not be the same but I know thereâs some kinds of jewelry that look like claws? Could those help maybe?â
She twisted her scarf in her hands. âWell⊠depends on who you ask? When I was younger I let Mina handle most of the military decisions with the other remaining Solarian warriorsâterrible idea, I should have known betterâand for the most part I tried to just keep most of the Mewmans inside city walls where it was safe, even when we withdrew from the fighting. Everyone inside the walls were happy because it was like one big years long party⊠it was kind of exhausting to tell the truth.â
"Hm, I'll look into those later." Storm notes, sitting up from the ground while moving her hair away from her face.

Storm stared down at the girl who she had just bumped into. She was just gathering wood for her fireplace when she ran intoâŠâŠ.whoever this is. The monster shifts a bit, nudging a piece of wood with her foot.
âUhâŠâŠhi?â
Ariaâs cheerful curiosity brought a smile to Stormâs face, temporarily dispelling her worries. âI like your spirit, kid.â She laughs.
âFrom what I learned, always make sure that a den is completely abandoned before using it as a shelter, some animals can be very nice if you donât provoke them, never eat yellow snow, and a whooooolle lot more.â Storm says, counting the things on her fingers.
âAbout the yellow snow part, I figured out what it is the hard way.â
Noticing Stormâs mood brightening, Aria couldnât help but smile back, seems like she was helping out a bitâŠ!
The girl leaned forward with genuine interest, she was talking to a master of survival, and she was more than willing to take notesâŠÂ âI see⊠I see! That makes a lot of senseâŠÂ â And some animals could be your friends, huh? Good to know. âY-⊠yellow snow?â Aria asked, tilting her head. Maybe it was better not to ask.
Back to animals! âDo you mean the animals are your friends and you co-exist with themâŠ? Or are they your pets?â The girl asked
"Ugh, it was embarrassing! The taste stayed in my mouth for like a week!" Storm huffs, covering her face.
"As for the animals, it depends. One time I helped a bear escape a trap, and it ended up hanging out with me for a while." She says, moving a bit of her hair away from her face.
"Can I get a massive F for Spider in a Top Hat? Loved that little dude."
mxnsterwarrixrâ:
âStill, Iâm not ready to face any of them yet.â Storm sighs, then chuckles, âAt least we can agree that he deserved it.â
She yelps as she suddenly shrunk down to her normal size. She blinks and rubs her eyes. âWell, bye bye size shifting ability and second pair of eyesâŠ..â
She shook her head. âThatâs fair⊠I donât know how Iâm gonna face Eclipsa either if it helps. And of course, I have no idea why anyone who knew the jerk would disagree.âÂ
She stifled a laugh at the sudden transformation. âA shame, you must have gotten used to that by nowâŠâ
