One year of My Little Reviews

You aren't reading the title wrong, it is true. Exactly one year ago, on October 20th 2012, what started out as a rag tag team and myself, is now a well developed and successful podcast called My Little Reviews. I am proud and somewhat humbled by how far we have come within a year. All the people I have met and gotten the opportunity to work with have made this year very memorable and I thank them all very much for helping me achieve this. I also want to extend my thanks to all of you, those who have stuck with us for so long and supported us. You all rock and on the behalf of my team and I, we thank you for all you have done for us. That being said I would like to close this by thanking my team for all the hard work they have put into this show and I am forever grateful to have them by my side through it all. I look forward to another successful year with My Little Reviews and hope you'll all be there with me through it all. Rest assured we'll be back in business real soon, we got our new time figured out (Friday's at 9 PM EST) and are waiting on the graphics to be made for our page on EFN's site so stay tuned. Once again, thank you guys, it really means a lot to me.

Small update

Hey everyone, sorry this is taking a while but college has thrown me for a loop as of late so I haven't had time to work out much with MLR but we have our fan fiction reviewer brought up to speed and college workload should ease off very soon. When it does Ill do my best to finalize our changes to the show and have us back into the swing of things as quickly as possible. Show on temporary hiatus

Hello everyone, yes the title is true. My Little Reviews will be going on a short hiatus for the time being. The reasons for this are as follows:

1. Most of us are now going back to school/college so we will be a bit busy getting back into the swing of things.

2. We have found a new fan fiction reviewer finally and will be bringing him up to speed on how things are run and such as quickly as possible.

3. My Little Reviews has been picked up by Everfree Network. Yep that's right we have finally found ourselves a spot on Everfree and as such we will be taking this hiatus to sort out the transitional changes to the show.

Some of these changes include a new day that the podcast will be on. Meaning no more Saturday night shows people. It's also unknown what time it will be. The podcast it self will be much shorter to make our lives easier and to trim the fat off of the whole thing. Plus we need to shorten up our usual 2 hours+ if we are to be on Everfree. More info will be disclosed as we progress further. I for one am very happy and excited for this and I hope you all are too. So please stay tuned for more information and hopefully we'll be back as soon as possible. Thank you all for being with us for so long. Your support means more than you know.

Show on Saturday

     Hey all I'm back from BronyCon (and slightly in a depressed mood now that is over but thats not important right now) so I have finally gotten down to updating you all about the show this week. Our guest is going to be someone returning to the plate from long ago. That guest being none other than our very first, Hirosashii.

     After getting to hang with the guy during the con we talked about having him come back for a better interview now that the show has really improved since October of last year. So he agreed to it and we will be having a show this Saturday.

     Now before I end this I want to make one thing clear. I will try to be on at 8 pm EST (our usual time) but I can't guarantee it as I am driving down with my family to South Carolina for vacation on Saturday and I'm unsure when I'll be at our hotel room and have decent internet access. I should be settled down before 8 but again, I can't guarantee it just yet.

     So just so you all understand this, me not being exactly on time at 8 PM doesn't mean no show, so don't freak out like last time. It just means I am running late. That being said, I will probably have the team stream some Check this out stuff if we wind up having to start late but I want to make sure you all understand that we will be on for Saturday. Thank you all for your understanding and I hope to finally see you all then after a long time of being busy.

No show tomorrow

Hey everyone, in light of a busy week for the crew and me working hard on finalizing our submission to Everfree Network, plus none of the guests I got could make it, we will not be on for tomorrow or next weekend. The reason for that is because next week is BronyCon which both myself and Plum will be attending. The week following the convention we will have an episode no doubt, and I hope this gives you enough time to make it to that one cause it will be a doozy no doubt. I will try to get our guest for that one as soon as possible and when I do I will let you know. Wish us luck with getting on Everfree everyone. See you all soon :)

It is none other than StormXF3, one of the other major contributors behind GreenScreenPonies and well known for his ponies in real life videos, including the Rainbow Dash's Precious Book series. Announcement

     Okay folks I have a big announcement for you all. Until further notice, My Little Reviews will be held every other week. This is to cope with the changes and work we are putting into the show off stream. Some of this includes, a show proposal to everfree network, finalizing a new fan fiction reviewer, developing the youtube channel, and overall coping with our busy schedules at the moment. I know this may seem like bad news in your eyes, but I view this as the right thing to do for now. I'd rather us have quality episodes every other week that will definitely have our usual reviews and guest all set a week or two in advance, as opposed to running every week and having possible derps out of the blue. It isn't a choice I am eager about making, but one that must be done all the same. Sometimes it's better to take a step back, catch your breath, and then work your way back.

     On a different note, we also might be going through a name change. The reasoning for this is that My Little Reviews is used a lot in the fandom and I feel we can do better than this. Again this is only a possibility and nothing has been set in stone. At the moment we are considering the name Cloudsdale Critique as our alternative. However if you all have a suggestion for a new name, please by all means let us know by leaving a reply to this post, or send us an ask. Thank you all for your understanding, see you next week :3

My Little Reviews youtube channel

Alright, it's about time I finally got around to doing this but now that I have I want to let everyone know that we have finally made our youtube channel and what few videos it has on it currently public. At present we have four episodes uploaded due to the fact that our visual head QuetzalDash takes our recorded streams, compiles, and touches them up so they are better than the recordings on our livestream. As a result this takes a while and not every episode is finished yet but I wanted to get us started and further exposed as soon as possible. So until then, stay tuned for more uploads to the channel! Show Cancelled

Sorry guys but it seems a stroke of bad luck has hit us. Rael is out for Trotcon which we already knew but now ProfessorPlum has told us that he has lost power and isn't able to attend either. Not to mention Baschfire seems to be offline. With only myself, SkyDash, and Tommy, we are pretty much unable to do much and as such have decided to call it off for tonight. The team and I apologize for this but unfortunately this is out of our hands. I sincerely hope that this does not deter your viewership to us and that you will be back next week. Once again I sincerely apologize for this everyone.

Just an Update

Meant to do this yesterday but I was heavily occupied with school related issues. This is just to update everyone that I have confirmed that Baschfire will be on for this Saturday during our normal time of 8 PM EST. I might be a tad late due to getting out of work at exactly that time but I shouldn't be terribly long since I work close to my home. Anyway, I hope to see you all this weekend!

Update: Please note that due to MEMJ0123’s schedules we will be starting the show a little later than usual. We will be starting at around 9:30 PM so we can start her interview by the time she gets back. We apologize for any inconvenience but this was the best way for us to get her on the show.
