Summary: After your encounter with Draco, he’s changed. You and the others noticed but do not comment on it. When you get a secret note telling you to meet a secret admirer after hours, you are shocked to see Draco there.

Ever since your encounter with Draco, you’ve been avoiding him. You managed to convince Snape to make you switch seats. Ever since that day by the Great Lake, Draco has changed for you.
“Have you noticed that Malfoy’s changed a little?” Ron asked. You looked over to see Draco who was sitting in the Slytherin table with his friends. He had gave you a quick glance before looking away again.
“Yes. He hasn’t called me a… mudblood in a long time,” Hermione said.
“Bloody hell. What could possibly have changed that git?” Ron asked.
“Yeah. At least you’re no longer partners with him anymore,” Harry tells you. You gave your brother a small smile.
As the days went by, you had been receiving small gifts by a secret admirer. You sat outside with Hermione as you gushed about the gifts you’ve been receiving. However, Draco was nearby you both, listening to your conversation.
“Who do you think it is?” Hermione asked you.
“I’m not sure. There’s so many boys at the school, it’s hard to say,” You tell her. Draco smirked as he was the one to give you the small gifts.
Before your potions class had started, you saw a note on your desk. You looked around before opening the note.
Meet me by the Great Lake at sunset - Your Secret Admirer
You smiled at it before putting the note away. Draco looked over as he smiled at you smiling from the note.
As soon as the sun was setting, you were alone by the Great Lake. You sat on the grass as you watched the water.
“You came,” You looked over to see Draco there.
“Draco? You’re my secret admirer?” You asked him. You got up from the grass to talk to him better.
“Is this some kind of trick?” You asked him.
“Why would I trick you?” Draco asked.
“Please, Draco. You and I both know that this wouldn’t work out,” You tell him.
“I’m trying to make things right though. I even got you little gifts for you,” Draco said.
“That was from you?” You asked in shock.
“Yes. I’ve liked you Y/N. For a while,” Draco tells you.
“Why… Why me?” You asked him.
“You’re beautiful, smart, and different,” Draco tells you.
“You’re just saying that,” You tell him as you were about to leave.
“Y/N, wait,” Draco tells you as he held your hand. You turned to face him.
“Let me prove to you that I’m not tricking you. That I’m in love with you,” Draco tells you.
“How?” You asked him. Draco pulled you to him. His arms were wrapped around your waist as he leaned down to give you a kiss. You stayed there in shock before kissing him back. When he pulled away, you looked up at him in awe.
“I’m in love with you, Y/N. And I always will be,” Draco tells you.
“I think I’m starting to fall for you even more, Draco,” You tell him.
“Give me a chance?” Draco asked you. You nodded before giving him another kiss.
