Violet Glitter Nails Nail Art Tutorials

This nail art tutorial will show you how to recreate this violet / purple glitter nail design. I’ve started with 2 coats of violet nail polish, once the violet nail polish has dried, start on dabbing on your glitter tips, you can go as far into the nail bed as you want. For the gradient effect, make sure that you get rid of any excess polish from your brush and pat the brush lightly onto your nails.

Zebra Nails with Fluro Colours

Zebra Nails You will need black acrylic paint, fluorescent yellow, pink and green, a cotton bud, thin long striping brush and a top coat.

This fun zebra print nail design is vibrant and eye-catching. To create these nails I started off with 2 coats of white nail polish as the canvas. Using a make up sponge I gently painted on 3 stripes side by side so that each colour can blend into each other slightly, this will give you that gradient effect on your nails. You will need to sponge this on a couple of times to allow the colours transfer effectively onto the nail.

I like to use acrylic paint to sponge on colours for gradients as I find that ordinary nail polish is too messy as it dries up to quickly leaving a blobby look. The colours i’ve used are fluorecent, pink, yellow and green. Once you’ve sponged the gradient onto your nails, allow it to dry.

Use a long ultra thin striping brush to start painting on the zebra stripes. This will take a bit of practice but you will get it with practice.

Lastly finish it off with a glossy top coat which will really give it a BOOM! Have fun re-creating these, i’d love to see your zebra print nails so feel free to post them onto any of my social media places.
