TBH I might have to stop using this site too because the Twitter mentality is starting to take my brain over in that I suddenly feel compelled to have opinions about literally everything and whore myself out for likes, this post included. I conveniently quit Twitter right as it was imploding because the hivemind and controversy and memes were getting to be too much for me, and I fear the same will happen here if I don't abandon this place soon. Tumblr did a number on my self-esteem as a teen, and while it introduced me to some cool things and people, including my very best friend, on the whole it's starting to backslide into Hottakeville and that's quite worrisome. Oh well.
