Your screenshots are so PRETTY. Can I ask what filter settings you used?
Heya! I use Photoshop CS5 to edit screenies and I just do basic color and level adjustments. My model here is @studiofruke expressing a Moodâą in a Nighthold pug in 2017
I use an exposure layer to bring out the contrast and make the screenshot less muddy (I do this as a final step for most of my digital art too)
These are my usual settings. I like to use both sides of the gamma correction spectrum. These adjustments are very sensitive, so be careful with âem. Or donât. Theyâre sliders, not necronomicons.
Next, I throw a fill layer underneath my adjustment layer at about 10-20% opacity. I usually use warm colors for this, but went a little cooler on this one because Iâm a wild card who answers to no man or color theory
(Layer -> New Fill Layer -> Solid Color)
Then I crop it and throw shadows on the edge of a multiply layer using the gradient tool. Again I am not very good at this. Look at this picture. Eruaias is me having to come to terms with just how little Photoshop know-how I have to offer.
Sad.
I didnât feel comfortable posting my own sketches alone and I think Natto felt the same so I compiled our stuff together since in my opinion sheâs done some of the cutest pieces of them out there and I wanted to share!
Collaborative post with @foxtroupe! She did the first, second, fifth and last two images <3 I love them so much I really wanted to put them up (with permission) The half elf Keira belongs to her, Altairis belongs to me!
