“Oh,” Jimin huffs, stumbling a little, bracing a hand against Jungkook’s chest, and Jungkook hates but can’t help the appreciative rumble that rocks through it. Jimin’s gaze flicks up to his eyes, looking between them, calculating. Another breath puffs out from between his parted lips, and he tilts his head, scanning the rest of Jungkook’s face. “Hungrier than you look, aren’t you?” he finally murmurs, nearly inaudibly.
The phrase heats Jungkook’s face with an embarrassed flush, and he clenches his jaw in annoyance, but still pulls Jimin closer. He has no choice; his own damned pulse will only calm to a manageable pace once his nostrils fill up completely with the scent of the vampire’s skin.
“It’s biological,” he mutters, mostly to reassure himself, and lifts a hand to brush long pale hair to the side to better nose along the column of Jimin’s neck. “And temporary.”
And there goes Jeon Jungkook, dedicating Into the Sun to Jimin. Again. I appreciate Jungkook pointing with his finger just to make it clear who he’s singing to.
First can I just say I have been waiting for this for YEARS. I think I even have an old post about it…

YEP I DO! So needless to say. When we found out we were getting this I was so damn excited 🤣🤣
And I was wrong about most of what I thought would happen, although I do think Sean fell in love with Hobi through the course of it, as one does.
Highlights (for me) (spoilers ahead if you haven’t watched it)
“Men don’t cry” okay Joon, okay Yoongi, I’ll just patiently wait for the compilation videos armies will make clowning you for saying this (I know they were being sarcastic but still, coming from them that was funny)
Ppl being surprised at the quality of Sean and his team’s questions will NEVER get old. Never.
Hobi being so hardcore about Sean not being able to have water or milk after he lost 369 😅 even waved him away from it one time like 🤨 “I don’t think so” like bro give him a break 🤣
And then Jungkook being the sweetest like “no you’re allowed to have milk. Please have milk. I’m sorry my bandmates are meanies” and Sean not giving in until Namjoon agreed
DID TAEHYUNG EVEN LAST LONGER THAN DJ KHALED?? lmaooo he wimped out so early, he’s lucky he had the other members there to cover it 🤣
Was also cracking up at him cheering “let’s go!!!” On wing 7 knowing damn well he wasn’t lifting a FINGER to eat that shit, didn’t even move. Also dying at Jimin leaning over to give him context on that one since that was the one that made everyone freak out and being like “yeah this one’s really spicy” bc how was he gonna know otherwise thanks Jimin

JM asking JK are you okay and we missed the reason why??? Dpmo camera ppl (I’m kidding they did a great job with what they were working with, that was so chaotic, nobody be mean to the camera ppl)
Tae’s unaffected cutie pie quitter self speaking softly about the tour with “Mama — I miss you” and “blebleblebelbeleebl” in the background while jikook went back for seconds and were mopping up leftover sauce?? I cannot with the many shades of contrast within these 7 people lmaooo
Mkay that is all, just needed to blab. It was so fun. I’m so glad they finally did it. I had my own roster of questions most of which went unanswered but Sean Evans doesn’t tell me how to do my job so I wouldn’t dare. He was great. They were great. I love them. Tae is the cutest quitter. Jikook ate them like champs as expected. Yoongi losing his composure was essential for my health.

I’m not Christian, I don’t go to church anymore, and my pastor died, but when he was alive I’d sometimes go to his sermons and I remember one time he said “it feels good to hate, but we know that it isn’t allowed, so when we’re told that we’re allowed to hate someone we get so excited that we forget we’re supposed to love”, and if my humble atheist ass might borrow some church talk I’d like to perhaps submit that
Anyhow sometimes on the day to day I feel disgust or revulsion and I have to ask myself “is this a danger to anyone at all or am I just looking for something I’m allowed to hate” and a solid 98/100 times it’s the latter so once again thank you pastor D
This was my favorite moment of the whole concert I think. The look on jimin’s face. I thought he was teasing namjoon at first and then realized no, he’s completely enraptured. He’s captivated by the verse and the words and he clearly loves that part already, but quite obviously was struck by the magic of the moment, of watching his bandmates perform and I feel like in that moment he was letting himself bask. Like, he was locked in all night performing his HEART out as we can see from the various fancams, but at that moment he took a break from performing and just…soaked it all in. I wanted so badly to replay it when it happened live, lol. Such. A cool. Clip.
I went down the rabbit hole this morning and found so many videos of this song. I think it is now my top favorite song. I can’t seem to get enough of Suga in the beginning and the vocal lines voices are amazing. I love it!!!!
Just sitting here buzzing with energy and love and affection and overwhelm and gratitude and my GOD jimin’s smile and jimin’s extensions and hoseok’s voice and JK sounded like an angel, didn’t he, and so did jin Jin Jiiiiiinnn and V needs to stop (continue) being such a menace and Namjoon changing his fave song to Like Animals after that hauntingly beautiful performance ME TOO MAN and Yoongi tapping his foot while the others were addressing the crowd because he was buzzing too and they all sounded incredible and they all surrounded Namjoon like brothers bc they are and Namjoon was right, they are his YOUTH and still somehow the concert didn’t sound like the past! it sounded like NOW they sounded so goddamn good and they looked right at home and they look older and more grounded and still able to send me into the fucking stratosphere with the first few notes of Mikrokosmos and they walked down those stairs after looking larger than life but jimin’s right they are just like us, and we are all scared but we’re all able to suspend our fears and swim together for a little bit at a time and god. We are so fuckin back
