fake conversations in your head of you venting to someone
i cant wait to be a piece of shit w/ a bachelors degree
It’s weird when you realize the person you once told everything to now has no idea what’s going on in your life
you ever wonder how many people you’re in the “we’re friends but i would kiss you if you asked” club with
Are you ever just like wow I’d take care of you and care about you so hard
Just because the past didn’t turn out like you wanted it to, doesn’t mean your future can’t be better than you ever imagined.
Dear person reading this,
You deserve a life full of happiness and positivity. So don’t let others get to you and believe in yourself.
In Green Company: Aurora over Norway : Raise your arms if you see an aurora. With those instructions, two nights went by with, well, clouds – mostly. On the third night of returning to same peaks, though, the sky not only cleared up but lit up with a spectacular auroral display. Arms went high in the air, patience and experience paid off, and the creative featured image was captured as a composite from three separate exposures. The setting is a summit of the Austnesfjorden fjord close to the town of Svolvear on the Lofoten islands in northern Norway. The time was early 2014. Although our Sun is nearing Solar Minimum and hence showing relatively little surface activity, holes in the upper corona have provided some nice auroral displays over the last few months. via NASA
“One of the hardest things you will ever have to do my dear is grieve the loss of a person who is still alive.”
— My father’s advice #1
Imagine that day when you’ll wake up and no longer miss him. One day you’ll be able to see his face and not feel like running to him. One day you’ll hear his name or his laugh and not feel your heart jump. One day you won’t feel the urge to ask your friends how he’s doing. One day you’ll be able to look back on photos and accept that he was part of your past. One day you’ll be able to talk about what was and smile rather than cry. One day his name won’t cross your mind every hour. One day he won’t be the first person you think of when you have news.
One day.
“Do you think the universe fights for souls to be together? Some things are too strange and strong to be coincidences.”
— Emery Allen
be good to me and i’ll be even better to you
I’ve been staring at this for 5 minutes
That’s what it looks like. That’s really what it looks like
Being out in the ocean is actually so scary because when you look really far out you can kind of see how the Earth is rounded out. It looks like a few miles ahead you’re just gonna fall off or something. Also fun trick: if ur on mobile, double tap zoom in and slide the picture side to side. It looks like you’re actually there looking left to right
DO THAT DO IT RIGHT NOW
lately i’ve been replacing my “i’m sorry”s with “thank you”s, like instead of “sorry i’m late” i’ll say “thanks for waiting for me”, or instead of “sorry for being such a mess” i’ll say “thank you for loving me and caring about me unconditionally” and it’s not only shifted the way i think and feel about myself but also improved my relationships with others who now get to receive my gratitude instead of my negativity
