What is Honoka’s best memory? Her worst?

this is actually so hard for me because honoka is a woman of lukewarm tastes when it comes to her personal life. she doesn’t just feel any particular way about her personal life. she just...kinda lives doing what she likes but doesn’t place it as being a happy memory or a sad one. 

The one memory that will get feelings out of her is when she met her personal demon Ginzo. This meeting was the step she needed to become a powerful witch in her own right, as he would be her protection and a piece in confirming her own identity among other witches. Ginzo was not an easy demon to contract, despite how cruelly she will speak about him, as originally he used trickery or violence to get other witches to leave him be. However, Honoka managed to do something ( it is never specified by Ginzo what she does ) to get him scared enough to follow her. This allowed her to finally stabilize her ability over life, but it also managed to get her to be one of the stronger witches. Their meeting and her eventual subjugation of him through force is a bit of a trophy to her, but she quickly learned that Ginzo’s fear of her made her critical of him and thus, became cause of irritation to her. 

It’s for this reason that she will likely call that meeting a bittersweet one. One that is likely her best memory and her worst, since she is now stuck with a demon who annoys her to no end.

Does Honoka have any aspirations in life?

Honoka’s aspirations in life are entirely self centered. She wants to make her own life fun, even if it means being at the expense of others. In her original canon, she causes another character’s whole life to become shit because it was momentary joy for Honoka. She likes making stories, and what better way to make a story unfold than by causing a problem for your protagonist to overcome? Her big goal is to finally have a perfect story created from what she caused, making her entertained forever. Of course, in the original canon she is from, she doesn’t end up getting entertained with the story and ends up thinking of the plight she puts the main character and her family in done for nothing before going off and wondering what she could do next to entertain herself. 

Other than this major goal, no. Honoka doesn’t have anything that is a motivating factor to her and tends to go with the flow of how things operate. She is a mastermind in her own right but she isn’t the type to initiate things and take forefronts of attempting to ruin someone’s life. She is the type to say little things that get the iceberg to tip so to speak. If she were to make herself the main antagonist of something she wished to watch, then she’d find no joy in what she has planned for her entertainment.
