can I do a cuddle day with Zen? OF COURSE I can! Here you go, anon! <3 

Mornings are usually reserved for just the two of you; no phones, no social media, no others in this comfortable space that belongs to two people in love with each other. Even Zen’s director of the moment knows better than to disturb you two before 9 am, and today is no different. 

For once, you wake up before Zen, untangling yourself from his long, long limbs despite his sleepy protests, and start on breakfast– which is usually something he does, but you want to surprise him today. Breakfast in bed? Always a good idea. 

You prepare things that both of you like– fried eggs in the shape of hearts, sweet things like blueberry pancakes, strawberries and cream, and crisply toasted bread spread with butter. 

When you re-enter the bedroom, Zen sits up blearily but with a smirk on his face, letting the bedsheets fall to his midriff, exposing the top half of his body. “I thought you did a hit and run there, honey~” he says. “Are we going for a round two?” 

You swat away his hands with a foot as he reaches for you, almost overbalancing and spilling the contents of the tray, but you catch yourself just in time. “Hush you, let’s eat. You have to leave in an hour, and I did not get up early for this to go to waste.” you plant a kiss on his cheek, snuggling in under the covers with him. 

His arms wrap tightly around you, and he smells like pinecones and aloe-vera, probably the scent of his shampoo. “We’ll eat that, of course... but there’s something else I’d like to eat as well...” 

You stuff a strawberry into his mouth, effectively shutting him up as he’s forced to chew and swallow the fruit. “Hey!” he says, but is silenced when you burrow deeper into his hug and shove another strawberry into his still-open mouth. 

“Ah... I don’t feel like getting out of bed now...” he says when most of the food has been demolished and the tray laid carefully on the floor. “You see, this is what happens when you spoil me.” 

“Then don’t...” you say, snuggling comfortably next to him. “Let’s just cuddle all day.” 

“That’s not a bad idea!” he says. Before you know it, he’s on the phone with his director saying that he has a “family emergency” and won’t be able to come into work that day, which the director accepts with surprising grace-- Zen’s popularity has risen greatly in recent times, and he’s so hardworking, which probably contributes to the director’s generous allowance. 

“Well, we have the whole day free for ourselves now.” he says. “But let’s just stay here awhile... I don’t think I’ve cuddled you enough yet.” 

“That is the point of a cuddle day.” you say pragmatically, laughing slightly into his chest. “We’re going to do nothing but cuddle.”

Whaddabout Seven stressing out abt all the secrets he has to keep and player comforting him????

YESSSSSS. I was born to write this prompt, thanks so much for suggesting it! I haven’t quite started on Seven’s route yet so……………. 

“Can you tell me about it?” you ask for the fifth time in about an hour. Seven opens his mouth, thinks about it, and then closes it again. “No, I can’t tell you about that either.” he says ruefully, hanging his head down in despair. 

“Then how can I help you if you can’t tell me anything?” you say, exasperated. It’s always been like this with him. This is a secret. That’s another one. You’re beginning to wonder if a relationship built on secrets can really survive. You know that it’s part of his job. You’re not begrudging him anything really, a support system when he needs it, and you respect that there really are some things he can’t tell you because someone (or something) would make sure that he was dead before the end of the day. 

That seems to be the final straw, because Seven immediately crumples to the floor, hugging his knees tightly and staring into space. You cringe-- maybe that had crossed the line after all. 

“Hey..” you say gently, sinking to the floor in front of him. “You know I just want you to be happy, and I hate seeing you like this.” your hands tangle in his brilliant red hair and he looks up, so your foreheads can touch, eyes still closed. 

“Sometimes I’m afraid I talk in my sleep, and say something I wasn’t supposed to.” he admits, breathing out deeply. “I... I feel so scared all the time. I want to tell you everything I know. I wish I could. But I also want to protect you... because you are important to me.” 

“I know.” you say, kissing him lightly. “You’re important to me too. I want to do everything I can to help you feel better.” 

“Just--” he moves in, twisting you around so that your back is against his chest, and he’s hugging you tightly from behind. “Let’s stay like this for awhile. Being with you... it already makes me feel so much better.”
