Don't you think Eldarya New Era is so ... bland?

Gardienne wakes up after seven years, nobody cares about her, nobody even tried to understand her, the game focuses on Koori who, let's be honest, is not a very interesting character and has nothing else to say except complaining about the men. The new era will only have 20 episodes, 6th episode soon and nothing interesting has happened yet. It's a fantasy game mostly about flirting with guys, and these guys don't give a shit about us right now. It will be funny and very unnatural if we suddenly start flirting with them, and with Lance and Leiftan it will be totally awkward. I hope that the people who create the game will surprise us

I started episode 5 and I'm fed up. In episode 4, Mathieu acted like Lance's dog. Literally. Leif ... I won't even comment on him, because in my opinion beemoov destroyed his character. And I used to even like him. And Nevra. I only play Eldarya for him. Really. This game has so many inaccuracies and plot holes that I often wonder why I'm still playing it, or why do I even care. Well, maybe I'm a masochist. But now my patience is starting to run out.

In Episode 5, even Nevra began to humiliate himself to make Lance look more magnificent and powerful.  If someone can't portray a character's strength without putting other characters in disadvantage, they're a shitty writer in my opinion.

Beemoov, do you know that you have money thanks to these characters and you are deliberately reducing their value in the eyes of the players? They should encourage gamers, not discourage them. And I feel discouraged at this point.

And I'm not writing this because my favorite character was put in a bad light. No. Also, I don't really hate Lance. I think BV went the easy way by pushing him into s2 because he is popular. And I wouldn't have a problem with it if they put a little effort into his background and didn’t treat the heroine (and thus the player) like an idiot. At the start of the s2, all the characters had the potential for a good route. Currently, this game should be called "Lance and his puppies", because (for now) he was the only crush who wasn't treated as a second-rate character in this game.

And you can ask me, why am I playing this if I don't like it so much? Probably my sentiment turned into masochism. Or I'm still under the illusion that something will ever change.

I really don’t think Koori was disappointed because she likes Nevra

To me she’s either disappointed because she likes gardy, or she’s disappointed because she doesn’t want gardy to end up with him, like, i see her very well be scared that Nevra might treat her badly because he’s a man in power, or that he’ll use gardy’s savior of Eldarya title and influence to become the guard leader or shit like that (which i know nevra would never do of course)

in short, i think koori appreciates our character a lot and is terrified that something similar to her own experience happens to her, i truly believe that she’s way more traumatized than what she tells us, and it makes her a little paranoid and think every man is the same

I play episode 3 again and I am sad to see how good Nevra's route could be and how much they spoiled it already at the start. There was the most potential here.

I have a feeling BV forgot that Erika should still love her ex. Nobody falls out of love this fast, and she doesn't even think about him in this episode. I would be devastated every time I saw him. For a very long time.

The scene with Nevra had such potential, it could have been so pretty and romantic, but the writer's lack of skill spoiled everything.

I'm not really demanding, because I know it's a game and not a book, but I'd like to get a nice description instead of dry facts "I'm excited", "my heart is beating", "we're looking at each other". Emotions must be described, not listed.

And Erika's behavior at the end of the scene deserved a strong facepalm.

That’s so sad

The worst part about this is not that Lance is there. Not even that everyone acts like there's no problem. But Erika is treated like a foolish child, like some shit, although in the first episode she was hailed as the savior of the world. Everyone was grateful to her, they were glad that she came back. And now? Huang Hua actually made her understand that if she didn't like the new situation, it's her problem.

It's nice to know you died for such a bunch of hypocrites. (Maybe it was better to team up with Lance and kill them all, because they're not worth anything.)

She has the RIGHT to feel terrible about this situation. She has the right to hate Lance. She even has the right to pack her bags, show everyone 'fuck you' and leave the guards because she has been hurt enough. And guess what? I wondered a few times how BV would solve this situation to add Lance to the game. They had a few months. And I was not mistaken in assuming they would choose the simplest and stupidest solution they even could.

I'm not saying Lance shouldn't be there. I never liked him, I even thought he was not an interesting character, but I know that there are people who like him and that's cool, let them like him, not my business. But besides the romance itself, there is also a plot in this game that BV destroyed by forcing a popular character without thinking. They made the side characters idiots to make it easier for them. Right now this plot is a joke to me. Dialogues also.

I don't even have the energy to finish this episode.

I finished both episodes (the second one with replay) and I can say that MC's emotional situation is quite complicated. I feel so sorry for her, because it is hard for me to even imagine how depressed I would be, waking up after 7 years and finding out that the love of my life no longer loves me and, in addition, dates a lot of other women, and I cannot even shout at him. I would probably be totally heartbroken and cry for a week if not worse. So, she can be desperate... No, she should be desperate, becase she still loves him "like yesterday". I don't know why some people can't understand it. On the other hand, I feel sorry for Nevra as well, although at times I don't understand his behavior (but if you picked good answers their conversations weren't that bad). The woman he loved had been trapped in the crystal for 7 years, and every time he went to visit her he couldn't pull himself together, so eventually he stopped doing it. Maybe he was relieved, but he always knew that even if he couldn't see her, she was still there. Maybe that's why he didn't get involved with anyone seriously, he just returned to being a womanizer, to forget even for a moment. Then some day he returns from the mission and suddenly sees that the old love of his life is alive and well. The sight of her must have destroyed everything he had tried to rebuild over the years without her. I think he is avoiding her because he doesn't know what to do with his feelings. And even if I don't understand why he must be SO cold to her, I cannot blame him for that, because everyone handles emotions differently. I also had a theory that maybe Nevra resented her for choosing to sacrifice herself alongside Leiftan rather than staying with him. But I haven't seen the end of last season so I don't know if this theory makes sense. But I saw a hint of jealousy, so. So far it looks good, but I remember what BV did with Nathaniel's route in Uni, so I don't want to be too positive and then again disappointed.
