A full night's sleep 😴, reading outside to start the day with a cup of tea 📚☕️, and a big breaky skillet from #GypseyAndMusquito is just what I needed. Tasmanian farmed wallaby sausages and free range bacon served with roasted tomatoes and wilted spinach, topped with a riberry confit and pea sprouts / shoots and served alongside a poached egg and a stone ground wheat wattleseed damper (aka biscuit).
