I am Narendar. I live in Madhur Jiwan Apartment. I serve for the military. This situation demands me to leave my family alone for an extended period of time. Having a home security system provides peace of mind knowing that the family is safe from so many devastating situations. Especially when the home owners are elderly, incapacitated in some way. Having Buzzard installed in our apartment was like a wind of relief. Though initially I found it a tad bit costly, but I was ready to pay everything that it took to guarantee security of my family. Firstly, I am highly dissatisfied with the whole idea of giving smart phones to the guards. Instead of aiding in security, they are either talking on their smart phones or are  busy watching movies and videos. The little vigilance that they had in maintaining security, that’s also gone. Most of the time their phone is discharged or is low on battery. This is a big glitch, as everything Buzzard promised was about making the society safer with technology. Now to make the things more difficult, Buzzard is bribing the guards to use their service to ensure protection and campaign their product. This sort of pampering is affecting their behavior. They are rude to us and our guests. Usually they would allow other people to enter but anyone who is regular and if by chance has missed the QR card, they are looked upon as criminals. Such frivolous behaviors at one point of time and rude unethical behavior at other times simply shows their dedication to Buzzard with no plans of actually securing our place. In spite of all this when asked anything, they would blankly stare at us. I have been staying here with my parents for long and never have I ever experienced this behavior from the guards. Installing home security from Buzzard was supposed to make things easy for us, but now calling our doctor for regular checkup has also become a big deal.

All Is Well App Worst security App  for society

I am writing this review for Buzzard security systems that we have installed in our apartment. And I am writing this on behalf of many unhappy residents from our society. We got this security system a few months back. Things went just fine for hardly a month. And then we started noticing glitches in their system. The phones provided to scan QR codes for visitors are being misused by the visitors. They often sit and watch videos. There could be a major security incident if the guards do not stay alert. They often take more than normal time in opening the gates. They are not very attentive for visitors. Our courier is often misplaced and I feel this is majorly because of their laziness.   They should lock the devices and then give them to use it. I don’t blame the guards and I think the company is absolutely responsible for this. They do not train the guards professionally. We have complaint them so many times, but they do not respond. They are not delivering what they promised and this I feel is not fair. They are charge a good sum and this is probably one of the most expensive services in our area. But we are not getting any value for money rather we feel cheated.
