I am a Naruto and Hinata fan and will post things somehow relating to the Naruto Manga/Anime. I also like to do photo editing in Photoshop so expect to see images that I edited for practicing. They do exist, if you know where to go. Heartstopper isn't porn if I remember correctly, it's pretty wholesome. And if you can't find them, ask for them. Or make them yourself if you have the talent to do so.

I like romances for example and most of the romances I've seen suck. But hey look at me now. I am working on my own series inspired by shonen and other series I watched. I didn't need validation i make my own and i go to spaces where I feel like this is for me.

Agreed, there are plenty of media for that audience even in anime and manga you have a whole genres for it Shounen Ai and Yuri so there are options for them if they want that kind of thing.

Not to sound delusional but I genuinely think Ike keeps BoruSumi apart because they have too much chemistry. Just them meeting over the sword had people switching up and saying they wouldn't mind BoruSumi happening. Sumire is written to be understanding of Boruto's feelings and not pushy like Sarada, so it's much easier to give them a comfortable and casual dynamic. They'd easily be able to have a normal conversation that isn't just discussing strategies. That's why I'm hoping Boruto using Sumire's name is in a private moment between them, so we get an actual discussion along with it. Either way I'm so ready for their payoffs!

That makes so much sense I have seen it in a ton of other manga where characters with good chemistry are actively kept apart for the sake of plot. If BoruSumi are together its naturally going to lead to romantic development and moments, but they need to keep the plot moving and its not the time for it.

Like if BoruSumi was made obvious as well the whole love triangle drama in TBV doesn't become possible either which tanks Sarada relevance and removing something that is used to include her.

It would also make Boruto's choice and deal with Momoshiki harder to do if he was in love.

I hope we get the payoff soon or more build up for it.

I don't know if Boruto really knows that Sumire is unaffected by Omnipotence but One thing I'm sure of is that Boruto feels more real and honest when he's with Sumire compared to Sarada.

In most of Boruto and Sarada's interactions, Boruto has to joke around and put on a false smile to make Sarada feel better, despite whatever trouble he's dealing with at the moment. It reminds me of how Naruto often acted around Sakura.

With Sumire, though, Boruto opens up more. Just like Naruto had genuine conversations with people such as shikamaru or hinata he trusted, Boruto can talk to Sumire about his doubts, his thoughts, and has his trust in her. Sumire understands him, supports him, and gives him advice. With Sarada, on the other hand, it sometimes feels like Boruto has to cheer her up or reassure her, almost like a brother would.

I know what you mean its like we get a glimpse of the old Boruto without him trying to force himself. Like you said his smile feels false he is just trying lighten the mood or break the tension after Sarada made it weird before getting on to business.

Sumire though Boruto opens up and it just happens naturally it reminds me so much of how Naruto opened up to Hinata leading to her proud failure speech. Boruto can be vulnerable with her, he can let his weaker side show, he can let her cheer him up and help.

Sarada though its exactly like you said Boruto has to be the bigger person, and reassure her when she starts being a downer. He can't be weak in front of her and usually has to try and lighten the mood after somthing Sarada said or her getting down about somthing when it is not the time.

Was thinking of this anon. yk if you want someone to change their shipping preferences, demanding does not work. I have become open to multiple ships in Boruto not because I was forced, but because they talked about how much they love their ship and why. Even if it felt OOC to me I could see the appeal of some ships. Usually showering your ship in love + full length textposts why (cuz this is tumblr) is enough to change someone's mind.

They just put down Sumire and uplifted Sarada, what they said on both side was also just nonsense and clear bias.

As for me most reasons people give for ships come off as nonsense or rather headcanon that its like the are shipping completely different characters. Like I can understand liking a ship aesthetic or shipping two characters you like. But making them out to be completely different feels like a disservice to the characters.

BSA will never work because Ikemoto wrote Sumire more like Hinata, while Sarada is basically Sakura.

The plot shows Sumire was introduced first in the romance aspect, just like Hinata was. Sumire understands Boruto with just a glance, similar to how Hinata was portrayed, while Sarada is often clueless when it comes to Boruto.

It's kind of ironic. Imagine Sakura understanding Naruto so well, while Hinata herself rarely understood Naruto and often avoided talking about girl talk regarding their crush.

To me, Sumire is basically a bold, scientific version of Hinata, while Sarada is an upgraded Sakura in terms of powers but she still comes across as a trash pathetic and poorly written character just like her mother.

Exactly BoruSara does not work dynamic wise, Sarada's character is over incompatible with Boruto in a romantic sense and it shows.

As where Sumire is literally a perfect match for Boruto and vice verse we see this during the Nue arc as well as Ao arc. Sumire helped Boruto get over his aversion to scientific ninja tools and it was how they beat Ao. BoruSumi has dynamics that just work leading to natural development.

Sumire understands Boruto, has always supported him emotionally and there to help when he needs it. She has a role with the scientific side of the plot and her feelings have relevance when it comes to Eida and Jura.

Sarada her relevance has been so forced, same with her feelings for Boruto and writing so bad its bringing down the whole manga.

I don't get why people say Sarada helped Boruto from the start. They point to her asking Sasuke to help Boruto escape and defending Boruto in front of Kawaki.

But why do they ignore that she defended Kawaki against Boruto's warning, which led to Boruto losing his eye? That could have been avoided if she had listened to Boruto instead of provoking the situation.

