the san sequoia family center;

a recreation center for san sequoia! vaguely inspired by this french school i found on pinterest. the lot includes a gym, an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor splash pads, a basketball court, music and art rooms, a yoga studio, a board game room, a cafeteria, and some other stuff i’m probably forgetting 😅 it’s pretty safe to say that you should have PLENTY to do here. there are a few graphical issues caused by my commitment to good lighting, but i’ve listed them under the cut alongside some solutions. enjoy!

required packs: i own all of the packs and used most of them, but some included cc items require eco lifestyle and city living at the bare minimum. obviously, growing together is also required for the lot type

'Cargo Simtina' Restaurant in Evergreen Harbor

I wanted to do a restaurant in a shipping container to suit the style of the wharf lots in Evergreen Harbor... and here it is! It serves modern Mexican street food and it was a lot of fun to build, using plenty of Eco-Lifestyle debug items to help it feel right for the environment.

Aisling Patton's Witchy Cottage in Glimmerbrook

Rancho Morongo

As soon as I saw the real Rancho Morongo transformation I knew it would be the inspiration for my next build. I love the way farmhouse meets industrial with a side of desert luxe in this house. There is so much wood and natural stone, but the interior is sophisticated and warm. I also got a chance to play with the new Brutalist bathroom collection from @harrie-cc​ and it does not disappoint. Stunning. Lots of CC, again. Maybe I’ll challenge myself to a CC free build soon... Cacti Casa Redux

I had a restaurateur in need of a bachelor pad, et voila! I went with a fairly monochrome sleek style, with a nod to the Asian fusion theme of his restaurant. Lots of light and wood balance out the more modern aspects. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, particularly the backyard pool/patio area.  Available on the gallery.
