Bahamas Vacation
Just got back from one of the best vacations I’ve ever had in The Bahamas — easily a 5-star experience.
We booked a private Exuma Cays tour with Bahamas Water Toys out of Nassau, and honestly, it was the highlight of the whole trip. The water looked unreal in person — that bright turquoise blue you see in photos, but somehow even better.
The tour took us through the Exuma Cays and gave us that full bucket-list Bahamas experience: seeing the iguanas at Allen’s Cay, checking out the famous Pablo Escobar plane wreck, visiting the swimming pigs, and spending time around some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen. We also had time to relax, take photos, enjoy the boat ride, and stop for lunch on a private cay.
What made it feel worth it was how smooth everything was. The crew was friendly, professional, and made the day feel relaxed instead of rushed. It felt private, comfortable, and like we were actually experiencing the Bahamas instead of just doing another tourist activity.
If anyone is planning a Bahamas trip and wants to do more than just stay at the hotel, I’d seriously recommend looking into an Exuma Cays tour. It’s not cheap, but for a once-in-a-lifetime type of day, it was worth it.
