1. Media Convergence: LAW & ORDER is a perfect example as it takes real-life events (stated in the narration) and combines it with some Hollywood flare for Television.

2. Media Convergence: AMAZON also a prime example, by allowing consumers the luxury and convenience of shopping from home it takes away the hassle of driving from point A-Z in search of the best offer.

3. Gamification: WAZE Waze uses gamification by rewarding users as they contribute to road information. Users can earn points, titles, achievements, and mood options as they continue to use the app.

Writing isn't the hardest thing one can do. However, over the past four weeks attempting to pull a rabbit out of a hat seemed more plausible.

Writing a web series and pilot for a webisode is not that different from writing a book or poetry. Everything is simply broken down to format for TV, to bring the writers' imagination off the page and onto the screen. To be honest, as I look back to week one of ESW, I thought I had this class in the bag. (so to speak) But life happens, creative juices stopped flowing so quickly and things just fell behind, luckily I have an understanding professor who allowed me to turn in my projects after the fact.

If I've learned anything about this field of writing it's that you definitely have to possess that drive, as deadlines are always fast approaching. With this in mind, I would still pursue it as a career, not as a main form of employment but definitely as a secondary means of income. If it blossoms into a flourishing career that would be great too. To make this a reality, I plan to attend as many film festivals in my area as possible, learn from that environment, create lasting connections, and submit as many ideas as earthly possible. Any attempt at greatness is a step in the right direction.

This month has definitely been a learning experience for me. I feel as though by the end of this class I will be ready to move on to the next step of my Mastery Journey equipped with the tools to make my creative writing dream a very real and very possible reality.