They also ignore that she cried and begged Sasuke, which was only possible because of Sumire. If Sumire hadn't been there, Sarada never would have known the truth, and Boruto would have had to come up with another escape plan.

Sarada feels more like a plot device than an actually relevant character. She rarely contributes without crying or needing someone else to step in, and now she's even been turned into a love rival for Boruto.

Her fandom calls her the Uchiha Princess. I call her the Useless Princess.

They are just desperate to make it out as if Sarada has always tried/helped Boruto. Sasuke was only due to Sumire telling her what happened and you are right about Boruto's eye she ended up helping Kawaki rather then him.

That is what Sarada is a plot device not even a good one, she is literally Sakura 2.0 at this point.

According this theory, boruto sword is called “Nue”. because the handle sumire used for the sword was hashirama cells which Nue is made up of hashirama cells so technically the sword is alive which Kawaki cannot shrink, the sword can also change forms like Nue from a normal sword to bankai.

And Also another thing, since the Hokage had a weapon that can turn into a sage monkey, Boruto sword would be the same, Nue is connected to otsutsuki dimensions specifically Kaguya, which Boruto would has access to. Since the sword was made by Sumire it has a bond with her and Boruto since the sword chosen Boruto, naturally it would drain his chakra since he’s Otsutsuki which Nue feeds off of Otsutsuki chakrs or any chakra, Jura would be a meal for Nue.

That would actually be pretty call and its a big win for BoruSumi if they share Nue.

It would also make so much sense if Sumire was factoring in that Kawaki is trying to kill Boruto when she added that to the sword.

Its quite a good theory overall and makes me think Boruto will end up dimensioning hoping/going to fight Otsutsuki with Nue on his shoulder to keep him company.

Idk why but I think Boruto doesn't know Sumire is immune to omnipotence. He just thought that Sumire already knows the truth about the omnipotence and she's siding with him, kinda like Shikamaru. But yeah, if he did knew then atleast we would have the panel of him knowing it already like they did with Sarada, unless there's some sort of flashback. Idk, maybe Ikemoto is setting up something between the two.

No it makes sense, he only knows about Sarada cause of Sasuke. From Boruto's standpoint its unlikely he actually knows Sumire is unaffected and likely assumes she is just siding with Sarada rather then him.

It would explain why he was sort of awkward back when he returned to the village and taken off guard when she requested he use her name. I think from his POV he thinks Sumire thinks he is Kawaki so when she suddenly acts close it catches him off guard.

I really hope that is the case and we get a good moment between them when Boruto realise Sumire is also unaffected, but also finds out about the part she played back when omnipotence first happened.

the fact this could happen since Hinata and Naruto were stuck in time. And hey Kishimoto did say he wanted to make a redhead Uzumaki Naruhina child. That would be nice to see, i need more redhead Uzumakis.

Please let this happen, if NaruHina end up having a third child after everything is over it would be amazing. Plus the fact Shikamaru has already took over as Hokage means Naruto is basically retired and him and Hinata are going to want to make up lost time with the family. Perfect chance for them to end up with another child.

Honestly I think the BSa fans are jinxing themselves, there's one part of the fandom who's rooting for them but is aware it could not go their way and there's the other loud part who thinks it's determined.

Well the manga has made it of a habit of proving them wrong or just giving them terrible moments.

Saruto is trending in the BSA fandom, and they're already shipping him with Kawasumi's daughter. 💀

Never going to happen though, its the same thing NaruSaku did making up fake characters and shipping them with a child between characters they saw most as a threat.

They made Sarada act like a tsundere during the Genin era, similar to Sasuke, and now she's acting like Sakura.

It honestly creeps me out. I was really hoping they'd make her more like Mikoto or Naori Uchiha, but instead we got what feels like a Sasukarin-looking child with Sakura 2.0's personality.

To me Sarada always acted like Sakura more then Sasuke she just only got worse.

At least Sasuke had the Uchiha coolness going for him and he was competent.

You have no idea, like Sakura is a disappointment to Uchiha fans, even the connection game did a better Uchiha then what we got with Sarada.

If BSA really the endgame, then why did Ikemoto make Sumire the one and only BSU who can handle the sword when it was clearly meant to represent a personal connection to BSA? Since it's Sasuke's sword, they could have made BSA or even Sarada the only one who could touch it, apart from Boruto. Instead, they cut that personal connection, which could have reinforced BSA's importance, and gave that role to Sumire.

To me, it feels like Ikemoto is using Sarada as ship bait because that's the only way she's being kept relevant to the plot.

Exactly the sword has become a connection between Boruto and Sumire now.

If BoruSara was a thing Ikemoto would have given them actually good writing instead of this forced BS and making her like Boruto out of pity.

BoruSara only works if its ship bait as its writing is just that bad while Sumire's feelings are genuine and set up pre time skip with good writing behind them.

Bsa fandom is so confident that Sumire will leave Boruto because of his feelings for Sarada. They're genuinely praying that Ikemoto makes Sumire confess first so Boruto can reject her like Naruto rejected Sakura. They're creating so many panel-based theories just because they think Sumire is the only barrier to their ship.

Yes cause making her run miles and putting her in danger is caring deeply for her. They know just how little BoruSara has going for them and how much positive moments BoruSumi has that all they can do is wish for Boruto to reject her so she can longer threaten their so called ship.

Boruto isn't picking Sarada if anything with the whole Momoshiki deal Boruto would likely reject both of them if it came down to it.
