I spent the first 17 years of my career working as a graphic designer in Cardiff. With the last 14 of them as Creative Director at Black Sheep, an Advertising and Design agency in Cardiff Bay, as well as lecturing part-time on the BA(Hons) Advertising and Branding course at Swansea Metropolitan University. My passion for filmmaking has transformed from early ‘home movie’ family films, that capture the memories of the journey we share together, to achieving 2nd place at a recent Vimeo ‘Weekend Project’ competition, one of my films being shown at a Travel Film Festival in New Delhi, India together with some of my footage being used in a Google Chromebook advertising campaign (with over 6.5 million hits) which has led to incredible feedback and encouragement from personal and business sources for me to create films professionally.
