Why were the Mitzi minigames made in Shockwave and not Flash?

I find it easier to make smaller, bite-sized games with Shockwave as opposed to Flash, plus I was just interested in the new-ish DirPlayer emulator. (It's basically like Ruffle but for Shockwave.)

Depending on how DirPlayer evolves, I might make a more involved game with Shockwave at some point, who's to say?

It might be a bit until the next Mitzi update, I'm working on an animation for it which is a bit more ambitious than the previous ones and will definitely take longer than a single week to finish. Rest assured, when it's done, I think it'll be pretty cool.
