hey there, I’m terribly sorry to be saying this (especially since I’d hoped to have some more art for you guys by now), but I’m not going to be posting much or taking requests for November.

why? well, I’m doing NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month. basically, I’m trying to write an entire novel in one month) so I’ll be really busy

I’ll still draw some stuff, of course, and I’ll try to remember to post it here. (I actually have one drawn for @diamondfireforever but I lost the notebook it was in. I’ll post it whenever I find it)

I’ll be back with lots of drawings in December (and I might even do a week where all characters I draw are in Christmas-themed outfits)

(If you do have a request for me then feel free to still send it in, just know that I probably wont draw it until December)

Awww, thanks so much! Lapidot is probably my favorite pairing in that entire show, so these were really fun to draw. I drew two different ones because I can’t really decide how I want her to look/what her powers should be. what do you think?

HEEYYYYYY!!!! since this blog is new so I feel like I should do something interesting, plus I’ve been watching Steven Universe all day and want to draw something inspired by the show, I thought I’d draw the gems singing one of the songs from the show.

the catch?

the gems will be singing a song sung by other gems (like, say, Stvevonnie singing ‘Stronger than you’ instead of Garnet) and you get to decide which one I do!

the options (made up by me and my friend Lela) are:

A) Stevonnie singing ‘Stronger Than You’

B) Pearl and Amethyst (and/or Peridot and Lapis) singing ‘Here Comes A Thought’

C) Jasper and Lapis singing ‘Strong in the Real Way’
